I've sold my company, Seattle Green Limo, and we're selling our flagship limo Sprinter.  We started off calling it a Limo Van when we got it but people just call it a Party Bus so that's what it became.

You can see video of it at night here:

This is an absolutely beautiful vehicle.  Huge money maker.  We charge 99/hr M - F, 149/hr Friday - Sat, and 125/hr on Sunday.  Seats 14 passengers in back and 2 up front.  Back has handrails (added since video) and a couple of vertical bars for people to hold while we drive.

3 TVs, two coolers, CD/DVD/IPOD/AUX hookup stereo system.  The roof and sides flash.  Two screens with pattern.  One circular screen that follows your fingers like one of those lightning balls.  People are blown away by this vehicle.  And because it's a Sprinter and the side door opens so widely when we park in a long row of limos people flock to us instead of the hummers, etc, because all the lights inside light up the area.  Great time to give away a ton of business cards.

Tires are in great shape.  We've turned 105k on the engine and done all the repairs needed to bring it back to tip top condition.  Just had the turbo replaced.  Oil lines and pan cleaned out.  Engine Flush. Air Cleaner element, Rear axle fluid, cooling system flush, buttons on steering wheel, rear heater hoses, windshield wiper motor, brake light switch, combination switch assembly, and then a $5200 repair this week for something I'll have to find the paperwork on.  We had all these repairs done as a local friend was going to buy this from us and I wanted to hand it off in perfect condition.  Unfortunately the friend couldn't secure financing.  I've got the paperwork on all the repairs and happy to send to you.   As part of the process we had a pre-buy inspection done as well ($343) so that's where all the repairs came from.  I'm sure I can call and get the paperwork on that if you want to see it.

The only issue it has, that I can think of, is the passenger window switch doesn't work.  Since nobody ever sits there and it's been like that since we bought it, we've never had it repaired.

Let me know if you have any questions.  I'll be doing some HD video when it's sunny here (we're in Seattle and it's never sunny on the weekends).  :)  When I shoot the video I'll check it out for anything else that needs fixing.

The buy it now price is the reserve as well.

Best,
Kevin

Before Jay Leno, this 1970 Dodge Charger was a SEMA star

Tue, Feb 23 2016

When Jay Leno drives an awesome car, enthusiasts take note, and this week the internet blew up over the 1970 Dodge Charger resto-mod that starred in a recent Garage episode. But you might not remember: this strapping Charger, called "Tantrum," was one of the highlights of the SEMA Show in Las Vegas last fall. Here's another look at a true Mopar monster. The power: Yep, Tantrum has 1,650 horsepower. That's more than two Hellcats worth of power under the hood. It's a twin-turbo 9.0-liter Mercury Racing engine with a quad-cam four-valve setup. Basically, it's a V8 boat motor developed for cars. Mercury Marine is the crew that developed the V8 for the 1990s Chevy Corvette ZR-1. That all-aluminum LT-5 under the hood cranked out 405 hp – an astronomical figure for the time – and helped make the ZR-1 an icon. Take a listen to Tantrum's 9.0-liter Mercury mill below. SpeedKore, a Wisconsin-based performance shop that does one-off pro touring builds. It specializes in remaking Detroit muscle with modern features like carbon fiber, bespoke interiors, and powerful engines. SpeedKore is pretty good at it. Before it threw a Tantrum, it did the "Cudinator" used in some of the Fast and the Furious movies. You might not know: Tantrum won the Best Domestic category of the GT Awards at SEMA – chosen by your author. The sinister looks were the hook, and the crazy engine solidified its performance cred. Will Dodge limit 2015 Challenger SRT Hellcat to 1,200 units?

Sun, 20 Jul 2014

With over 700 horsepower on tap and a price tag barely over $60k, Dodge appears on paper to have a winner on its hands with the new Challenger SRT Hellcat. But if you want to get your hands on one, you may have to act quicker than this most powerful of muscle cars covers the quarter-mile.
That's because, according to our compatriots over at Edmunds, Dodge may limit production - in the first year, at least - to just 1,200 units. That would amount to barely a quarter of the Challengers that Dodge moves each month, and would also mean only one Hellcat for every two Dodge dealers in the US - which could lead to some serious contention over which stores and which customers can get their hands on the ultimate Challenger.
Reached for comment, SRT spokesman Dan Reid told Autoblog that "there is no plan to limit production of the Challenger Hellcat," echoing the words of Dodge CEO Tim Kuniskis who told Edmunds: "We don't know what the market demand is." Which doesn't mean that it won't restrict production, but doesn't mean that it will, either. It just hasn't decided yet - or announced any such decision, at any rate - over what will be the final allocation strategy for what could be a game-changing muscle car. That is, at least, until new versions of the Mustang and Camaro come along in pursuit of Dodge's bragging rights...
