I am reluctantly selling my 1974 Ford Bronco. According to Bronco lovers, my is rare and highly sought after. It's has all original 302 ci 2 barrel carb with power steering. Everything is original down to the plug wires. I did change the spark plugs, oil changed, and cleaned the carb because it was running rough. Now it runs like new again, literally. Don't take me for my word, you'll see. I'm selling the Bronco because I moving my family to California and I'm having to sell off some toys.
This is an original 27,800 mile Ford Bronco, and I am the first and only registered owner, with all the documentation to prove what I claim. This Bronco was used as a Lot truck at Bo Bueckman Ford off of Manchester Rd. in St. Louis until the late 80's. It was used to service and jump used and new cars, run parts, and clear the lot of snow in the winter. The service manager there still recalls the Bronco. The Bronco sat for years on their lot, until it was sold to Suburban Auto in 2004, and finally put up for sale to the guy I bought it from. That guy never paid the Mo State taxes on it and therefore did not register it. I paid the State Taxes and got a clear title through Department of Revenue, and learned I'm the first and only registered owner.
GOOD and BAD.
GOOD:
Everything is there, Everything! except for the original seats. Everything works as it should, turn signals, dash lights, speedo, heater, ECT, ECT, ECT..... The tranny is perfect, the suspension is solid, and the four wheel works great and tight, and the steering is easy. It still has the 1970's equipment that Bo Beuckman Fords put in it to jump the cars on the lot. The snow plow works up and down.
BAD:
It sat so long and was probably never washed. The body is rusted and every panel needs attention, but the frame is solid. I took pics of the body, but I'll be the first to say it's rusty.
This truck is amazing and needless to say a barn find. I won't get the chance to restore it, but the person that gets this I hope will. If you need any more pics or have any questions, please email me. I can make a short video if needed to make the deal.
Keywords: 4x4, four wheel drive, survivor, project.

Final 2015 Ford Edge performance and fuel economy data released
Fri, Feb 6 2015Ford unveiled the brawny look and heap of new tech of the all-new 2015 Edge last summer, and confirmed some of the pricing in November. However, until now buyers couldn't be entirely sure what they are getting for that money in terms of power and fuel economy, but the Blue Oval is finally spilling all the beans. For customers looking for performance, the Edge Sport is the place to be with its stiffer suspension and plusher interior. The trim level uses a version of the 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 found in the latest F-150, but in this case the engine is tuned to 315 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque. That's a 10 percent jump in power and 25 percent improvement in torque compared to the naturally aspirated 3.7-liter V6 in the last-gen model, according to Ford. The mill should be a bit more useable too with peak twist coming on at 2,750 rpm, rather than 4,000 rpm in the previous Edge, and the Active Noise Cancellation system should keep it quiet inside, too. Front-wheel-drive versions of the Sport get EPA-estimated economy of 18 miles per gallon city, 27 mpg highway and 21 mpg combined. Opting for all-wheel drive reduces the figures to 17/24/20, respectively. Of course, not everyone is looking for the power of the Sport trim. In a first for Ford, the standard engine for the Edge is a 2.0-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder with 245 hp and 275 lb-ft. In front-wheel-drive form, it's rated at 20/30/24 mpg or with all-wheel drive at 20/28/23. For something in the middle the naturally aspirated 3.5-liter V6 brings 280 hp and 250 lb-ft of torque and carries EPA estimates of 18/26/21 with front-wheel drive or 17/25/20 when powering all four wheels. Every powertrain gets a six-speed automatic. Sales for the latest Edge begin this spring starting at $28,100, plus $895 destination on all models. Upgrading to the Sport pushes the price up to $38,100. Performance and Power: 2015 Ford Edge Sport Certified as Highest-Performing Edge Yet • 2015 Ford Edge Sport is the most powerful Edge yet, thanks to a 2.7-liter EcoBoost® V6 making 315 horsepower and 350 lb.-ft. of torque • All-new Edge Sport, re-engineered from the ground up, features special sport-tuned suspension, specific Sport styling for exterior and interior, and a long list of available driver-assist technologies • Scheduled to go on sale this spring, pricing for 2015 Ford Edge starts at $28,100; Edge Sport starts at $38,100 – only a $500 increase from 2014 DEARBORN, Mich., Feb.
Ford S-Max Concept previews new look, technology for Euro seven-seater
Wed, 28 Aug 2013Ford unveiled today the S-Max Concept, which comes with a new, sleek look and loaded with innovative technology, such as a heart-rate monitoring seat. But if you're heart is set on a minivan sports activity vehicle (SAV) and you live in the States, don't wait for this one - it's a Europe-only product, and we don't expect that to change when the next-gen S-Max is released.
The styling follows Ford's global design language, looking a bit like an overgrown Focus hatchback with the company's signature grille, wraparound headlamps, steeply raked windshield and curved roof line. Ford also implemented details to make the S-Max look longer and faster, such as a feature line on each side of the vehicle and muscular-looking fenders. The engine isn't Ford's most powerful, but the new 1.5-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder engine should be potent enough with turbocharging and other efficiency related technologies.
Ford says the new interior, which seats up to seven people, features high-quality materials and fine detailing, such as an "ultra-soft" leather wrap for the instrument panel and leather and carbon-fiber details on the seats. Ford's Sync connectivity system with MyFord Touch makes the car a wireless hotspot, and there's a tablet docking station for second-row occupants.
Martini Mustang is a 'what if moment' gone right
Wed, 23 Oct 2013Feast your eyes on a masterpiece. This is Steve Strope's Ford Mustang in the classic fastback bodystyle, and as you'll notice, it sports the signature colors of Martini Racing, a livery that's as legendary as any Gulf Racing-styled car. But the red, white and blues of the Martini stripe down this Mustang's middle tell only a very small part of the story, in the latest video from Petrolicious.
What would you guess is under the hood? A 289-cubic-inch V8? Maybe a 302, or some absurd Ford crate engine? Maybe Strope went all Tokyo Drift - he's actually responsible for the "Hammer" Plymouth Satellite driven by Vin Diesel at the end of the movie - and found an RB26DETT to drop into the pony car? You'd be wrong on all counts.
This mad, mad man somehow finagled a Ford-Lotus engine from a 1966 Indianapolis 500 car into the Mustang's engine bay. Yes, a Mustang with an engine designed for a 160-mile-per-hour, open-wheel racecar. That's like someone in 40 years dropping McLaren's 2.4-liter V8 from the MP4-28 into a Scion FR-S. It'd just make a monster.
