PACIFIC TRUCK BODY 8' BED WITH GATES
GOOSE NECK HITCH
HERE'S THE STORY BEHIND MY ONE OWNER 2001 DODGE RAM:
THE TRUCK WAS WRECKED ON THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR AND FRONT FENDER BY JACKKNIFING AN EMPTY FLATBED TRAILER (HOW YOU ASK???, I DON'T KNOW BECAUSE I WASN'T THERE WHEN IT HAPPENED EVEN THOUGH IT WAS EXPLAINED TO ME SEVERAL TIMES BY THE GUY THAT DID IT!). WE REPLACED THE DOOR WITH A DIFFERENT ONE OFF OF A WHITE DODGE (SEE PICTURE). SINCE THIS WAS MY PERSONAL TRUCK AND IT NOW LOOKED LIKE A WRECK, I DECIDED TO USE THIS TRUCK AT MY RANCH AS A "RANCH TRUCK". I THEN HIRED A BARN MANAGER WHO TOOK IT TO THE FUEL STATION AND PUT UNLEADED GASOLINE IN IT! SHE COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHY IT STOPPED RUNNING. SHE TOOK IT TO A FRIEND AND TOLD HER THE BAD NEWS. I WAS SO FED UP WITH THE DEAL THAT I TOLD HER TO JUST LEAVE IT WHERE IT WAS (PICTURES). SO IT SITS, WITH ONE WINDOW OPEN...COLLECTING DUST, SPIDER WEBS, ETC.
THERE IS NO RESERVE ON THIS ONE. I AM TOLD THAT ALL I NEED TO DO IS DRAIN THE TANK AND FUEL LINES AND IT SHOULD FIRE RIGHT UP...? I HAVE TWO YOUNG KIDS AND NOT ENOUGH TIME TO WORK ON THIS TRUCK.
THIS VEHICLE IS BEING SOLD "AS-IS" AND "WHERE-IS". IT HAS ONE BATTERY IN IT NOW. I WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO WORK ON IT AT MY PLACE SO IT WILL NEED TO BE HAULED AWAY. I CAN ASSIST IN THE LOADING WITH MY TRACTOR OR SOMETHING. I WILL CONSIDER DELIVERING IT FOR $1/ MILE UP TO 150 MILES IF NEEDED AND ONLY AFTER FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED WITHIN 48 HRS OR I WILL RE-LIST THE TRUCK AND SERIOUSLY DING YOUR EBAY STATUS...IT IS WHAT IT IS, SO ONLY BID IF YOU CAN PAY AND HANDLE IT!!!!

Mopar maneuvers into SEMA with a multitude of modified models
Wed, 05 Nov 2014As the aftermarket and performance arm of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Mopar has a duty to extract everything from the company's models that it can, and there's no better place to show all of its work off than the annual SEMA Show.
Dodge really gets in on the act this year with several customs to show off different parts of the brand's performance heritage. Perhaps the most interesting among them is the track-prepped Viper ACR Concept (pictured above). It wears a custom body kit to produce even more downforce, thanks in no small part to a monstrous wing at the back. To shed weight, most of the interior is stripped out, as well. Next up, the Challenger T/A Concept takes inspiration from '70s Trans-Am racing in a livery of Sublime Green and matte black paint. The center scoop in the hood keeps the 6.4-liter V8 fed with cool air, and the special's 20-by-9.5-inch matte black wheels keep it planted in the corners.
Also getting the once-over from Mopar is the Charger R/T. It wears the division's body kit, and under the hood, a cold-air intake keeps the 5.7-liter V8 breathing. The suspension is retooled to hold the road better with a coil-over kit, upgraded sway bars and strut tower braces for the front and rear. The company is also showing off a snazzy blue Charger with a mean look. The final Dodge getting work from Mopar is the Dart R/T Concept with bright, O-So-Orange paint and a matte black hood with a scoop hooked directly to the air intake. The performance-oriented design is finished off with a coil-over suspension and big brake kit, as well.
1970 Hemi Challenger is a family heirloom with serious muscle
Wed, Dec 30 2015Petrolicious turns up the emotion in its latest video about a family's connection to their 1970 Dodge Challenger. The orange muscle car that gets the spotlight here is a remarkably beautiful vehicle, but the story of a father and his sons at the core of this clip might leave you feeling a little misty eyed. Juan Escalante is the current owner of this Challenger, but it belonged to his dad first. Juan's father spotted the iconic muscle car during the 1969 Detroit Auto Show and had to have one. He soon placed an order for the orange '70 Challenger R/T with the rare combination for that year of a 426 Hemi V8 and a four-speed manual gearbox. The family even brought the coupe with them when they moved to Venezuela in 1972, and local fans dubbed it El Hemi. However, parts were scarce for the muscle car in that country, and it returned to the US in 1996 for a restoration. Now, the rumbling Challenger with its Coke-bottle profile and black hood is the world's most awesome family heirloom for the Escalantes. In this poignant video, Petrolicious shows how the coupe connects Juan to his father. Related Video:
Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat gets 22 mpg
Thu, 18 Sep 2014With its crazy 707 horsepower on tap and roughly $60,000 starting price, the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat has been one of the most talked about cars of the summer, maybe even the year. However, there's always been one lingering question about the behemoth that Dodge has waited to answer until now - its fuel economy. The EPA ratings for the muscle car are finally out, and the numbers are actually pretty impressive for a vehicle with this much power.
A 2015 Challenger Hellcat with the eight-speed automatic is rated at 22 miles per gallon highway, 13 mpg city and 16 mpg combined. Opting for the six-speed manual drops those figures to 21 mpg highway, 13 mpg city and 16 mpg combined.
"As the fastest muscle car ever, the Challenger Hellcat can run 10-second ETs [elapsed times] at the track, and then get 22 miles per gallon on the drive home. With a starting price of $59,995, there's nothing else that even comes close," said Dodge and SRT President Tim Kuniskis in the company's release.
