ONE OWNER POLICE INTERCEPTOR STREET APPEARANCE CROWN VICTORIA

2003 Ford Crown Vic Police Interceptor with a 4.6 L V-8 gasoline engine and automatic transmission. This car was used in the Admin/Detective division and has never been marked. It starts perfectly with no problem, it has been maintained every 5000 miles. Vehicle PCM has been updated with the latest program updates. (IDS) This vehicle comes equipped with A/C, AM/FM Cassette Radio, Tilt Wheel, Power Remote Mirrors, Power Steering, Power Windows, Power Locks (doors automatically lock when engine is started),cruise control, front and rear cloth seats and this vehicle has a Dash Mounted Interior Trunk Release Button, Rear Defroster, and 6 way Power Driver Seat. No holes in dash and never had a light bar and never had any holes for antennas on this vehicle.

The interior has impressions left from the blue light installation on head liner.(see pics) and there are small holes and a cutout in the head liner above the rear view mirror where the camera system was installed.(see pic). Vehicle has Dual Air Bags and no cracked glass . The Tire Condition is almost new and comes with all 4 hubcaps.(see Pics) included is a full size spare. The interior is Tan cloth and the exterior is Arizona Beige. The seats have no tears or holes. The exterior has minor scratches and scuffs (light scratches on front bumper). Exterior has no holes in body. This vehicle was driven by the Chief of Police and later by his Assistant Chief, the reason this car was taken out of service was due to age and mileage. This car comes from a small county town in South Carolina, it handles the road very well with no problems at all. For the age of this car it has been taken care of and from what I was told it hasn't been involved in high speed chases over the years.

The current mileage is 93,805 which averages out to under 9,400 hundred miles a year over the last (10) years. You will not be disappointed with the condition of this vehicle. This vehicle doesn't look like a police car but is equipped like one.

I have all of the maintenance records from the Fleet Director from the City that Owned this vehicle, these records go back 10 years and on 4/22/2013 this vehicle received a Virginia State Police Inspection and passed.

Ford dominates most-stolen SUV list

The Ford Escape leads the NICB's list with 1,421 examples stolen.
If you drive a recent Ford SUV or crossover, you may want to keep a watchful eye out for thieves - especially if you live in the New York metro area or in Detroit. A new study from the National Insurance Crime Bureau has named three Ford models as the most likely vehicles in their genre to be stolen, with CUVs in general being especially attractive to bandits.

Ford files trademark for 'EcoBeast' moniker

Ford has done some performance stuff with its EcoBoost line of vehicles, most notably with its Focus and Fiesta ST, the new, turbocharged Mustang and the luke-warm Taurus SHO and F-150 Tremor, but it's kind of avoided going wholly bonkers. That could be set to change quite soon, judging by a trademark filing with Uncle Sam. Ford has registered the name EcoBeast with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, listing it as "automobiles and automobile engines," according to the team at Motorlix, which discovered the filing. As always, it bears mentioning that companies are constantly filing trademarks, even if a good or service never emerges with said name. We agree with Motorlix, though – it seems highly unlikely Ford is going to just let this name languish. What vehicle or engine will wear this new badge is the real question. We're leaning towards something F-150 related, based on our last round of spy photos of the new SVT Raptor, although it's impossible to say for certain what the Blue Oval has planned. Here's hoping we find out in just a few weeks when Ford brings basically all of its performance merchandise to the 2015 Detroit Auto Show. Until then, let us know what you think Ford is planning with the EcoBeast.

Ford confirms launch of new Tourneo vans and Ecosport in Europe for Geneva

We've already seen plenty of what the Geneva Motor Show will have in store for us in less than two weeks, but most of the confirmed debuts that were announced so far have generally been luxury or performance cars. Ford, on the other hand, will be showing off a couple of its new family-friendly models for European buyers to enjoy.
On the larger side of things, the full range of Tourneo vans (shown above) will be on display, including the introduction of the new Tourneo Courier model, but Ford will also be showing off the all-new EcoSport crossover, which is based on the automaker's Global B platform and will be positioned beneath the Kuga, better known here as the Escape. The subcompact EcoSport was originally unveiled at the Beijing Motor Show last April.
