I am selling my 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel 4x4 truck for a super deal. I just got into Nursing school on KS and have no need for a truck anymore sad fully. This is a great truck and I have owned since it had 6,000 miles on it. It has the 5.9 cummins H/O turbo Diesel 24 valve with a Quad Cab and the 8ft bed. It had a brand new Automatic transmission put in this last year and was built up heavier duty than stock to have a more reliable truck for day to day driving or towing in the mountains. This was a $3800 fix. The truck is solid and runs great. No leaks or smoke. I had the injectors tested last year and an engine diagnose to see how it was running. Passed with no negatives and motor is solid. The tires are 295/70/17 Nitto Tera Grapplers and have less than 6000 miles on them. Installed in May. I have also replaced the whole front end with in the last year (brakes, front u-joints, hubs, ball joints, shocks, fluids, and steering stabilizer). It also has some upgrades for performance and looks. I installed an AIR DOG II fuel system on it. This makes the motor run quieter and better for motor when accelerating up to speed. Gives perfect and consistent fuel pressure to motor. An AIR RAID cold air intake and 5 in Magnaflow exhaust. This helps your turbo run cooler and better peddle response. To keep an eye on truck keep watch closely, It also has a pillar gauge setup with transmission temp, boost, and exhaust gas temp installed. This has been and will still be a great running truck for somebody for a longtime. It has great power and I have loved this truck. It has 108,345 original miles on it. With that cummins motor and new transmission there is a long life ahead. This truck does have a salvage title. I was hesitant to buy truck initially from owner because of title. There was no water damage, fire, or frame damage but was cosmestic. After seeing vehicle and knowing original owner I was confident in my purchase. This has been a great choice and vehicle. I have taken care of all the fluids and maintenance. The truck has rubber floors with manual 4x4. Tilt cruise and cd player. Bed liner on bottom half for looks and protect. Century topper camper shell is also included Feel free to ask any questions and come look at it. Kelly blue book has it listed for $20,931 for fair and $23,481 for excellent. Im wanting to let it go for less to give somone a great deal and feel safe about their purchase. If you want a good running diesel truck with all the wear and tear upgrades already fixed this is your truck. call me zach 316-258-898nine

Ford Police Interceptors dominate Michigan State Police testing
Tue, Nov 1 2016Once again, Ford Motor Company builds the fastest police vehicles. The Blue Oval touted the news in an official release following Michigan State Police and Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department testing. Ford did very well. Except for one acceleration metric – zero to 10 miles per hour – the Blue Oval's Taurus and Explorer-based cop cars were the quickest, with particular praise coming for the EcoBoost-powered models, which bested Chevrolet and Dodge's V8-powered variants. Dearborn's products also posted the fastest average times around MSP's vehicle dynamics course. But it wasn't all positive for Ford. The only four-cylinder in the contest, the 2.0-liter, EcoBoost Ford SSP Sedan, had both the lowest top speed, 120 mph, and the slowest acceleration figures. It was also the slowest in track testing. Ford's products also failed to match the braking and top speeds of its rivals from Detroit and Auburn Hills – the rear-drive Charger Pursuit posted the best braking stats of the entire test, while the V8-powered Chevrolet Caprice hit the highest top speed, at 155 mph. Ford did score a top speed award, among SUVs, but at 132 mph, the naturally aspirated Police Interceptor Utility had to share its award with the equally fast, rear-drive Chevrolet Tahoe. The LA County Sheriff's timing isn't publicly available, but according to Ford, the EcoBoost-powered police cars put on a similarly impressive show for cops on the West Coast. We've assembled a spreadsheet on Google Docs that offers an easy to browse comparison of the different stats assembled by the Michigan State Police, and divided the vehicles between standard V6-powered sedans, high-performance sedans (EcoBoost and V8 models), and SUVs. You can check it out here. Related Video:

Small 3-row crossover SUVs specifications compared on paper
Thu, May 10 2018There's no shortage of three-row vehicles on the market for carrying seven or more people and their stuff wherever they all need to go. Just about every car company has at least one large crossover or traditional SUV with three rows of seats, and there are still plenty of minivans to pick from. But most of these vehicles are large, pricey, and frequently thirsty. Fortunately, there are still a handful of smaller crossovers that deliver 7-passenger capability in a smaller, cheaper package. We've gathered four of the small three-row set here to compare them based on space, power, fuel economy, pricing, and more. They include the very old Dodge Journey, the slightly less old Mitsubishi Outlander and Kia Sorento, and the relatively new Volkswagen Tiguan. You can see the raw numbers in the chart below, followed by a more detailed breakdown and some notes on how we like each of these vehicles. For in-depth opinions on the vehicles, be sure to check out our full reviews, and if you want to compare these with other vehicles, try out our comparison tools. Engines, transmissions and performance Interestingly, three of the four crossovers here utilize similar engines for their four-cylinder offerings. The Dodge, Kia and Mitsubishi all feature naturally aspirated 2.4-liter four-cylinder engines. Only the Volkswagen Tiguan chooses turbocharging and a smaller 2.0-liter displacement. But because of its turbocharger, the Tiguan's four-cylinder is easily the most potent, making a healthy 221 pound-feet of torque, which is more than 40 more than the Sorento, the crossover with the next most torque. The VW is also second-most powerful, just one horse behind the Sorento. The Outlander is the least powerful in the four-cylinder class. The Journey is only barely better, but it will probably feel as slow or worse thanks to its ancient 4-speed automatic. The four-cylinder Sorento and Outlander each have 6-speed automatic transmissions, and the VW has an 8-speed. The Sorento with a V6 has an 8-speed, too. View 17 Photos Moving up to the V6 class, the Outlander is once again at the bottom. It actually makes less torque than the turbo VW Tiguan. The Journey and Sorento are almost perfectly matched. The Journey makes a bit more torque; the Sorento makes a bit more power. The Journey also gets upgraded to a 6-speed automatic. Another powertrain consideration to bare in mind is whether all-wheel-drive is necessary.
