Hate to see this one go however I just purchased a Camaro Z454 and wife says it has to go. Everything on this Bronco has been gone through to make it truly an everyday driver. Complete restoration has about 6,000 miles on it. The Following is a partial list of what i have done since owning it for the past four years.
- Custom paint - Engine is a 351 Windsor - SVO aluminum heads, - NOS set up, - MSD inanition, - MSD fuel injection (best 3k investment last year starts like a new car and never gets hot) - Direct Drive timing gears (not chain), - Exhaust custom front to back includes headers, turbo mufflers - New power front disc breaks and calipers (rear Drum) - New steering box - New power steering pump - New chrome steering tilt column with auto turn signals - New BF Goodrich tires - Heat insulated and vinyl flooring front to rear - Stereo including Six kicker speaker plus sub woofer and 2 alpine amps - Padded Dash - Wiper motor cover - Billet aluminum window cranks, Battery hold down and shifter - Hood has been covered in carbon fiber sheet and has louvers/vents from late model Hummer |

Project Ugly Horse alive and kicking at Road & Track
Thu, 29 Aug 2013The hallways of the Autoblog campus are much quieter now that Zach Bowman has taken his prose, along with his welders, wrenches and hammers, over to the digital pages of Road & Track, but that doesn't mean our favorite project Mustang is gone forever. Project Ugly Horse is still coming along, and Zach has gifted us another update on his unfoxy Fox Body.
Last we saw of the Ugly Horse, Zach was strengthening up the '89 Mustang's chassis as he prepares to stuff the turbocharged, direct-injected EcoBoost engine of a Ford Focus ST under the hood. Volkswagen Golf, Ford F-150 named 2015 North American Car and Truck/Utility of the Year
Mon, Jan 12 2015Congratulations, Volkswagen Golf/GTI and Ford F-150. You've just been named the 2015 North American Car and Truck/Utility of the Year, kicking off the first press day of the Detroit Auto Show. The Golf faced some seriously stiff competition from its runners-up, the Ford Mustang and Hyundai Genesis. But the Golf has been a highly awarded vehicle since its launch, including recently being named Motor Trend's Car of the Year. As for the Truck/Utility award, it wasn't immediately clear that the aluminum-bodied Ford F-150 would win the North American honor, topping the Chevrolet Colorado and Lincoln MKC. The Chevy, after all, has been widely praised since arriving this fall, including taking home MT's Truck of the Year award. In 2014, Chevrolet had a sweep of the NACTOY awards, with the Corvette Stingray and Silverado taking top honors. Here's a look at the 2015 North American Car and Truck/Utility of the Year voting breakdown. As you can see, it wasn't exactly neck and neck. FL man fatally shot after urging driver not to do donuts in a Mustang
Tue, 18 Nov 2014Bradley Holt (pictured), the older half-brother of University of South Florida freshman quarterback Quinton Flowers, was killed in a random act of violence last week.
The 24-year-old Holt was throwing a football around with local kids in Allapattah, a neighborhood in Miami, when a yellow Mustang showed up and started doing donuts in the street. Holt, worried about kids playing in front his apartment complex, walked over to the driver and asked him why he was "driving so crazy with so many kids out here?"
The driver left. Holt's sister said the driver came back "about 15 to 20 minutes later" and fired two shots at Holt. One of them hit Holt in the back of the head, killing him.
