99 FERARRI 355 Spyder Convertible(built August 2013)
This car is Amazing!!! Just completed August 1st 2013 by Cobra Customs & Collision in Tampa/Seffner Florida. It had a very very nice donor car used for construction. It was a 1987 Pontiac Fiero with pretty low miles and an Automatic transmission. Took a full year of non-stop body work, rewiring, etc to complete. Cost of the build including donor car is right at $35-39,000 with recent engine tuning. Car has been driven less than 2500 miles since build to preserve it. The interior is synthetic leather and suede. Looks way nicer than the real Ferrari interior. Stiched yellow and gorgeous. Original engine has been tuned and will drive strong everyday. Frame stretched and widened to exact dimensions. Car has an air ride system on the front to raise and lower the ride height. Car fools 99% of everyone who sees it. This is like buying a brand new car. I simply want to sell it to buy a new Porsche 911. Call Charles in Tampa Florida at 813-767-0926
this is like buying a new car. front suspension uses a switch to raise and lower. uses a top notch high quality pump that is the same as the LowRider cars use. We used actual Ferrari "fly yellow" paint and all of the emblems are real as well.
Car does not have a top but one could easily be installed. It already has the clips for a top to be installed. I keep it in the garage and prefer not to have one. Also has a brand new audio system with subwoofers, CD player, and amplifier.

Marchionne could become Ferrari CEO
Thu, Aug 27 2015Don't think that just because FCA is spinning off Ferrari into a separate company that Sergio Marchionne is giving up any control. Not only is he already chairman of the Prancing Horse, but he might also become its next CEO after Amedeo Felisa steps down, anonymous insiders claim according to Automotive News Europe. The dual roles would put the sportscar brand's future in Marchionne's hands, while he continues to run FCA. Rumors of Felisa stepping down emerged in July, but Ferrari never made an official announcement. The reports suggested that he could leave in September. Execs at the Prancing Horse are now working to decide on a replacement, but there's nothing official in place yet, according to Automotive News Europe. Felisa might maintain an advisory role after retiring, as well. If Marchionne takes charge, the move would come just as Ferrari becomes a newly independent entity. The Prancing Horse's necessary paperwork is already filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, and the IPO is expected in October. Marchionne took over as Ferrari's chairman last year after Luca di Montezemolo's resignation. As boss, he intends to increase production to 10,000 units a year from 7,000 annually under Montezemolo. Among the projects in development is a revived Dino. Related Video:
Ferrari might bring back the Dino, says Sergio
Fri, Jun 5 2015Dino: It's one of the most evocative, though long-dormant nameplates in automotive history. Coined after Ferrari founder Enzo's son, the badge was on a series of smaller and more affordable mid-engined sports cars produced between 1968 and 1976. And now Ferrari's boss says it could come back on the rump of an all-new Ferrari/Dino model. "It's a when not an if," says Sergio Marchionne, chief executive of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, majority owner of the Italian sports car maker. "We know that it [Dino] is an under-used resource, but that's why we need to get it right." He agrees that a Dino model could have around 500 horsepower, be smaller and lighter than the mid-engine, V8-powered 488, and could even have a V6 engine just like the original Dinos. Ferrari collaborated on the development of the V6 engine design for Maserati and forthcoming Alfa Romeo models. A future Dino-badged model could share the same mill. "The six-cylinder response has been positive," says the CEO. Just don't go thinking that such a car would be a cheaper Ferrari. Marchionne is adamant that a Dino would not be seen as, or indeed be, a budget Ferrari. But there is the possibility that Dino could be launched as a standalone brand, just as it was at one time in the Seventies. "You don't screw around with the interests of your customers," says Marchionne, admitting he hated the Porsche Boxster model because it was seen as a cheap Porsche. Dino was originally created to compete with Porsche's 911. Enzo reasoned that he didn't want to reduce the price of his more expensive models to compete with the more affordable German sports car. Ferrari could do good business in a lower-priced arena, but Marchionne is clear that he wouldn't chase sales at the expense of the brand. "I would never try to sell another 500 cars at the expense of the Ferrari name," he says. Race Recap: For the 2013 Monaco Grand Prix, NASCAR comes to the principality
Tue, 28 May 2013Lots of contact, debris cautions, trips into the wall, full-course yellows and a red flag - these are the kinds of racing terms you unbox when you want to have a conversation about NASCAR... or the Formula One grand prix of Monaco. In this case we're not talking about the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte, we're talking about 78 laps in the South of France that even featured a fallen camera cable just like that stock-car race.
This year, Mercedes-AMG Petronas drivers treated their chassis' like busses instead of F1 cars, Romain Grosjean treated his Lotus like a battering ram, Sergio Perez kept sticking his McLaren's nose in places and eventually got it smacked, and maybe the size of the drivers' mirrors should be changed instead of the tires as there were almost as many firsts as there were crashes. Plenty of F1 fans wish Monaco were removed from the calendar, yet even though it doesn't specialize in traditional thrills, that doesn't mean nothing happens during the parade through - and into - the barriers.
