You are bidding on a 2003 Ford Crown Vic Police car and a 2005 Ford Crown Vic Police Car. Both have been in our fleet since thier purchase New in 2003and 2005. These vehicles have been serviced every 3,000 miles at Lake Ford in Lewistown Pa. 17044. These vehicles are not in running condition. The motor works fine in the 2003 but transmission needs repaired or replaced. In the 2005 the Motor needs repaired or replaced. The transmission works good. These vehicles are being sold as is and will not include any Emergency Police lights or sirens. The cage/interior shield between the passinger and driver compartments will come with the vehicle. The 2003 vehicle is also missing the left rear tail light assembly. The tires are in very good condition. AC works great. Both of these vehicles have no other mecanical or electrical problems. Ford demonstrates Mustang's new Line Lock burnout feature

Been saving your pennies for a 2015 Ford Mustang? Put in a few extra shifts or some overtime? Got a great down payment ready? Well, however much you saved for your new pony car, start saving more - you'll need the extra money to spend on tires.
That's because the Mustang will come with a system called Line Lock, which can lock the front brakes electronically, allowing drivers to perform big, dumb, smoky burnouts without moving so much as an inch. It's sort of like launch control, only the average driver might actually use it.
Now, line locks aren't uncommon, particularly in drag racing. Usually, a flip of the switch locks the front brakes. The Mustang, besides offering the system from the factory which is unique in and of itself, looks a bit more involved.

Next-gen Ford Cobra Jet development underway, but will it be a Mustang?

Ford might be stepping away from the NHRA, but it isn't abandoning drag racing altogether. Hot Rod says that Ford confirmed a next-gen Cobra Jet factory drag racer is in the works, but the report also speculates that a new Cobra Jet could switch away from the Mustang nameplate.
Even though talk of a new Cobra Jet coincides with the all-new 2015 Mustang, the lack of confirmation for the dragster's platform leaves Hot Rod to guess that the car might switch to another platform - specifically a front-drive-based, unibody car like the Fusion or Taurus. We'd hate to think of a world with a NASCAR-ized dragster from Ford Racing, but it's also highly unlikely that the Mustang Cobra Jet would step away from its quarter-mile rivals like the Chevy COPO Camaro and Dodge Challenger Drag Pak.
