Hello diesel family and friends, here is a quick snapshot if what I'm about and my policy's please read over to get a feel for what I'm doing and please let me know if you have any other concerns.

my name is Tom my wife and I have been licensed PA new and used Truck dealers since the late 70's and have been involved in diesel trucks as our speciality. We have recently downsized 5 years ago, to a small mom and pop operation here in carlisle PA (E-Motors) to sell 2 or 3 trucks a month, we are small and I do this more for a hobby than anything else.(low overhead low prices)

I know these old Cummins diesel trucks inside and out and I personally drive one and love these trucks so much. What I hate the older ones here in the northeast since they just melt away from all the rot and bondo they are loaded up with so I fly out west to California and other west coast states, and deep in the south to buy a few creampuff 1 owners and drive them home to sell in the northeast to folks who have never seen a no rust old vehicles. Trust me they are not cheep, but worth the extra if you can swing it.

A few things to know before bidding or becomming interested in one of my trucks, I do not play games with the price, I do my homework and I price my trucks to sell in a week which they all normally do, I also do airport pickup at Harrisburg International, I am a bonded tag agent and issue temp tags/title transfer on the spot at my office, I also do long or short deliverys and have on call hours 7 days a week from 9-9 east time. 717 991 0568

I also DO not price my trucks to do any trades or do any financing, but cash serious buyers ready to buy with cash or bank check (loan check) please get in a good offer and lets deal I let a tiny amount of room to wiggle, I do reserve the right to CLOSE ebays ad at any time for a buy it now buyer either online from another site or on the phone or on the lot, I will consider a buyer serious with a up front deposit only,to close auction,, otherwise I'll not consider a buyer serious.

It is for sale locally for buy now price so I do reserve the right to close down for any buyer on lot or online to buy vehicle and I'll end ebay auction.....

Ok now for the scoop on the 1 ton,,,,I have a mint condition Super rare 03 Dodge Ram 3500 SLT HO Cummins turbo diesel Crew shortbox 4x4 with the 6 speed manual trans, great tow vehicle!

Its got miles but thats a good thing its 10 grand less than one without(and just as good) also I just put a fresh shortblock and injectors in it, now we are good for another 250K..

Mechanically hit the key and 3 turns she just purrs that wonderful cummins music. No smoke, blow by, drips just pure perfection. Great tranny no grinds, excellant working 4 wheel drive, no clutch slips, good brakes and ball joints, real tight truck goes down the interstate 75 nice and straight. Includes a new PA state inspection to all PA buyers.

Inside the interior it is near new condition, no rips tears stains or smells. All power toys working well. The exterior is all origional paint in great condition with no rust, major dings dents scrapes ect, frame is extra clean and rust/pitt free.

I have personally been driving this since we servaced it (few months) it is one awesome driving and looking truck and priced very right.

Please expect some normal wear and tear items both in and out, remember its a used pickup truck, stuff like stone chips, stuff like that, also the tires are good enough but will need a set in the next year or so, otherwise should have a issue free truck for many years to come, very well cared for,,,good luck folks Tom  717 991 0568

The Dodge Demon was developed under a cloud of smoke

Tue, Jun 6 2017

The Dodge Demon needs no introduction. The car is so full of superlatives that most of it sounds unbelievable until you see and hear it in action. The car was revealed after months of teasers and cryptic messages, but the public weren't the only ones in the dark. From the start, the Demon's development was a closely guarded secret. There were even some within SRT that didn't know about the project. The people behind the car went through a lot of effort to keep it that way. At an event covering the finer details of the Demon's supercharged 6.2-liter V8, Dodge CEO Tim Kuniskis and SRT Powertrain Director Chris Cowland spoke about the smoke and mirrors used to hide the Demon's development. Work on the car progressed for nearly two years before it was made public, with just a small team having full access to the project. Numbers were altered. Secret meetings were held. SRT engineers worked nights and weekends while parts suppliers were given as little information as possible to move progress forward. Preliminary work on the Demon began in April of 2015, not long after the standard Hellcat hit the streets. The goal wasn't to create a faster Hellcat. Kuniskis said that would have been easy. They wanted a single-minded vehicle that could also be driven on the road. It's the same mindset that brought about the Dodge Viper ACR. Dodge wanted a car that could sell the brand to both enthusiasts and non-enthusiasts alike. 840 horsepower is going to raise anyone's eyebrows, including the Camry owner parked down the street. While preliminary work started in April, the final greenlight wasn't given until September. The project was originally going to revive the American Drag Racer, or ADR, name. When we saw the first hints of the Demon last fall, we labeled the spy photo above the Dodge Challenger ADR. It was set to have 10-percent more power and 20-percent more launch force than the already gut-punching Hellcat. It was also only going to have a quarter-mile time in the 10s, just slightly quicker than the Hellcat. Somewhere along the line, the team realized that the ADR wasn't enough. It was just going to be a Hellcat plus, and that wasn't exciting. The main goal was changed: 9s with light. Translated, that means a 9-second quarter mile with light under the tires (read: a wheelie). From that point forward, everything about the Demon's development, from power to suspension to weight, would be done in pursuit of that goal.

Our video tribute to Star Wars with a Stormtrooper Charger

Fri, Dec 18 2015

When the refreshed Dodge Charger debuted, the white one was immediately compared to a Star Wars Stormtrooper helmet. Chrysler recently ran with that idea and decorated a fleet of cars, including some Chargers, for use in a marketing stunt to hype its wares alongside the no-hype-necessary Episode VII: The Force Awakens film. We got our hands on one for a day and had some fun making a few videos. Above are a few shorts with names that we at least think are funny. There's one that includes the latest example of video producer Chris McGraw's patented nightlapse technology (it's a hyperlapse shot at night, which just looks plain neat). In the clip below, you can see all of the car's various Stormtrooper-inspired details. This content is hosted by a third party. To view it, please update your privacy preferences. Manage Settings. The car started out as a bright white Charger R/T Scat Pack and was treated to a partial vinyl wrap on the body and the glass. The fantastic 485-horsepower Hemi V8 was left alone. Watch the videos and then tell us how they're non-canon in the comments. Humor Dodge Videos Original Video star wars dodge charger scat pack

Jay Leno drives a 1970 Dodge Charger with 1,650 horsepower

Tue, Feb 23 2016

When Jay Leno says a vehicle might have too much horsepower, he's got our attention piqued. That's exactly what he thinks about the 1970 Dodge Charger Tantrum from Wisconsin-based SpeedKore Performance. While it still looks like a classic muscle car, the front end now features a carbon fiber hood and fenders. Underneath the lightweight parts, there's a twin-turbo, 9.0-liter Mercury Marine offshore boat racing engine with an astonishing 1,650 horsepower, or an only slightly less asinine 1,350 hp on pump gas. Jay is very mechanically intrigued by the Charger at the beginning of this video, and puts it on the lift to take a look at the underside. The engine plumbing is a thing of beauty, and the mill packs a massive radiator and intercooler to keep things running cool. Leno's drive in the Tantrum is especially interesting. The beastly engine is difficult to control, and anything above half throttle in most gears can spin the rear tires. The significant turbo lag also makes the power unpredictable. When Jay finally finds a straight piece of road, he puts the hammer down and rockets into the distance. And, of course, you know Jay's not going to end the video without some suitably smoking tires.
