I'm the 3rd owner. I've had the truck for almost 7 years. I have all maintenance records since I purchased it. Installed new ECM two years ago. Also replaced the plugs, plug wires, air filter, fuel filter, oil filter housing unit and PCV valve. I replaced the brakes, rotors and tires about a year ago. Tires have only about 6k miles on them. New radiator, radiator cap, hoses, thermostat, temperature sending unit, water pump and battery installed about a year ago as well. Just replaced the engine mounts, wipers and fan clutch. Engine is strong and the transmission shifts smoothly. Never used 4WD or towed anything. Leather is in poor condition on drivers seat, but very good throughout the remainder of the interior. Exterior cosmetic blemishes that you'd expect on an older truck. There's a few minor chips on the front of the hood and some minor cosmetic damage on the back corners (see photos). Also, the window deflector on the top of the passenger door broke off while I was having it cleaned recently (see photo).

Top Gear pits Hennessey VelociRaptor vs. Range Rover Sport SVR
Fri, Jun 5 2015As a television series, Top Gear is in limbo with an intent to return, but no hosts yet. However, it's magazine and website continue to bring us clips like this one. While the video might lack the show's charismatic hosts, this is an opportunity to see a drag race between a Land Rover Range Rover Sport SVR with 550 horsepower and a Hennessey VelociRaptor with 623 hp. The duel between these two supercharged V8s definitely sounds great. Both rugged models start at the line growling angrily at each other like dogs ready for a fight. You have to watch the clip to see whether the more powerful VelociRaptor feeds on the SVR, though. Reborn Ford Escort could make its way to Europe
Fri, 26 Apr 2013The Ford Escort concept just unveiled at the Shanghai Motor Show was created with the Chinese market in mind, but it's got people talking all over the world. Not purely fancy, the point of the Escort concept was to give Chinese buyers a preview of what they could expect to see in a Ford showroom in the near future. If Ford wasn't seriously considering the new Escort for other countries, a report in Auto Express indicates that the concept's reception has changed all that.
No less than the incoming chairman of Ford UK said "it could work in other places," bolstering the comments of "a senior Ford insider" who said the question of bringing the car to Europe to slot in underneath the Focus had been raised. That's a long way from anything of the kind happening, which would require Ford to figure out how to sell it for the right price and not torpedo the company reputation among Euro buyers. In any case, we'd be as intrigued as anyone if an Escort resurrection created the next 'who knew?' market segment of few-frills transportation offered by non-Asian carmakers.
2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility shows up for duty in Chicago
Fri, Feb 13 2015The latest upgrade for the 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility is all set to patrol the Windy City's streets with its debut at the 2015 Chicago Auto Show. On the outside, the revised Ford police vehicle looks basically the same as the recently refreshed Explorer with a new grille and redesigned headlights. Inside, there's a restyled steering wheel and center console. Unlike the civilian model, though, the PI Utility gets heavy-duty brakes, a more robust cooling system, reinforced subframe mounts and larger diameter suspension springs for more strength. Under the hood, police forces get to choose between either a 3.7-liter V6 with 304 horsepower and 279 pound-feet of torque or a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 with 365 hp and 350 lb-ft of twist. Regardless of powertrain, these 'utes feature a six-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. The transmission includes the awesome-sounding Pursuit Mode feature that switches over to more aggressive shifts when it detects harder driving to properly stop crime. Related Video:
