2001 Ferrari 360 Spider F1 *free Ship Continental Usa Enclosed Hauler. on 2040-cars
Calabasas, California, United States
I've been driving the car for about six months, and I love it. Maintenance is up to date, including recent service to top at ferrari dealership. Clutch is only worn 44% per dealer (60 days ago), and was adjusted by them to performance Euro spec. Tires are new, belts up to date with a year and a half and 25000 miles before needing attention again. All maintenance is up to date. I don't scrimp on attention to my cars. Garaged while stored 100% of the time, no rain driving.
Tubi exhaust so it sounds fabulous, nice staggered wheels, polished aluminum air boxes, it's a blast to drive with the top down. It's a turn key car, title in my hand now, no waiting, private party sale. Yes, I am offering enclosed delivery for the BUY IT NOW price. The car is worth every dime with all the extras. The Tour De France blue paint is beautiful, and needs no attention, interior is flawless. Battery is brand new, oil is fresh. You want a car that's not your ordinary red ferrari, this is it. I have all service records, and tool kit. It's a no regrets car, and you only live once so drive it while you can. Email for my phone number to talk about the car, but I ask you be a seriously interested party if you want to talk. FYI, this is a Euro car, so it is lighter, and more powerful than the model produced for USA market. The car was brought up to U.S. Standards when imported, and I hold clean clear Calif title, so titling is the same as any other Ferrari or car for that matter. Wire transfer or cash is the preferred method of payment, but I will accept a cashiers check from Wells Fargo. Thanks for looking, email with all questions. Cheers! Vin: Zffyt53b000xxxxxx |

Ferrari patent suggests one-off SP FFX
Thu, 24 Oct 2013You remember that batch of patent drawings we brought you a couple of weeks ago showing an unspecified Ferrari coupe? The interwebs were ablaze in speculation over what the car depicted could be, and we've been watching them all until we landed on the one that seems to make the most sense.
While some speculated that this could be a new California, updated to look more like the F12 and FF, our friends over at Jalopnik suggest, with sound reason, that what we're actually looking at is what we figured in the first place: that this is a one-off FF-based coupe being built for a private customer.
Perhaps the single biggest indicator doesn't lie in the drawings themselves, but the detail that everyone else seemed to have missed: at the same time as these drawings were submitted, Ferrari filed for another patent with the Italian government for the name SP FFX and the logo pictured above.
Sebastian Vettel to leave Infiniti Red Bull at end of 2014
Sat, 04 Oct 2014Things are going to look very different in the Formula 1 paddock come 2015. Official word came down from Infiniti Red Bull Racing that Sebastian Vettel, who won four driver's titles while with the energy-infused fizzy drink and marketing company, will be leaving the team after the 2014 season comes to an end. Taking Vettel's well-worn seat at Red Bull will be Daniil Kvyat, who will join Daniel Ricciardo for 2015. Feel free to read that official announcement below.
While no official announcement has yet been made, rumors swirl that Sebastian Vettel will drive for Ferrari in 2015, taking the place of Fernando Alonso, who many believe will end up at McLaren, which itself is in line for a major driver and team shakeup next year as it switches to Honda power. It's not clear where the rest of the current crop of F1 drivers will land, but as this first blockbuster domino falls into place, expect the rest to fall in line in the coming weeks and months.
Ferrari to pay Fiat Chrysler $2.8B prior to spinoff
Sat, 15 Nov 2014Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is trying to get capital together in a hurry to finance the automaker's growth plans. Among its strategies to raise money, Ferrari will be spun off from the FCA mothership next year with an initial public offering. However, the Italian supercar maker will be a couple billion dollars poorer at the start of its new life.
According to a filing with US regulators obtained by Automotive News, FCA intends to "enter into certain other transactions including distributions and transfers of cash from Ferrari currently estimated at 2.25 billion euros ($2.8 billion)" before it spins the supercar maker off. Those funds might include paying a dividend to investors, and FCA possibly transferring some of its debt to the Prancing Horse.
The Ferrari IPO will likely be in the second or third quarter of 2015, according to Automotive News. Ten percent of the automaker will go onto the public market in the US and possibly Europe too, and 80 percent will be distributed among current FCA shareholders. The other 10 percent is held by co-chairman Piero Ferrari, according to AN.
