2003 Ferrari F360 F1 Modena - Absolutely gorgeous 2003 with VERY LOW Mileage but driven enough to keep everything lubricated and running 100%. Looks and runs like new. The car is FULLY SERVICED by Ferrari of Long Island with all receipts and service records. Just had the 15K service done even though I only have 11.5K miles on it so you have complete peace of mind. This is my first Ferrari and I had all the same worries and about buying, owning, driving and servicing a Ferrari but now that I am an owner, I can tell you that it is all hype! Sure, if you buy an older model you can have big headaches and service/maintenance issues but a 2003 360 F1 Modena doesn’t need the engine out for the Major services like the older 355’s and earlier models. This car is nothing short of AMAZING and EXHILARATING to drive and everything you would expect without all the worries associated with buying a pre-owned, let alone a FERARRI! The car is in great condition inside and out and pictures do not do this gorgeous F360 F1 Modena justice! No sticky button issues, custom stereo with NAVIGATION and REAR BACK UP CAMERA! It features a very rare factory Sun Roof and the color combination is incredible Nuremberg Silver over two tone gray with piping and accent stitching! Fully Loaded including Special optional equipment: - F1 Paddle Shift Transmission - Fully Automatic Transmission Mode - 8 Cylinder Engine - ASR- traction control - Rear Wheel Drive - Upgraded Ferrari Modular Wheels (1 wheel has slight curb rash) all other perfect - Removable Factory Sun Roof (very limited edition) - Power Leather DAYTONA Seats - Challenge Grills - Ice Cold A/C and Hot heating system - Custom Stereo - Navigation - Rear backup Camera - Automatic Climate Control - Power windows - Power mirrors - Power Locks - Keyless Entry - 2 Set of custom Keys/fobs - Ferrari Tool Kit - Battery tender - Ferrari Crested Floor Mats Included! Everything works! All the lights, gauges, radio, windows, locks, a/c, etc. There are no issues with the car at all! Everything is in great overall condition. A few minor blemishes expected for a 10yr old car but truly an amazing car! It is being sold below its true value for a quick sale. Don't miss this deal! New owner shouldn't have to do any maintenance but rather enjoy the car for a long time. As you can see from the pictures, this car looks gorgeous! The paint is glossy and the car is in excellent condition! The leather interior is very clean and maintained with Leather conditioner so no shrinkage! There are no rips or tears in the seats, no stickiness, NON SMOKER! This Ferrari is ready to go and is an excellent car for the money! Here is your chance to own an extremely rare car in excellent condition for a fraction of the price over new! You will not be disappointed with this F360 and it is sure to please its next owner! This car is 100% ready to go and driven anywhere and enjoyed! Mechanically, this Ferrari is in great condition! The Engine, Transmission, and brakes all work great! Recently got major service done. The tires are practically brand new with plenty of tread life left. I AM LOOKING TO UPGRADE TO MY NEXT TOY!

1957 Ferrari 335S sells for $34.9M, still not most expensive Ferrari ever sold

Fri, Feb 5 2016

Here's your reminder that the price of a good vintage Ferrari is absolutely staggering – the 1957 335S that just sold at an Artcurial auction in Paris for $34.9 million isn't even close to a record when it comes to Prancing Horses crossing the block. While this 335S still represents a hell of a lot of money, we're actually wondering why it didn't do better. For one, this car, chassis number 0674, has the all-important racing provenance collectors crave. It's been raced by legends Mike Hawthorne and Sir Stirling Moss. In its first year of competition, Wolfgang von Trips took it to second place at the Mille Miglia, while Peter Collins and Maurice Trintigant drove it to sixth at the 12 Hours of Sebring. It even recorded the fastest lap at the 24 Hours of Le Mans (although it retired with engine problems just 56 laps into the race). So yes, consider the provenance box checked. Besides famous racers and races, it was owned by some huge names in the Ferrari world, including Luigi Chinetti, the founder of the North American Racing Team and the first Ferrari importer in the US. But for the past 45 years, it was a part of the legendary Bardinon Collection, which was known for its wide array of high-quality Ferraris. While the 1957 335S falls short of the record-holding 1962 250 GTO sold by Bonhams for $38.1 million during the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance festivities in 2014, it's still one of the most expensive cars ever sold at auction. And hey, it even landed in the meaty part of its $31.2 million to $35.6 million estimated sale price.

Ferrari 400 Superamerica leads $60M RM Sotheby's sale at Amelia Island [w/video]

Tue, Mar 17 2015

Just last month, two of the most venerated auction houses came together under one roof. And this past weekend, the newly christened RM Sotheby's held its first event at the Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance, selling a record $60 million worth of classic automobiles. The event's highlight was surely the gorgeous 1960 Ferrari 400 Superamerica SWB Cabriolet pictured above. Resplendent in dark green over a red leather interior, this particular Superamerica set a record for that model when it sold for $6.38 million, with proceeds going towards a children's education charity. That price far outstrips the record $4 million that Gooding & Co. got for that sleek white Aerodinamico coupe in Scottsdale earlier this year. Among the other seven-figure items were of course some other Ferraris, including a rare '72 Daytona Spider that went for $3.3 million, along with a smattering of Jaguars, Mercedes, Alfas, Lamborghinis and Bugattis. A rare 2007 Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano with a manual transmission sold for nearly triple its estimate at $682,000, and the Daytona-winning, Castrol-liveried 1988 Jaguar XJR-9 sold for over $2 million. Of course RM Sotheby's wasn't the only company holding an auction during the Florida concours. But as the event's official auction house, it brought in more than all the other participating auctioneers combined, setting a record for Amelia Island in the process. Ferrari to reveal California-based 149M on February 12

Mon, 03 Feb 2014

The updated, turbocharged Ferrari California might be the Prancing Horse's worst-kept secret ever. The long-rumored car was spotted testing last summer at the Italian dreammaker's Fiorano test track with the unmistakable whistle of a forced-induction engine, and Ferrari is now teasing the reveal of its "149M Project" on February 12. Because that the original codename for the California was the F149, the new car is almost certainly the refreshed version.
The exact engine under the hood is still a mystery, but it is rumored to be a tuned version of the 3.8-liter, twin-turbocharged V8 found in the Maserati Quattroporte with 523 horsepower and 524 pound-feet of torque, an engine that is already a significant upgrade over the 483 hp and 372 lb-ft in the current California. Other reported upgrades suggest there is the possibility of revised exterior pieces to make the new model look more like the F12 Berlinetta, along with an improved interior featuring a more modern infotainment system. As expected, Ferrari has no plans to drop the California's retracting hardtop for the updated model.
While Ferrari will debut the new car on February 12, the public will probably not get its first chance to check out the brand's entry-level sports car until the Geneva Motor Show in March.
