Selling my 1991 LX 5.0 Hatchback. This is a factory 5.0 car with a 5-speed manual transmission.

Interior: great condition, power lumbar works on both sides, power windows work, factory radio, factory shifter, ash tray door, center console, all gauges work(speedo cable could use lube) no rips/tears/burn holes, headliner is nice and tight, brand new window motors, window switches, door lock actuators

Exterior: paint is a home job a previous owner did, couple of dings in the passenger door, no rust, no big dents, no known accidents according to the Carfax, tires are good, all glass is good and has fresh window tint, comes with factory LX wing that was original to the car

Mechanical: mostly stock with the exception of catalytic converters removed, Flowmasters installed(still has factory headers), also has BBK cold air intake, could use front struts though, also has new 180 degree thermostat installed, still has smog pump installed, cold a/c works great

I have receipts from the previous owner for the following work: heater core replacement, radiator hoses, new speedo cable, new fuel injectors(factory 19#), plenum gasket, spark plugs/wires/cap, fuel filter, fuel pump, new motor mounts, new clutch, pressure plate, release and pilot bearings, flywheel, rear main seal, door striker plates

This is a fantastic example of an unmolested Fox Body Mustang. It runs great, doesn't smoke or make weird noises, and is just an awesome car overall. As you can tell it has been well taken care of and deserves a good home! Clean title is in hand.

$500 non-refundable deposit is due within 24hrs of auction ending
I have this car listed for sell locally as well so I reserve the right to end the auction early if need be. Shipping must be arranged and paid for by the buyer, but I have no problem helping the transporter load the vehicle.

Fiat Dino does a sexy Ferrari impression

Tue, 10 Dec 2013

In the modern industry, there's a clear distinction between Ferrari and its parent company, Fiat. Confusing the two is virtually impossible, although that wasn't always so. In the 1960s, the line between Fiat and Ferrari was still there, but it wasn't nearly so well defined, thanks to the addition of the Dino line.
And while we could essentially write a dissertation on Ferrari, Dino and Fiat, let's just say that it wasn't at all difficult to find a Dino-badged car that could still set your hair on fire. One such car from those halcyon days of Italian automotive production is the 1968 Fiat Dino Spyder, shown in the latest video from Petrolicious.
Now, this isn't the exotic, mid-engined Dino. Rather, this is a sporty, but humble, Fiat-badged convertible, that's a bit lesser known. Still, it's a truly gorgeous car, and this example, owned by Danny Soukup, is a prime specimen of that rare 1960s Italian car. Scroll down for the latest video from Petrolicious.

Top Gear teases Porsche 918 vs McLaren P1 vs LaFerrari showdown

Mon, Jan 5 2015

It's the comparison test we've been waiting over a year to come together: the hybrid hypercar showdown of the century between the McLaren P1, Porsche 918 Spyder and Ferrari LaFerrari. They've each got hybrid powertrains pairing eight or more cylinders with an electric motor to drive around 900 horsepower through seven-speed dual-clutch transmissions. They come from exotic automakers with rich racing pedigrees, and each costs around a million bucks. Leave it to the guys from Top Gear, then, to finally put it together. The story adorns the cover of this month's issue of Top Gear magazine, which arranged the showdown – not the television program that started it all. Fortunately, they didn't miss the opportunity to capture the action on video, which will be available to iPad subscribers – but whether you've got access or not, you can catch a short clip of the seven-figure hybrid hypercars right here. Ferrari Enzo successor caught testing again

Fri, 25 Jan 2013

Although we're still not really sure what Ferrari plans to call its long-awaited successor to the Enzo, we're certain that this is going to be one mean car. We've heard that it will be called the F150, F150 Italia and even the F70 over the last year and a half. Regardless of its name, this guppy-faced prototype you see above is Ferrari's answer to the McLaren P1 and Porsche 918 Spyder with a rumored 900-horsepower hybrid powertrain.
Since the last time we saw this car testing, the only difference appears to be that the exhaust outlets now may be closer to production form, with dual pipes on each side sitting up higher in the fascia. Aside from that, these shots are much clearer and at a better angle allowing us to get an idea of what the final product might look like. We do see some of this car's details such as the headlight placement and shape similar to the 458 Italia and the massive brakes with drilled carbon ceramic rotors.
No word as to when we might see the production version of the car, but Ferrari did tease a couple photos of it last month and is much further along than spy shots we saw less than a year ago.
