Up for auction is a 1975 Ford Bronco with a 351W and C4 automatic transmission. I purchased the Bronco back in 06' from a guy that started a frame off restoration but did not complete it. I have decided to sell it because I have not done much with it in the past couple years and it really needs to be shown and driven. Over the last 6 to 7 years I have thrown a ton of money at it and added many new parts inside and out. I purchased the 351W motor from Ford Racing and it only has a few hundred miles. It is a pretty mild motor and runs great! I had the C4 transmission rebuilt just prior to adding the new motor.
The only part of the Bronco that I would say is lacking is the paint. It is shiny and looks great from about 10 feet but when you get close you can see that it is not a high quality job. Everything was primered in orange prior to the green paint. My intentions were to repaint it which would really finish it off, but it is not necessary. There are miscellaneous scatches and chips but nothing major. The only rust appears to be some bubbling in the rear quarter on the driver's side. Both rear quarters have some cracks where the tires used to hit prior to when I trimmed them a bit. The underside of the Bronco is very clean and looks like the floors had been redone and coated by the prior owner. The wheels wells, underside, hood, tailgate, doors, etc. all look great!
The interior looks new and was completely sprayed with SEM bedliner. I added new Bestop jeep seats with brackets, seats belts, tuffy lock box, steering wheel, and Sony cd/stereo with high watt marine type speakers on the roll bar. There is a small crack in the dash pad as seen in the pictures.
I have 3 tops for the Bronco including the STC soft top which is in great shape, the hardtop, and an unused bikini top. The hardtop has a cardboard type headliner which is coming off, but it really should be removed anyway. The hardtop is in solid shape with good glass. There is some bubbling that is starting to form in the front outside corners, but it still looks great.
The horn and emergency brake do not work properly and the gas gauge doesn't seem to register quite at the full mark when filled up. Other than that, everything else seems to be in working order.
Here is a list of new parts from what I can remember:
Ford Racing 351W (M6007S58)
Rebuilt C4 with oil cooler added
Edelbrock 600 cfm 1406 Carb
Front Disc brake kit with proportioning valve, brake lines, and Tom's Bronco Parts Power Brake Booster
BC Boncos 3 core radiator and brackets
Tom's Bronco Parts powder coated radiator shroud
BC Broncos 17" fixed fan and spacer
Pro Flow chrome long tube headers
Y pipe and magnaflow muffler
Wildhorses fuel tank, sending unit, and filler hose
Bestop front and rear folding seat
SEM bedliner
Arm rests
door handles
starter
battery
3" Body lift
sound damping material
gas hood springs
grant steering wheel
Tuffy storage console
Mickey Thompson Classic 2 Wheels with BF Goodrich Tires
STC Soft top and bikini top
Twin stick shifter
I am sure there are a bunch of other parts but that is what I could remember.
I highly encourage you to come take a look at it before bidding as everyone seems to have a different opinion when it comes to overall condition (I would think I am pickier than most). I have a clear VA title and the car is located in Cincinnati, OH. I also have the Bronco listed locally and reserve the right to end the auction early due to a local sale. I can be reached at 858-232-0757 if you have any questions.
Thanks for looking!

Britain orders 10,000 ventilators from F1/McLaren/Mercedes/Ford/Rolls-Royce/Airbus
Mon, Mar 30 2020Paramedics and ambulance personnel get instructions from a command unit outside London's ExCel Centre arena, which is being turned into a 4,000 bed temporary hospital called NHS Nightingale to deal with coronavirus patients. The hospital is due to open Monday, March 30. / AP Â Â LONDON — Britain has ordered 10,000 ventilators from a consortium of leading aerospace, engineering and Formula One racing companies which will start production this week in response to an urgent government call for industry to help save lives. The 27-strong team, including Airbus, BAE Systems, Ford and Rolls-Royce, have joined forces to ramp up production of a ventilator made by Smiths Group, which supports those with complications from COVID-19. The consortium, which also includes seven Formula One teams including McLaren and Mercedes, home to World Champion Lewis Hamilton, said they had pulled staff off existing projects to meet the national need. Some 1,228 people have died from coronavirus in the United Kingdom and a senior health official said on Saturday the country would be doing well if it manages to keep the death toll below 20,000. "This consortium brings together some of the most innovative companies in the world," Dick Elsy, the head of the consortium, said in a statement. "I am confident this consortium has the skills and tools to make a difference and save lives." The United Kingdom, which initially only had 5,000 ventilators available in its National Health Service, has been trying to secure additional supplies after realising it needed 30,000 to cope with the peak of the outbreak. Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who is now in isolation in Downing Street after testing positive for coronavirus, made an emergency appeal earlier this month for manufacturers to retool their production lines and start making specialist health equipment including ventilators. Britain now has about 8,000 ventilators, with another 8,000 on order from international manufacturers that are due in coming weeks. Last week it placed an order for a newly-designed model from the vacuum cleaner company Dyson that will need to be approved by the health regulator. Mercedes part of a separate effort, too Separately on Monday a second consortium including Mercedes Formula One and other F1 teams said it had developed in less than a week a new version of a breathing aid that can help coronavirus patients.
