1997 Ferrari F355 Berlinetta in red with hide interior.  This is a car that can be driven daily, with no reservations.  The overall condition is above average for the age and mileage, with only the expected stone chips and scuffing on the front spoiler.  The interior is very nice, but will need a small bit of stitching replaced where the steering column meets the dash.  This car is not worthy of a Concours, but it is a very nice automobile for a person looking to truly drive a Ferrari.

The car was purchased approximately one year ago, and the Orlando Ferrari dealer performed maintenance in excess of $6000 to ensure that it was to original specification.  It runs and drives beautifully, and can be parked anywhere with pride.

At the time of purchase, I was informed that this car once had a salvage title.  I can only assume that it was a cosmetic issue, as the dealer was unable to find any evidence of collision repair. If you are in the Orlando area, I invite you to inspect the car.  I feel confident you will not be disappointed.

As per eBay rules, the title must be listed as a "Rebuilt, Rebuildable & Reconstructed".   The Florida title lists that this vehicle once had a "Rebuilt" title in Tennesse, and a "Salvage" title in Georgia.  The Autocheck service also confirmed this information.  Unfortunately, I do not have an further details as to why this was done.

The only records I have are from the services that I had performed by the dealer in Orlando.

Please study the photos, and ask any questions you may have.

The Ferrari is located in Orlando, Florida USA.  All transportation arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

A $1000 deposit due within 24 hours via Paypal.  Balance due must clear prior to vehicle transportation.

Ferrari 458 Speciale is our Frankfurt fantasy [w/video]

Tue, 10 Sep 2013

This is the Ferrari 458 Speciale, and while its name might underwhelm, its performance and lineage more than make up for it. The successor to the proud line of hot, higher-performance, mid-engined Ferraris like the 360 Challenge Stradale and 430 Scuderia, the 458 Speciale is blessed with a 596-horsepower, 4.5-liter V8 and the ability to skip to 62 miles per hour in three seconds. It also comes with a not-so-subtle racing stripe, which we like.
Thanks to a scarcely believable curb weight of 2,844 pounds, special Michelin Pilot Sport cup 2 tires, and a few tweaks to the electronic diff, the Speciale is quite a dancer as well. Naturally, Ferrari is showing off the newest member of the scuderia at Frankfurt, and we made it a priority to see it in person. We've got a full gallery of live images above, a video and stock photography from Ferrari down below, and our original coverage of the car, from August, right here.

Are you the Enzo-succeeding Ferrari F150?

Fri, 08 Feb 2013

We've brought you no end of spy shots and rumors surrounding the new Ferrari hypercar, often referred to as F150, that is destined to succeed the Enzo as the Italian maker's top offering. Now, one new and highly speculative rendering has come to light whose origins are interesting, even if the final product is still pretty much a stab in the dark.
The rendering you see here was created by an organization called goldRush Rally, which published the image on its Facebook page. The claim is that this rendering was based on a "snapshot of a plaque with a sketch of the new supercar." We certainly won't speculate as to what kind of "presentation" a luxury-rally throwing company like gRR would be invited to - to say nothing of why there was a plaque bearing the image of a supercar that has been so well cordoned off from public eyes - but we'll roll with it because we love the internet.
Even if the story is completely true (big if), we're fairly certain the details of the rendering miss in some places relative to the real deal car. The front wheel wells, for instance, seem comically thin around the top, and hold wheels that are way out of proportion with the spy shots and videos we've seen so far. More promising, however, is the detailing of the door and sill of the F150 - portions of the car that have consistently been covered in spy shots.

Steve McQueen's Ferrari 275 GTB/4 To Be Auctioned In Monterey

Sat, May 10 2014

We know from many, many years of watching classic car auctions, that there are certain qualities that ensure big money. For example, putting tiny silver horses and/or yellow badges on a red car will probably bring in a lot of cash. This is doubly true if said car hails from the 1950s or 1960s, and it's triply true if some dude drove it around in circles or if a celebrity owned it. That, friends, is how you make the serious dosh at auction. Considering that, we should expect big, big things when this 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4 crosses the block at the big RM Auctions event during the festivities surrounding the 2014 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. Terrence Steven McQueen, better known as Steve McQueen and even better known as the coolest actor of the 1960s and 1970s, originally purchased this car while filming Bullitt in San Francisco, which should provide a big boost to its sale price. As previously reported, this car has undergone a full restoration and has received its certification from the team at Ferrari Classiche. Beyond that, though, we're kind of in the dark about this beauty. We don't even have a rough guess of how much it'll go for. That's where you come in. Considering that the price of classic Ferraris is increasing with all the regularity of Old Faithful, how much do you think McQueen's 275 will call for when it hits the stage in August? Head into Comments and let us know.
