Prospect, Kentucky, United States
Up for sale is my 2000 Ferrari 360 with
23,850 well cared for miles. The car is in outstanding condition inside
and out. It has just received its major service and is running like a
top. The pictures speak for themselves, but let me tell you a bit more
about my car:
Engine: · Stock 3.6L motor with 400HP · Custom painted metallic silver air boxes
Exhaust: · Tubi stainless steel performance exhaust
Transmission: · 6 speed manual (only 20% of 360’s came with manual transmission) · Hill Engineering shift bushing installed
Exterior: · Grigio Titanio (metallic silver). This color looks unbelievable in the sun. The metallic paint accentuates the 360 body lines. The color combo gets a lot of positive comments. · Challenge Grill painted Grigio Titanio · Shields · 3M clear bra · California Car Cover
Interior : · Bordeaux leather · Daytona seats · Custom embroidered floor mats · Upgraded Alpine speakers · iPod adapter for OEM Becker head unit
Wheels: · Genuine Challenge Stradale wheels with custom titanium powder coating (cost $5,000 w/ tires) · Yellow wheel caps · Michelin Pilot Sports : Recent Service (May 2014 with receipts, emails and pictures): · Full Major Service by NJB Automotive in Columbus, OH (Jack Babbitt) including timing belts, tensioner bearings, fluids & filters · Replace cam gaskets · Brembo OEM brake pads · Shift linkage and cable adjusted and all gears engage precise and smooth (including 2nd gear) · Replace window micro switch
Other: · Both sets of keys with red and black fobs (3 total) · All Manuals
The car is in excellent condition inside and out and runs perfectly (simply no issues). It needs nothing. Interior is 9.5/10 and exterior is also 9.5/10 (I am super picky, so maybe it’s even better than I am rating). There are no scratches, dings, dents or blemishes. The leather interior is outstanding. What more do you want to know? Just contact me with any question. Happy to answer all inquiries. You may also contact Jack Babbitt who is the owner of NJB Automotive (www.weserviceferrari.com) as he has been servicing the car since 2010 and knows it very well. Car is sold as-is where-is, with no warranty express or implied. |

Race Recap: 2013 Italian Grand Prix is mistakes, gremlins and metronomes [spoilers]
Sun, 08 Sep 2013The low-downforce, 5.793-kilometer circuit in Monza, Italy is known as the Temple of Speed, but only a few of the qualifying performances would have clued you into it. Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber in the Infiniti Red Bull Racing chassis' lined up first and second, and it didn't seem like Vettel had to work too hard to do so. Nico Hülkenberg truly lived up to his nickname, The Hulk, and put his Sauber third on the grid, a massive drive and turn-of-speed that even he didn't expect, especially with his teammate Esteban Gutiérrez down in 13th.
The rest of the top ten was what you might expect. Shenanigans at Ferrari ended up with Felipe Massa out-qualifying Fernando Alonso for fourth and fifth, a situation that led to Alonso calling his team either "stupid" or "genius," depending on how you translate his Italian, his sarcasm and his honesty. They were followed by Nico Rosberg in the Mercedes-AMG Petronas, the soon-to-be Infiniti Red Bull driver Daniel Ricciardo in the Toro Rosso, the McLaren duo of Sergio Perez and Jenson Button and the second Toro Rosso of Jean-Eric Vergne.
Why wasn't Kimi Räikkönen at Lotus in that group? Because his car only had the pace to make 11th on the grid, so he said. And behind him, Lewis Hamilton - who "drove like an idiot," in his words - in the second Mercedes.
Ferrari patent suggests one-off SP FFX
Thu, 24 Oct 2013You remember that batch of patent drawings we brought you a couple of weeks ago showing an unspecified Ferrari coupe? The interwebs were ablaze in speculation over what the car depicted could be, and we've been watching them all until we landed on the one that seems to make the most sense.
While some speculated that this could be a new California, updated to look more like the F12 and FF, our friends over at Jalopnik suggest, with sound reason, that what we're actually looking at is what we figured in the first place: that this is a one-off FF-based coupe being built for a private customer.
Perhaps the single biggest indicator doesn't lie in the drawings themselves, but the detail that everyone else seemed to have missed: at the same time as these drawings were submitted, Ferrari filed for another patent with the Italian government for the name SP FFX and the logo pictured above.
World Car of the Year finalists announced
Fri, 07 Mar 2014To say the 2014 Geneva Motor Show was packed full of news is an understatement as big as the show's home at the Palexpo convention center. Despite everything that we were able to cover during this year's show, there's still more coming out of Switzerland, including the announcement of the finalists for the 2014 World Car of the Year Awards.
We reported on the original list of finalists over three weeks ago, and now, that initial list has been pared down to three finalists for each of the five awards. The finalists were announced at a press conference by frequent Autoblog contributor and co-chair of the awards, Matt Davis (above).
The finalists for the overall title of 2014 World Car of the Year are the Audi A3, the BMW 4 Series and the Mazda3. The World Luxury Car of the Year will be either the Bentley Flying Spur, the Mercedes-Benz S-Class or the Land Rover Range Rover Sport, while the Performance Car of the Year will be awarded to the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, the Ferrari 458 Speciale or the Porsche 911 GT3 (which, um, yeah...).