Which electric cars can charge at a Tesla Supercharger?
Sun, Jul 9 2023The difference between Tesla charging and non-Tesla charging. Electrify America; Tesla Tesla's advantage has long been its charging technology and Supercharger network. Now, more and more automakers are switching to Tesla's charging tech. But there are a few things non-Tesla drivers need to know about charging at a Tesla station. A lot has hit the news cycle in recent months with regard to electric car drivers and where they can and can't plug in. The key factor in all of that? Whether automakers switched to Tesla's charging standard. More car companies are shifting to Tesla's charging tech in the hopes of boosting their customers' confidence in going electric. Here's what it boils down to: If you currently drive a Tesla, you can keep charging at Tesla charging locations, which use the company's North American Charging Standard (NACS), which has long served it well. The chargers are thinner, more lightweight and easier to wrangle than other brands. If you currently drive a non-Tesla EV, you have to charge at a non-Tesla charging station like that of Electrify America or EVgo — which use the Combined Charging System (CCS) — unless you stumble upon a Tesla charger already equipped with the Magic Dock adapter. For years, CCS tech dominated EVs from everyone but Tesla. Starting next year, if you drive a non-Tesla EV (from the automakers that have announced they'll make the switch), you'll be able to charge at all Supercharger locations with an adapter. And by 2025, EVs from some automakers won't even need an adaptor. Here's how to charge up, depending on which EV you have: Ford 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E. Tim Levin/Insider Ford was the earliest traditional automaker to team up with Tesla for its charging tech. Current Ford EV owners — those driving a Ford electric vehicle already fitted with a CCS port — will be able to use a Tesla-developed adapter to access Tesla Superchargers starting in the spring. That means that, if you own a Mustang Mach-E or Ford F-150 Lightning, you will need the adapter in order to use a Tesla station come 2024. But Ford will equip its future EVs with the NACS port starting in 2025 — eliminating the need for any adapter. Owners of new Ford EVs will be able to pull into a Supercharger station and juice up, no problem. General Motors Cadillac Lyriq. Cadillac GM will also allow its EV drivers to plug into Tesla stations.
2014 Holman & Moody 50th Anniversary TdF Ford Mustang
Mon, 01 Jul 2013If you're a fan of Ford racing history, a Mustang worshiper or even just an avid follower of our yearly SEMA coverage, you may have heard the back story on the Race Red Mustang you see above. Back in 1964, Holman & Moody was tapped by the English Alan Mann Racing Team to race-prep three Mustangs for competition in the incredibly arduous 4,000-mile Tour de France Automobile rally. Competing mainly against Jaguar MkII saloons over 10 days and 17 stages, the H&M Mustangs took the top two places in the Touring class and the first-ever racing win for Ford's pony car.
Though the history of that first Mustang win hasn't been incredibly well known here in the States, the subsequent decades have seen plenty of racy versions of the car come and go. Last year at the SEMA show, we covered the brief debut of this living tribute to that piece of racing lore, the Holman & Moody 50th Anniversary TdF Mustang.
This limited-edition Mustang represents a kind of new venture for H&M, as the legendary racing shop has spent the last few decades earning its keep largely by restoring vintage racing cars. The urge to get back into the world of Ford and Mustang was powerful, however, what with the car's 50th anniversary looming and the current generation of 'Stang just about out the door.
