1988 Dodge Shadow Shelby CSX-T. Four cylinder turbo charged engine with 5 speed transmission. This is a RARE numbered Carroll Shelby car and is an ex- Thrifty Rent-a-Car. This car needs a full restoration. This car does not run. The engine is seized and will need to be rebuilt, that's the way I bought it. I haven't looked at the engine at all to see exactly what was wrong with it. There is a minor rust hole in the trunk. This car has an ASC (American Sunroof Company) sunroof that has three dates codes stamped into it that correspond with the manufacture of the car. This car also comes with four very rare LeMans uni-directional wheels, that are original to the car. Clean Missouri title. Some interior parts were painted blue by the previous owner, I have replacement parts for all of those blue painted parts including one new exterior window scraper rubber as well as a replacement dashboard number plaque (the original plaque is missing). Shipping is to be coordinated by the buyer, I will help to load on your shippers trailer. This car is being sold with a super low reserve.

2013 Dodge Challenger R/T hits the Redline
Thu, 07 Feb 2013Dodge has added a bit of spice to its Hemi-powered Challenger for 2013, offering up this new Redline package that makes its official debut at the Chicago Auto Show. The R/T Redline builds on the Rallye Redline kit that was created for the V6 Challenger, and we like how these subtle changes add to the muscle coupe's already classic styling.
In addition to the black chrome 20-inch wheels with red accents, the R/T Redline adds subtle graphics along the beltline. Inside, cars equipped with the six-speed manual transmission get a performance tuned exhaust that allows the engine to send a full 375 horsepower and 410 pound-feet of torque to the rear wheels. (Redline Challengers with the five-speed automatic produce 372 hp and 400 lb-ft.)
The Redline package retails for $1,995 and can be had on both Challenger R/T and R/T Plus models. Scroll down for the full press blast.
Chrysler's Woodward Dream Cruise festivities include Ram concept truck debut
Tue, 13 Aug 2013The streets will be crowded next weekend along Woodward Avenue in Royal Oak, Michigan for the 19th Annual Woodward Dream Cruise. As part of the run-up to the festivities, Chrysler has announced that all of its brands - Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Fiat, SRT and Mopar - will bring along their latest vehicles. Also included will be a collection of classic American cars and various activities for attendees at the official Chrysler location on the corner of Woodward and 13 Mile Road.
Special to this year, Ram brand director Bob Hegbloom and head of design John Dehner will unveil a Ram concept truck on Saturday. Chrysler will also bring Ryan Friedlinghaus of West Coast Customs fame along to show off a few custom Chrysler-made vehicles of his own. Fans of the brand on Facebook will get the chance to virtually customize a vehicle from the automaker's portfolio, with the winner getting their dream car built for them by Chrysler. Pretty cool stuff, no?
As in past years, Ford and General Motors will have an official presence at the event as well, and you can expect to see plenty of cars of all makes and models from all parts of the globe. The madness starts this Friday, August 16, from 4:30 PM to 10 PM, with the main event taking place on Saturday, from 9 AM to 9 PM. We were definitely rock stars at the 20th edition of the Dream Cruise.
The yell came from somewhere in the crowd: "Hey Hellcat, push it!" We obliged with a jab of the throttle, and the 707 horses of the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat roared to life. It went on like this. All weekend. It's one thing to attend the Woodward Dream Cruise, it's quite another to star in it.
