Up for sale is my 1988 Ford Bronco II Eddie Bauer. The car was purchased in California and went to Texas for a few years before I received it. Anything I describe will be indicated in the photos. An older gentleman originally owned the vehicle. His date of birth was 9/1/25. The little Bronco II was very well taken care of. I will show you receipts where it was located in California and what has been done to it. I have owned the vehicle since 10/12/2010. I purchased it with the intent of taking it to my mountain cabin in North Carolina but decided to sell the cabin. When I purchased the car it had 90,000 miles. Since I have owned it I have put approximately 3,000 miles on it. The odometer reads 93,048. Please give time for all the pictures to load. The car is in superb condition. Listed in the photos you will find some of the receipts of all the repairs I have done. Because of the limited space, I was unable to post all of the receipts. If you would like me to email you the receipts, please contact me. I had the Bronco thoroughly gone through by Tech II and took care of everything that the car needed. As you can see in the pictures the car has the original seat covers and carpet. It has a blow up Eddie Bauer mattress in the back. The car also has four new wheels (see receipts), new steering box, the air conditioning blows cool, the vehicle runs very cool. I have receipts of all the work that has been done under the vehicle. This vehicle is sold "as is". If you have any questions, please contact me at 352-873-2537. This vehicle is priced to sell.

Watch live as Mark Fields is officially named Ford's next CEO
Thu, 01 May 2014We've heard rumblings of a changing of the guard at Ford, and this live stream from The Blue Oval itself is set to confirm the rumors: Alan Mulally will be succeeded by the automaker's current Chief Operating Officer, Mark Fields.
Mulally, who is 68 years old, has served at the head of Ford for eight years, and his official retirement date will be July 1st, 2014. Fields, who is 53 this year, has been with Ford for 25 years and has been groomed to take the helm from Mulally for the last several of those years.
There's an official press release that you can read, but if you're more of a visual person, you're welcome to watch the live video feed of the announcement down below.
Man turns Ford Fiesta into a one-car band
Mon, 18 Nov 2013The one-man band is a rather ridiculous idea, drawing up images of one person attempting to manipulate several instruments, at once, in a vain attempt at creating music. It's usually represented by silly scenes like this. Interestingly, the concept isn't much more successful when the "man" in "one-man band" is replaced with "car," as we see in this video.
It seems that someone rigged up and edited (699 times, we might add) a Ford Fiesta, a bucket, 12 PVC pipes and the natural sounds that a car makes to come up with a song. Now, we don't recognize the tune, so we've no idea if this is a cover or an original piece. And while it's hardly Beethoven, we have to admire the amount of effort the "conductor" went to in his attempt to turn a subcompact car into a musical instrument(s). Take a look (or listen) below for the entire video.
Project Ugly Horse: Part V
Mon, 11 Feb 2013The Slippery Slope
I've had a healthy appreciation for cars that stop since one truly unfortunate incident with a runaway 1971 Lincoln Continental.
It's funny how quickly a party can turn from, "We're all having blast" to "What happened to the front of the house, and how many stitches do you think this is going to take?" Standing in a Mustang salvage shop in Kodak, Tennessee, I couldn't help but feel I had strayed into the latter territory with Ugly Horse. There was a supercharged 5.4-liter V8 plucked from a rear-ended Cobra sitting off to my left. The shelves were lined with second-hand Roush and SVT components galore, but I couldn't stop staring at a set of rotors with the approximate diameter of my chest.
