One owner vehicle history report. We have the vehicle history report on file and will forward it to you upon request. This vehicle was owned and operated by the department of Homeland Security here in El Paso, Texas. It has spent it's life in the sunny southwest. It has never been driven on salted roads.  NO RUST. The mileage reads 16771. The title will reflect those miles but it will be marked as TMU or true miles unknown.  I bought this car at a government auction and the batteries were dead at the time of the sale.   The auction couldn't get a mileage reading.  When we put a fresh battery in the car the odometer showed 16000 miles and 98 engine idle hours.  The interior is black cloth with a black vinyl rear seat. The floor is black vinyl. The interior is in excellent shape. The power windows, power locks, power driver seat, cruise control, tilt wheel,  power lumbar support,CD stereo, traction control, rear window defroster, power side view mirrors and power trunk release all work as they should. This car has the limited slip rear differential. The 4.6 litre 250 horsepower police interceptor motor has awesome power and starts and runs great. The transmission shifts crisp and smooth. The brakes have been inspected and are in good shape. The suspension is good and the car handles very well. Full size spare and jack kit. The tires are in decent shape. The body in is good shape with only minor nicks and scratches. We had this car inspected for structual damage and found none. This P71 was involved in a fender bender late in 2009. It was driven to the storage facility at La Tuna and has basically been parked there ever since. That's why the miles are so low.
