1999 Ferrari F355 Spider w/F-1 Paddle
Transmission. Convertible. Billed as the ultimate driving Ferrari, this F355
represents the purist's version of the Ferrari Experience. This rare color,
Grigio Ingrid Ferrari F355 Spider Convertible, was one of four manufactured in
this color and is ready for its next owner. The F-1 Paddle Transmission is in
fantastic condition and with its 380 HP.... not lacking for speed. It is a 1999, therefore the valve guide issues
that were common on earlier cars were addressed and remedied by Ferrari on the
1999 models. It is optioned nicely with dual power leather
seats, Tubi Exhausts, 18" wheels, built in radar detector, power windows
& door locks, sports suspension, some service receipts and 22,000 low
miles!!! This is a very nice driving car, has normal wear and scraps on the front bumper, due to low ground clearance. Driver’s seat hardly has any wear on the outside bolster, and no rips or tears. The convertible top is fully functional, but I have to give it a slight push to get the cycle started. I have read that this is fairly common on these cars. Also, the driver's side window needs some adjustment. It works fine, but needs to be snugged up in the track. Also, the car is due to have major service performed, based on the time, not mileage. I could have this done, but thought that a new owner might want to either do it himself, or have it done by their local mechanic. Overall, I think you will find this will be one of the best values for a low mileage F355 on EBay given the condition Vehicle sold as is, where is, no warranty expressed or implied - While we can assist with shipping, Buyer responsible for all costs. Inspections are welcomed, prior to the end of the auction. Vehicle will not be released until full payment is received. We appreciate your interest in this car and look forward to your offer to purchase. Feel free to email with any questions. Thanks Steve |

LaFerrari 3D model adds depth to Maranello's new supercar
Sat, 06 Apr 2013At its recent Geneva Motor Show unveiling, we couldn't help but spend a good long time gawking at the new LaFerrari supercar. It isn't just that it's the newest top-line Ferrari, or even that it picks up where the Enzo left off - it's just that there's so much to look at, from the ductwork in its long nose to the delicate artistry of its sideview mirrors. There's so much aerodynamic wizardry in play on every surface that you just want to pick it up in your hand and look underneath to take a closer look every which way - even underneath.
Sadly that's not possible, but we may just have the next best thing. Autoblog reader Giorgio has come up with this clever interactive 3D model of the LaFerrari, and we think it's neat enough that you might want to take a look - check it out by scrolling below. And don't forget - we love featuring what our car-crazed readers are up to, whether here or on our Facebook page, so keep those tips coming.
Ferrari 330 P4 is a stunning red bolide
Fri, 18 Jul 2014There are many beautiful cars in the world, and then there is the Ferrari 330 P4 that outdoes practically all of them. Combining more curves than Christina Hendricks and the singing voice of Adele, it might just be one of the most aesthetically pleasing cars ever made. In its latest video, Petrolicious takes a look at the sole remaining original P4 in existence and talks to the lucky man who gets to drive it.
Ferrari Corsa instructor Nick Longhi has the enviable task about getting behind the wheel of the V12 racer in this video, and he says it doesn't drive the way you might think. The P4 isn't out to bite drivers who aren't paying attention. Instead, he claims that the car just does everything right and helps the person at the controls be that much better.
Historically, the P4 was Ferrari's attempt in the 1967 season to take on the dominating Ford GT40. The Prancing Horse's major achievement that year was a 1-2-3 finish in the 24 Hours of Daytona, but it couldn't quite beat the Ford at the famous race at Le Mans.
Ferrari configurator lets you play 458 Speciale customer
Mon, 23 Jun 2014We all wish we had an extra $300,000 just lying around that we could spend on a supercar. And if we did, we don't doubt that the Ferrari 458 Speciale would be near the top of our list. It's hard, after all, to argue with 600 naturally aspirated horsepower churning away right behind your seat. Unfortunately few of us have that kind of scratch. That's where online configurators come in.
While these web-based customization tools don't exactly let you drive off the lot in a six-figure supercar, they can at least let you pretend that you're the kind of person who would (or more pertinently, could) do just that. And Ferrari's latest is among the cooler ones we've seen.
Like most online configuration tools, Maranello's lets you choose the colors of the bodywork and which wheels you want, but also lets you choose brake calipers, racing stripes and all manner of carbon-fiber aero components. Step inside and the choices are even more extensive, from the size and shape of seats to the color of the tachometer.
