ok these rigs are hard to find not all rusted out and cut up and such.in saying that this is a friend of mind and he bought it and 1974 when he got back from Vietnam.he parked it in 9-99 .drained the fluids and put it out in the pole barn.its all original (except seats ) he changed them so they are highbacks everything else is engine and tranny and body parts .passenger side rear had a little fender bender at one point nothing serious .a couple of dings and such .overall a really clean Idaho bronco also is the original factory metal rear separation piece which are hard to find.he asked me to sell it and here it is !this rig runs out great we put fluids in it and it fired up and runs out great!no smoke and everything works except the factory radio! doors open and close nicely ,4wd works perfect !so in saying all this its a 42 year old classic that made it thru without being cut up,jacked up or rusted out!!!!!!!! this is a matching numbers rig .ive sold cars as far as Australia and will work with anyone across the globe you will be responsible for all shipping cost.this car is for sale and this auction can be ended at any time .I sell at no reserve and it seems to work out great for everybody .so bid to win because these just don't fall out of thin air everyday.good luck, bill

Muscle wins big at 2013 Amelia Island Concours as 1936 Duesenberg, 1968 Ford GT40 take top honors
Wed, 13 Mar 2013The 18th-annual Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance took place this past weekend, and in one of the show's biggest years yet (bringing in more than 25,000 spectators and attracting more than 300 vehicles), two powerhouses ended up winning the judges' hearts. The top Concours d'Elegance award went to a 1936 Duesenberg SJN, while the Concours de Sport went to one of the celebrated marques, a 1968 Ford GT40.
Owned by Helen and Jack Nethercutt of Sylmar, CA, this flawless Duesy is described as "one of the most powerful open cars of the 1930s," and it displays design cues of the era like rolled fenders and a tapered rear end. The SJN's supercharged straight-eight allowed it to accelerate to 100 miles per hour in just 17 seconds - surely not a disappointing feat for its day.
On a much different level of performance and timelessness, this Gulf-livery GT40 from the Rocky Mountain Auto Collection is not outdone by the elegance of the big Duesenberg thanks to some well-documented racing history. This not only includes winning at LeMans in both 1968 and 1969 - Chassis No. 1075 also managed to win a total of six times in just 11 races.
Production of Shelby GT350 is coming to an end
Fri, 26 Jul 2013One Autoblog staffer who drove the limited-edition Shelby GT350 wrote it probably was the best Mustang he'd driven, but, at some point, the fun had to come to an end: December 31 is the last day the GT350 will be available to order.
The GT350's option list has evolved much like it did for the original 1965-67 GT350. For 2011, the 45th Anniversary edition only came in coupe form and was painted white with blue stripes, just as with the 1965 car. The 2012 GT350 was offered as a coupe or convertible, and three colors were added to the option list, just like the 1966 model. For 2013, more colors and options were added in addition to equipment and styling updates, which resulted in Wilwood instead of Baer brakes. No major changes were made for the 2014 model. From the first car in 2011, customers have been able to choose between three different configurations for their 5.0-liter V8: naturally aspirated with 440 horsepower, supercharged with 525 hp (with warranty) or supercharged with 624 hp (without warranty).
"When we unveiled this latest version of the Shelby GT350, we promised it would be built for a limited time to preserve its collectability and value," states John Luft, president of Shelby American. He may have a point, because the original GT350, which also had a limited production run, is among the most valuable muscle cars in the world.
Here are the best-selling cars and trucks from January 2015
Fri, Feb 6 2015Every month, Autoblog slogs through all the sales figures reported by automakers that do business in the United States, and, after a little bit of sorting, we put it into an easy-to-read chart in an attempt to make it as easy as possible to follow the ins and outs of sales and shipments. But that only covers the brands themselves, not the individual models they sell. And we think you'd all be interested in knowing which vehicles beat their rivals in sales from month to month, so we've put together this handy gallery to keep you in the know. While the leader of the pack may not come as much of a surprise, the order that the top ten finishes in changes frequently – due to automaker deals, the price of gas, etc. – and we've included some statistics to help you see how their current performance stacks up to month's past.
