1997 Dodge Ram 3500 Base Extended Cab Pickup 2-door 5.9l on 2040-cars
Prospect, Pennsylvania, United States
Have owned this Since 2005. engine oil changed at 3500 miles religiously. new front seal and fuel shut off solenoid. 4 to 5 inch exhaust with muffler. Other than that there hasn't been any other mods to the motor. the trans was rebuilt with bigger clutches and new torque converter at 190k miles. now for the bad... the body needs rockers cab corners and fenders. filled in to pass inspection. the drivers door needs welded at the catch, does not catch. the drivers seat could use replaced, but not necessary. miles are 251,945. I took insurance off the truck and pa law makes me send the pate in. any questions feel free to ask. truck is sold as is where is. 4 new tires the other 2 will pass inspection. the drivers doo is the only reason I took off the road. this is also for sale locally. I reserve the right to end at any time. the ac condenser needs replaced.

Chrysler's Jefferson North plant builds 5-millionth SUV [w/video]
Thu, 15 Aug 2013Chrysler's Jefferson North Assembly Plant opened in 1992 for production of the first Jeep Grand Cherokee, but in the subsequent years, the Detroit plant has gone on to produce some of the company's biggest SUVs including the Jeep Commander and Dodge Durango. Earlier this week, the plant produced its five-millionth SUV, which, fittingly, was a Grand Cherokee.
Celebrating the plant's five-millionth unit, the silver 2014 Grand Cherokee was promptly donated to the USO. In addition to this milestone SUV, Chrysler also had a near-perfect 1993-95 ZJ Grand Cherokee on hand for the photo op. Scroll down for the Chrysler press release as well as a video showing some of the speeches from the celebration.
Will Dodge limit 2015 Challenger SRT Hellcat to 1,200 units?
Sun, 20 Jul 2014With over 700 horsepower on tap and a price tag barely over $60k, Dodge appears on paper to have a winner on its hands with the new Challenger SRT Hellcat. But if you want to get your hands on one, you may have to act quicker than this most powerful of muscle cars covers the quarter-mile.
That's because, according to our compatriots over at Edmunds, Dodge may limit production - in the first year, at least - to just 1,200 units. That would amount to barely a quarter of the Challengers that Dodge moves each month, and would also mean only one Hellcat for every two Dodge dealers in the US - which could lead to some serious contention over which stores and which customers can get their hands on the ultimate Challenger.
Reached for comment, SRT spokesman Dan Reid told Autoblog that "there is no plan to limit production of the Challenger Hellcat," echoing the words of Dodge CEO Tim Kuniskis who told Edmunds: "We don't know what the market demand is." Which doesn't mean that it won't restrict production, but doesn't mean that it will, either. It just hasn't decided yet - or announced any such decision, at any rate - over what will be the final allocation strategy for what could be a game-changing muscle car. That is, at least, until new versions of the Mustang and Camaro come along in pursuit of Dodge's bragging rights...
