Hi there and thanks for looking! This 2001 Dodge Viper RT-10 is quite possibly the lowest mileage mint condition 2001 Viper in the world! With only 4803 miles, of course this car drives and even smells like new. Everything on the car is like new as it should be including the tires. This car has never been smoked in and I do not believe has ever seen a raindrop! The alpine stereo really rocks! I bought this car last summer from a collector and drove it about 420 miles. This car is in unbelievable condition as I have looked all over it and can not find a nic or scratch anywhere including the front facia. I have owned a lot of classic vechicles and sports cars and have never gotten the attention that this car gets as you drive down the road! Great looking, fun to drive, and very fast, this car is not for the faint of heart. It has never been raced. I have only personally driven this car to a speed of 90 miles per hour but let me assure you that there is much more there and the acceleration and torch that the V-10 engine has is unbelievable!  As you look at the pictures be sure to note the mint condition of this car. Even the floor mats still have the plastic covering on them. The car will come with a custom car cover, both hard and soft tops, tonneau cover and all the storage bags including one for the hardtop that did  not come with the car off the showroom floor  that is brand new that I bought from The Viper Store for $200.00. Please also note when you look at the pictures at the awesome looking HRE racing wheels that are on the car. The previous owner put these on the car about 1000 miles ago and cost him around $7,500.00 to do so. If you are a collector you know that the buy it now price is a steal! If you are looking for your dream car, then bid away and may the best bidder win! You will not be dissapointed! I will assist in shipping the best I can or the car can be picked up in Marshall, Michigan. please call Mark with any questions at 269-317-4357 or email me at mloyer54@yahoo.com.

Took her for a spin this weekend, about 27 miles. The odometer now reads 4803. What a ride! Car is for sale locally so the auction could end with a sale here.

Thanks!

2013 Dodge Challenger V6 recalled for fire risk, owners asked not to drive

Sun, 17 Mar 2013

Chrysler has issued a recall for the V6 version of the 2013 Dodge Challenger (as pictured above in 2012MY) over the possibility of a wiring harness that could short circuit and lead to a fire. Owners of these V6 Challengers built from November 2012 through January 2013 are being urged to contact dealers immediately and, in the meantime, not to drive their cars or park in or near any buildings.
Chrysler estimates around 2,500 potentially affected Challengers are in owners' hands, while another 1,900 are still sitting on dealer lots. The total number of recalled vehicles is 4,459.
So far, Chrysler says that seven fires have been reported - none resulting in injuries. The company is instructing vehicle owners to contact their dealer to find out if their vehicle is included in the recall, but owners can also find the build date information of their vehicle by checking the label in the driver's door jamb.

The Fate of the Furious music video shows how much Demons love donuts

Fri, Mar 3 2017

The new Dodge Demon is leaking into everything related to The Fate of the Furious in the lead-up to both the car and the film's debut in just over a month. The latest teaser involves Demons doing donuts and burnouts in the Get Off music video, with copious amounts of both tire smoke and hip hop to accompany the tire-shredding shenanigans. It also gives us a look at some of the film's other cars. Get Off is a song by Travis Scott, Quavo, and Lil Uzi that's featured on The Fate of the Furious soundtrack, which is out now. The teaser for the music video features a pack of Dodge Challengers - both Demon and non-Demon spec - along with a line of non-SRT related products. From what we can see, the movie will have a Scion FR-S/Toyota 86, a highly modified C2 generation Chevrolet Corvette, and a Mercedes-AMG GT S. In typical over-the-top fashion, the final shot shows a submarine bursting through ice in pursuit of several cars, including a Subaru WRX. We can't see much else as the full music video hasn't been released, but expect a few more teasers once it does. The Fate of the Furious debuts Friday, April 14, just days after the Dodge Demon's debut at the New York Auto Show. 2014 Dodge Durango Ron Burgundy ads already have 2.7M views [w/videos]

Mon, 14 Oct 2013

The guy who once made the Dodge Stratus a punchline of sorts is now a spokesman for the 2014 Dodge Durango, and the move appears to be paying off handsomely for Dodge. Will Ferrell, acting as 1970s-era TV news personality Ron Burgundy, has teamed up with the automaker for co-branded advertisements between the refreshed 2014 Durango and Ferrell's new movie, Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues. Like Ferrell's fictional character, the ads are outrageous, flamboyant and a bit random. They're also successful: Automotive News says that more than 2.7 million people have already watched the videos since they debuted on October 5.
Those views are similar to the numbers that AN's top viral video of the year (e.g. Volkswagen's "Get Happy" Super Bowl ad) received, but there will eventually be as many as 70 videos comprising the Burgundy-Durango spots. According to the report, the videos were created primarily as a viral campaign online, although some are airing on television, too. For Dodge's part, the cost of the videos was significantly lower than a usual television campaign thanks to the fact that Ferrell wasn't paid for the spots since they were made in cooperation with promotional efforts for his new movie.
We've already posted a few of the videos in our previous post, but scroll down for several more - and head over to Adweek for a little added background on how these spots came to be.
