2001 Dodge 2500 5 Speed Manual Diesel Nice Truck on 2040-cars
Montrose, Colorado, United States
This is an auction for my dodge 2500 diesel truck, 24 valve I hate to sell it but I just don't need it any longer I only pull a trailer about once a year. I purchased this truck 1 year 7 months ago for 8500. since I purchased it I have replaced the Power steering pump, Fuel lift pump, All ball joints upper and lower, All shocks, All brakes, Radiator is new, Rear axle outer seals Everything on this truck works flawlessly there are no issues it does not burn oil or leak it . The only thing that is bad is the dash it is in bad shape when I got it they had a dash cover on it and I did not do anything to it. This truck has an after market Cd Radio plays good not a boomer just really good sound. It has a receiver hitch and a goose neck hitch and a brake controller The back tires are brand new and the front are around 70% they are a ten ply tires I would drive this truck anywhere This truck does not wonder on the road it runs straight 227,000 miles 100,000 miles are mainly highway the second owner was a traveling Preacher and he pulled a small camper. I'm selling this truck as is no warranty I have it listed in other places I have the rite to end this auction at any time Any questions please feel free to call me at 970-258-1643 thanks |

2014 Dodge Dart Blacktop glosses over performance
Tue, 14 Jan 2014The Dodge Dart is a decent little car. It's honest, basic transportation, and many of us at Autoblog are genuinely fond of the Alfa Romeo-based compact sedan. For 2014, not a whole lot changes in the Dart world, save the addition of this new Blacktop edition that makes its debut here at the Detroit Auto Show.
It's all very simple, this Blacktop package, and doesn't actually alter performance in any way. Instead, buyers are treated to blacked-out exterior bits like 18-inch wheels, the crosshair grille and headlamp bezels. Inside, black/tungsten or black/red cloth seats are available, with red contrast stitching throughout the cabin.
Adding the Blacktop pack to your Dart SXT with the Rallye Appearance Group will set you back a scant $295, and while it's just an appearance package, it all looks pretty nice to us.
Custom 2014 Dodge Durango R/T proves SEMA can be subtle
Thu, 07 Nov 2013The annual SEMA Show in Las Vegas can often be a sensory overload of overwrought madness, with cars that don't even look drivable anymore. But every once in a while, a modestly modified show car graces our presence, like the customized Dodge Durango you see here, which, in addition to giving us our first glimpse at the aftermarket possibilities for the refreshed-for-2014 model, proves that a car doesn't have to be slammed, scooped, donked and Lambo-doored to have presence.
Sure, this Durango has custom hood inserts, dark 22-inch wheels and custom fender flares, but as far as external modifications go, that's it. Inside, Dodge has fitted new door sill guards, an ambient lighting kit, bright pedals, premium floor mats and - of course - Katzkin leather. The automaker has even added wireless internet connectivity as part of the excellent Uconnect infotainment system.
Performance upgrades are minimal on this Durango R/T, which comes packed with Chrysler's 5.7-liter Hemi V8. Larger brakes have been fitted, as have lowering springs (though it certainly doesn't look that much lower) and a custom exhaust.
