Up for bids is this 2005 Dodge ram 3500 with the 5.9 turbo diesel. The truck has 127k miles which is nothing and considered very low for a cummins. It is loaded with power options including power windows, power locks, power, seat, power mirrors etc. It has a high dollar cd player with flip up touch screen. THIS TRUCK RUNS AND DRIVES LIKE NEW. I HAVE TONS OF MAINTENANCE RECORDS ON HAND. A/c and heat work perfect. All fluids front to back were just changed (engine oil, transmission fluid, rear differential fluid).New shocks in front,,new brakes all around, brand NEW FIRESTONE tires all around. I have receipts for all this work that was performed in the last year. Most all maintenance work was done at ragland Chrysler. The only flaw with this truck is the clear coat on top of the rear fenders is peeling leaving it faded. I TOOK A CLOSE UP PICTURE OF THE FENDER SO YOU COULD SEE.It has to be a flaw from the factory because the rest of the paint is great. If you had the rear fender flares painted the truck would be almost perfect. There is another small spot where the clear has peeled a little on the front plastic bumper. The interior is like new no rips, tears,or bad stains. The owner took excellent care of this truck. Its not often you come across a truck that has been maintained like this. I can provide a carfax or auto check if you need to see them. 2 owner truck with no accidents. Clear blue title. NO DISSAPOINTMENTS IN THIS DUALLY. This truck should need nothing for a long time. All the recommended 100k maintenance is done.Besides the paint on the rear fenders this is one of the cleanest diesel trucks you will find with what a lot of people consider the best diesel engine ever built. BID WITH CONFIDENCE. TRUCK IS BEING SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY. I will ship the truck if buyer pays all cost involved. I have the truck for sale locally if it sells while auction is going I reserve the right to end the auction. Please message me on here with any questions. If you would like to see the truck in person or drive it message me and Ill give you directions. I am located in West Columbia TX which is about 50 miles south of Houston. BIDDERS WITH LESS THAN 5 POSITIVE FEEDBACK OR ANY RECENT NEGATIVE PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE BIDDING. NO RESERVE. UNLESS THE TRUCK SALES LOCALLY BEFORE THE AUCTION ENDS IT WILL GO TO THE HIGH BIDDER. TEXAS BUYERS MUST PAY TT&L Thanks for looking.

Watch this Dodge Viper get clawed to death
Tue, 07 Jan 2014There's a scene in the James Bond movie, Casino Royale, where Daniel Craig's Agent 007 is captured by villain Le Chiffre, played by Mads Mikkelsen. Le Chiffre tortures Bond in a scene that is rather difficult to watch (especially for blokes) and impossible to describe on these digital pages (Google at your own risk). This video is the automotive equivalent of the Casino Royale torture scene.
It shows a Dodge Viper - a late, first-generation GTS judging by the center-exit exhausts - getting assaulted by a giant piece of heavy equipment. The large claw shows no mercy on the V10-powered sports car, rending its muscular curves into pieces and then running it over, just for good measure. It's a painful video to watch (and hear!), made worse because we don't know what the Viper did to deserve such a fate. About a third of the way through the video, the cameraman indicates that the man with the claw is a new operator from Chrysler, and it appears there may be some fire damage, but beyond that, we don't have much to go on.
Scroll down for the video but be warned, it isn't for the faint of heart.
Watch the Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat verify its 204-mph top speed
Thu, Jan 29 2015The industry is producing some ridiculously fast four-doors these days, from the Porsche Panamera and Maserati Quattroporte to the Mercedes E63 AMG and BMW M5. But the fastest of them all doesn't cost six figures. It doesn't even come from Europe. It's made right here in North America, by a US automaker. And it starts at under $64k. We're talking about the Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat, the Pentastar muscle sedan with the 6.2-liter supercharged V8 and its 707 horsepower. Dodge claims it's the "quickest, fastest, most powerful [production] sedan ever," and they're not just blowing smoke... or smoking tires. During the final stages of development, engineers from Auburn Hills took a bone-stock, Hellcat-powered Charger out to a seven-mile oval for a top speed run and they filmed the occasion for posterity. The result? 206.9 miles per hour with the wind, 202.2 against it, for a two-way average top speed of 204.55 mph. Chew on that, imports.
Chrysler, Nissan minivans earn 'dire' crash test results, says IIHS [w/video]
Fri, Nov 21 2014First introduced in 2012, the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety's small-overlap frontal crash test has become the bane of many auto engineers' existence. It's a particularly steep design challenge because it forces just 25 percent of a vehicle's front end to take the brunt of a 40-mile-per-hour impact. The newly released results of four family-minded minivans underscore just how difficult the crash test is: only one scored an Acceptable rating, and the other three did very poorly. The 2008-2015 Chrysler Town & Country and Dodge Grand Caravan, plus the 2011-2015 Nissan Quest, all received Poor ratings in the test, the IIHS' lowest possible score. The three of them showed significant crash intrusion into the driver's area. The dummy in the Nissan actually had to be cut out of the vehicle, with an IIHS spokesperson remarking, "the structure collapsed like a house of cards." In the Fiat Chrysler Automobile vans, the steering wheels moved out of the way, making the airbag less effective and letting the driver's head hit the dashboard. While it was not actually crashed, the agency is also giving the 2009-12 Volkswagen Routan a Poor score because it shares a structure with the FCA models. The newly released results of four minivans underscore just how difficult the small-offset crash test is. The refreshed 2015 Toyota Sienna (shown), conversely, earned an Acceptable rating and is also a Top Safety Pick+ because of its optional forward collision warning and automatic braking system. While the crash test dummy moved around during the impact more than the agency would have liked, sensors showed a low risk of injuries. The IIHS tested the Honda Odyssey last year, and it earned a Good overall score, the agency's best ranking. It's also a Top Safety Pick+ vehicle. The only member of the minivan segment left to test is the latest Kia Sedona, and the Institute is reportedly waiting a little longer for Kia to make changes to improve the model's performance. When reached for comment, Nissan spokesperson Steve Yaeger provided Autoblog with the following statement: "Nissan is committed to vehicle safety and believes that consumers should have information about crash protection so they can make educated buying decisions. Nissan is proud of the 2014 Quest's "good" rating in the IIHS front moderate overlap and side impact tests as well as a "good" head restraint rating.
