1968 Ford Bronco Half Cab on 2040-cars
Newark, New Jersey, United States
hello. The following is a very honest description of the truck. Body is verysolid, there are some hole as you can see in the pics especially in the bedfloor area but the previous owner treated those areas and painted the truck, hegreased the rear wheel walls and put the diamond bed liner. the only rustbubbles are on the lower driver's door as you can see in the pics and alittle bit on the tail gate (surface) everything else is pretty solid. truck isfar from being a trailer queen but it is a good driver, weather striping coulduse some replacement, passenger mirror is holding down with duct tape. tittlesays 140223 miles, odometer reads 37820* ?, door panels are off the doors atthis moment because the latches are acting up. please take a close look at thepics they are part of the description too. original drive train, three on treeshift smoothly with no problems, good clutch, 4x4 works as it should, all lightsand gauges work fine. tires have good tread but they're old though. -brakesystem completely replace, master cylinder, stainless steal lines, shoes, drums, wheel cylinder, all new. (i did all this work myself and although i feel prettyconfidence driving the truck every day new owner should go over and doublecheck) -spark plugs.-carburetor rebuild by steve's carburetor in lyndhurstnj, fuel filters, air filter.-front coil springs-shocks all around -front diffand transfer case service and oil change done. probably forgetting more stuff, please ask me any question you may have.

Are you Ford's next Bullitt Mustang? [w/poll]
Thu, 27 Mar 2014Ford has a long history of offering special editions of its legendary Mustang. One of the most vaunted of those trim packages, though, has only been offered twice. The first time was in 2001, and then again in 2008. Yes, we're talking about the Bullitt.
Named for the infamous Dark Highland Green Mustang Fastback driven by Steve McQueen in the 1968 cop melodrama Bullitt, the car was famous for not just its pilot, but the high-speed chase it took part in during the movie. Now, we think we have images of the next Bullitt.
According to our spy photographers, the paint is a "dead-ringer" for the Dark Highland Green that has signified these special edition Mustangs. While we're inclined to agree, it's also worth pointing out that this shade looks very similar to one of the 2015's other new colors, Guard. We've yet to see one on the road (let alone in such dreary conditions), so it's tough to say for certain.
Ford pits Cobra Jet versus GRC Fiesta ST, worlds collide
Thu, 31 Oct 2013Racing takes on many forms in the automotive world. There are sanctioned events that are as varied and diverse as NASCAR, Formula One, Global Rallycross and drag racing, and to be good enough to win competitively in one discipline, you need to have a specialized vehicle. Or do you?
Ford decided to find out what would happen when its Global Rallycross Fiesta ST, driven by Tanner Foust, lined up against its Mustang Cobra Jet drag racer, driven by Roy Hill. In one lane, Tanner has just 2.0 liters of displacement to work with, while Roy has more than double that, at 5.0 liters. Evening the playing field a bit, Tanner has a massive turbocharger and all-wheel drive; Roy has to filter all his supercharged power through the rear wheels only.
So, who wins? We suggest you see for yourself in the press release and video below. And we're holding out hope that Tanner's challenge at the end results in another video from Ford Racing...
