Hello,

I have a rebuilt 1969 ford bronco for sell. With 51k original box "A" miles. I built this bronco for a friend, but his financial situation changed and was not able to come up with the money to pay for it. This bronco was built to be a driver/ weekend toy. This bronco has been rebuilt not restored. But from what I can see from a lot of that broncos listed lately, others would call this restored. lol. With all of that said this is a bad ass ride for the money.  Im really just looking to get back what I have into it form the build for my friend.

The good:
- body is rebuilt with new driver quarter, rocker panel, rear tail light housing and driver floor pan.
- new door seals, window felt all the way around.
- new aux gas tank and sending unit.
- new body mounts.
- frame was epoxy painted with eastwood chassis black
- new east wood under coat
- new full duel exhaust
- bad ass 302 motor with new carb, pointless distributor, old long tube headers and a new fuel pump
- new 6 point roll bar
- 35'' tires with 90-95 % tread
- 4.10 gears front and back locker in the rear
- new epic yellow paint, jet black hard top with sun roof
- 3 speed on the floor
- new turn signal switch
- new cabelas off road seat covers
- factory power steering
- tow bumper "for the front bumper" ( little odd looking but works great)
- new gorilla warfare fender flares.
- just passed smog with ease.

The list goes on and on......

The bad:

- Main tank sending unit is going out and will need to be replaced. Or look for bumps and it will come back on. lol. new one from wild horses $59.99
- stereo head unit sucks, but it has a new dash speaker.
- interior is a little lack luster but its a bronco so what do you expect.
- No AC, heat only.
- lift kit is from the 80's but works well. 2.5'' lift, It had a 3.5'' lift but dropped it down to make getting in easier for my friend.
- drum brakes all around. stops well enough for daily driving but if you want to rock crawl it I would upgrade to disk front end.

So the long and short of it is its solid ride but still has room for someone to put their personal touches to make it their own.

Please email with questions.

Jim Hackett says metal tariffs costing Ford $1 billion in profits

Wed, Sep 26 2018

Ford CEO Jim Hackett divulged in an interview with Bloomberg that the Trump administration's tariffs on metals imported from the European Union, Canada and Mexico have affected the automaker's balance sheet, adding that trade disputes need a quick resolution. "From Ford's perspective, the metals tariffs took about $1 billion in profit from us," Hackett told the outlet. "The irony is we source most of that in the U.S. today anyways. We're in a good place right now, but if it goes on longer there will be more damage." Hackett did not specify what period the $1 billion covered, but a Ford spokesman said the CEO was referring to internal forecasts at Ford for higher tariff-related costs in 2018 and 2019. President Trump in March announced his intention to enact 25 percent tariffs on steel imports and 10 percent on imported aluminum from the three trade zones as a way to protect the U.S. steel industry. The move sent U.S. automakers' stock prices plunging at a time when they were coming off weak monthly sales reports. Separately, President Trump has targeted China with two rounds of tariffs targeting a combined $260 billion worth of imports. China has responded by enacting 25-percent tariffs on U.S. goods including vehicle imports. In the interview, Hackett said that has hurt demand for Lincoln, which has found a growing market for its luxury vehicles in China, and made the price of the Lincoln MKC less attractive to Chinese buyers. The MKC is built at the company's Louisville, Ky. assembly plant. "We've had to move people in that factory to other operations because of that trade problem," he said. It's not clear what those moves entail or how many workers were involved. Autoblog sought comment from a Ford spokeswoman and will update this story if we hear back. Ford last month announced it was scrapping plans to import the Focus Active small crossover to the U.S. from China because of the new 25-percent tariffs on Chinese imports.
