Meet the man whose house is designed around his car

It's been a couple of years since we last heard about Holger Schubert and his award-winning office/garage, but it looks like the city of Los Angeles, thankfully, did not force him to tear down the bridge that gives his Ferrari 512 BBi arguably the nicest parking spot in California. Petrolicious is back again with another well-done video, which finally introduces us to Schubert as well as his lust-worthy Ferrari.
As for the structure, it is half garage and half work space with an office, couch, bookshelf and television, and one hell of a view. There is a ramp that raises to allow the Ferrari to roll backward out of the garage before starting up on the aforementioned bridge that sits 16-feet above the ground. Limited-run Ferrari F12 GTO supposedly headed to Frankfurt

After spy shots of a Ferrari F12 Berlinetta in Italy wearing some sticky rear-end camo went public, insiders have told GTspirit that the car is an F12 GTO and it will come to this year's Frankfurt Motor Show in September. It's hinted that the Gran Turimso Omologato changes to the 6.3-liter V12 up front might increase output from 731 horsepower to 800 hp by using the HY-KERS unit from the LaFerrari. That module provides an extra 163 hp to the supercar. True to GTO form, more power would come with less weight, the purported F12 GTO going on a diet of more than 100 kilograms (220 pounds). That would get matters of mass down to a stated curb weight of around 3,140 pounds. More technology could make the jump from its supercar sibling, all hidden underneath more aggressive bodywork and a GTO badge. A production volume of just 650 cars is mentioned, which, if true, would give buyers more chance to procure one; the Ferrari only made 599 units of the 599 GTO. Kimi Raikkonen moving to Ferrari?

Kimi Raikkonen, easily one of our favorite current drivers in Formula 1, may be making a move from Lotus to Ferrari, according to a Finnish tabloid called Ilta-Sanomat. Raikkonen, who won the driver's championship in 2007 with the Italian brand, is in high demand and is also rumored to have options on the table from Red Bull and his current team.
Of course, a move by Kimi to Ferrari means at least one of the Maranello-based outfit would need to find another ride. Driving ace Fernando Alonso has publicly voiced his displeasure with the Ferrari chassis, and rumors have the Spaniard considering a move to Red Bull to replace Mark Webber.
