Thanks for taking a look at my 1932 ford 5 window coupe, HENRY FORD STEEL, I drive this car and am not afraid to
take it anywhere!! I would drive it across the country if I had the time!! I am an old school hot-rod guy and this
is one of the best rods I have ever had the pleasure of building!! It came to me via Florida but was originally
done in CA from what records I could find. THE DECK LID IS NOW LOUVERED,, YOU WILL SEE IT IN THE NEW PICTURES. THIS
WAS PROFESSIONALLY DONE.
It is chopped and channeled, has a filled roof , rear steel roll pan. The frame is boxed where important, real
steel grill shell, real dash, steel cowl vent, original chopped windshield, ALL FORD. Aluminum firewall painted
ermine white. all body work and paint professionally finished. 40 ford dropped front end, new shocks, spring
pirch, spring hangers, spring sliders, 9" ford rear, posi with rare Summers Brothers axles, 325 gears, qa1 rear
springs and shocks, GM, finished and painted steel rims front and rear, wildwood front spindles, disc brakes, new
rear brakes, new emergency brake set up front to rear with lokar shifter cables, all underside has been painted,
see pictures, exhaust like new. Chevy 283 runs great every time, powermaster 100 amp alternator looks like older
generator, corvette exhaust manifolds, 400 auto trans with reverse valve body and lokar hotrod shifter, WORKS
PERFECT. . Tilt telescope steering column, Ron Francis fuse box and wiring, rear window in op at his time.
interior done except for inside panel for roof have all material, all inside moldings done painted are all
fiberglass, Stewart Warner gauges are new and all work, sun super tach, Custom made seat with full springs and foam
with shoulder, back and leg supports, seat belts, Mercedes carpeting, all Professionally done, trunk re-designed
for max room for storage, not upholstered, I have put 2000 miles on the car and never had an issue even on the
hottest days in line waiting to get into the car shows!!.
rare original parts I probably mentioned above but thought I would list out
rear summers brothers axles
arrow headlights with correct bulbs
special trans pan made by integrity trans koolers tubes in bottom of pan to help cool trans fluid
rare electric fuel pump by Conelec Elmira n.y. by passed but still usable, now uses new 283 gm fuel pump
nos fuel log Thunkstun, elec cars l.a.
moon engine temp gauge
nos western auto 1957 voltage regulator
nos Stellings & Hellings air cleaners

Ask me anything you want about the car,, but ASK!! This is not a kit car, this is an old school rod with the
modern conveniences for safety and reliability. No bondo bucket here!! look at pictures, a straight STEEL car ready
to drive or paint.. Just touch the door and it closes like a glove just like it should! Turn the key and listen to
that tri-power breath. Its what hot rodding was and should be today..

Rolling footage of the 2015 Ford Mustang hits YouTube [w/video]

Thu, 26 Dec 2013

Just in time for the holidays: Ford took the 2015 Mustang to Route 66 to cook up rolling footage, and we've been given some of the leftovers ahead of the meal. There are no burnouts, no donuts, no revving, and thankfully, no music. It's just two minutes and 26 seconds of the new pony car running free in the desert.
So in case you needed more visualizing help, the video below will help you start imagining how you'll look in your 2014 Christmas present to yourself...

Chris Harris pits Fiesta ST against Mercedes G63 AMG in 0-60 battle... sort of

Thu, 01 Aug 2013

Vehicle performance tests are serious business, with reputations made or broken by things like braking distance, top speed, and lateral g-forces. King of the metrics, though, is the 0-60 run, which for unknown reasons has become the benchmark for what truly makes a car a performance machine.
Now, Chris Harris from Drive has turned the whole idea behind the sprint to 60 on its ear. Taking a new Ford Fiesta ST, Harris asks a simple question: would the ST be quicker to 60 on its own, or on a trailer being towed by a Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG?
It's a fair question, really. The Fiesta Harris tested hit 60 in 7.2 seconds on a slightly uphill section of runway. It should be noted that Harris quotes his ST at 182 horsepower, which is about 15 ponies less than what we're getting in the US, so these numbers might not hold up all that well against an American model. The G63 AMG, meanwhile, is a 536-horsepower monster, powered by a twin-turbo V8 that, able to propel the big SUV to 60 mph in just 5.2 seconds without towing a Fiesta.
