OK so I know I'm going to regret this but on a dare from my sons rather than repaint cab and add aluminum flatbed I'm going to see how much truck goes for. My sons say I'm cheap, I'm just smarter than them. OK so if your looking then you know what you looking at. 1997(last full year of the 12v) mechanical diesel except for the electric shut-down solenoid which I replaced with a manual choke cable 10yrs ago, I bought brand new one still in box in case ever needed or for new owner if ever sold. I've owned truck 11yrs, went to Texas to get, only has 1 spot of rust on driver fender just behind wheel just started this year(new fender$139-$199). Truck has 318k but still runs like it has 65k. Truck has ranchand bumpers front and rear, 19.5 ricksons, pacbrake, borgeson steering shaft and box, steering stablizer, track bar conversion kit, I did tranny 5or 6 years ago, pulled and sent to Montana, Dan at quad 4x4 put in the torgue king(no more problems with 5th gear nut). I did transfer case 2 years ago, rockland standard gear is local. I re-did front end at 289k except for shocks which I have in a box. Front brakes and all u-joints along with carrier bearing within last 20k. Has 60lb exhaust springs to go with pacbrake. #10 fuel plate and the pump turned up alittle bit just for changing gears on steep hills. Truck has a Meyers snow plow assembly on it BUTTT has never plowed comes with poly blade. As long as you keep fluids up and change oil every 7500 this truck should go another 3-4-500,000 miles. Although I don't really want a new truck, I can afford one and this is a chance for someone who can't to get a great truck for alot less. I'm only running once so don't miss out, if doesn't sell I get to re-paint and add aluminum flatbed and keep forever. Good luck, Billy 845-699-1255

Real-life Bravado Banshee from Grand Theft Auto up for sale
Sun, 01 Jun 2014Remember the Bravado Banshee that West Coast Customs built last year to promote Grand Theft Auto V? Given away by GameStop, the woman who won it says she's better off with money to send her two kids to college than with a race car, so now you can steal buy it on eBay.
Based on a 2006 Dodge Viper SRT-10, every exterior panel was redesigned to match the Banshee, and the red embroidered badging inside won't let you forget it. There's still that V10 up front that can make some kind of racket, and a SEMA-worthy stereo filling the entire trunk to make a different kind of racket. Oh, it's also got hood struts that have crapped out, so you'll notice the hood is held up with a wooden rod.
The auction ends on June 5, and you can make an offer or hit the Buy It Now button and hand over $170,000. Might be time to change the outfit and run a few jobs for some quick cash.
2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat [w/videos]
Tue, 22 Jul 2014Darrell Waltrip once said, "If the lion didn't bite the tamer every once in a while, it wouldn't be exciting." The sentiment behind that aphorism is causing my adrenal gland to wake up as Dodge and SRT drivers and engineers - somber-faced to a man - give me the track talk that will precede my driving the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT on the circuit at Portland International Raceway. PIR might not be Daytona, and the 707-horsepower Challenger Hellcat might seem tame to a legend like ol' Jaws, but there's a not-small part of me that's thinking about how hard Dodge's fire-breathing kitty might bite.
Just a few hours previous, I'd gotten behind the wheel of the Hellcat for the first time, letting its hyperbole-spitting, supercharged V8 Hemi pull me yieldingly through Portland's morning commuter traffic. Lulled into a cocky certainty by the Challenger's good manners at low speed, I drove the throttle just a hair too deep, too fast when I ran on to the highway ramp. For just an instant the rear tires were utterly drenched in torque, and the back end of the big Dodge loosened up like a drift car on a wet track. Throttle steer lives at the fleeting whim of your right foot in this car.
It was no big thing to lay off the gas and pull the Hellcat back in line as I entered the highway, but the incident did get me to thinking: What will this car do to me on a road course?
