1987 Ferrari 328 Gts, Red With Black And Recent Belt And Fluid Service Euro Look on 2040-cars
Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States
I am selling my beautiful 1987 Ferrari 328 GTS with 54,241 miles. Finished in the famous Ferrari Corsa red paint with original black leather interior. The vehicle has been lowered and has the Euro look. The timing belt, AC belt, alternator belt and fluids changed less than 1,000 miles ago at 53,140 miles. All books, records, tool kit and jack including spare tire all come with this vehicle. The only problems with the car are slow moving power windows and ac does not blow very cold. (AC Compressor has been changed, I think it just needs freon. I just never messed with it since I always have driven it with the top off) also the tach reads incorrectly. Ive owned this car for over 6 Years and never had a problem or breakdown with her. Just normal maintenance. Now is your chance to own the most reliable and economical Ferrari ever made before the prices on this vehicle continue to rise. If there is a certain picture you would like me to take ask. Or if you have an Iphone we can Facetime a tour of the car Message me for full Photobucket album including over 100 pictures. You can call or text me at 954-261-2000 (David) |

Ferrari 458 with $1M wheels still hasn't found a buyer [w/video]
Sat, 27 Jul 2013Rule number one of modifying a car: When it comes time to sell, people want to pay for the car, and could care less how much you spent in the aftermarket. This is a lesson that the guys at Latitude Wheels in Miami are currently learning.
The wheel company's "flagship show car," a 2011 Ferrari 458 Italia was put up for sale on eBay weeks ago, as reported by Jalopnik. The price? Just a shade under $1.3 million. For a 458 Italia. That normally starts around $230,000. Yeah.
Latitude justifies the car's price based on a very expensive set of wheels. To be exact, the 21-inch fronts and 22-inch rears are forged Vossen Precision Series wheels. Mounted on Pirelli rubber, Latitude claims the package is worth over $1 million. Add onto that the $20,000 in Novitec Rosso carbon fiber pieces - none of the fun, performance stuff Novitec is known for - and you come to an eBay starting price of $1,290,000.
Ferrari introduces trick new augmented reality showroom
Wed, Apr 15 2015Augmented reality is darn cool, giving us a new and highly informative way to look at everyday scenes. We've seen a number of automakers play around with it, from Mini's AR goggles to Land Rover's information-intensive windshield. But while those are merely concepts, Ferrari is bringing augmented reality to the showroom. Literally. The company commissioned an app that uses 3D tracking technology to display a seven-step walkaround program that overlays information on one of the company's products. Want to see different wheel designs? How the air flows over the car's body? Or easily transmit your idea of the perfect Ferrari to friends and family? The app can do it all. It's a seriously impressive piece of technology, and one we could see moving well beyond the Ferrari showroom. Check out the iPad app in the video and let us know what you think of Ferrari's latest sales tool.
Ferrari family won't sell stake in company
Thu, Feb 19 2015Ferrari may be splitting off from the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles group and launching its IPO independently, but those stocks it's going to float are coming out of Fiat's hands. The small portion still held by the Ferrari family looks destined to stay in their control for the time being. According to the latest report from Reuters, Enzo's son Piero says he has no intention of selling any of the 10 percent interest he and his family hold in the company founded by his late father. "I have never sold and I have no intention of doing so," said Piero, as quoted in the report. Piero Ferrari is the illegitimate son of Enzo Ferrari and his mistress Lina Lardi. His half-brother Dino died in his twenties from complications associated with muscular dystrophy, and in accordance with Italian custom, Piero was only acknowledged as Enzo's heir after the death of the father in 1988. Representing the family's holdings, Piero still acts as vice-chairman of the company but devotes his day-to-day to running aerospace manufacturer Piaggio Aero.
