1994 Dodge 12 Valve Cummins

For sale is a 1994 Dodge 12 valve cummins. I am the 2nd onwner of this truck. The truck has a clean title. This truck has 206xxx miles on it. Heres a list of what the truck has:

Interior:

  • -                     Good dash

  • -                     Good heat, A/C

  • -                     Manual seats

  • -                     Tilt wheel

  • -                     Cruise control

  • -                     Bench seat

  • -                     Clean interior

  • -                     Automatic transmission

    Exterior:

  • -                     Hydraulic Eagle lift gate

  • -                     Bed liner

  • -                     Dual exhaust

  • -                     Sliding rear window

  • -                     Power mirrors

  • -                     Michelin LTX M/S 235/85 R16 Tires @ 80%

The truck has your typical dodge rust on it. As shown in the photos you can see it has rust around the doors on both sides and a little rust underneath the rear fenders as well. The rust is not as bad as some trucks. The transmisson shifts good in all gears. The 4x4 works good also. The rear bumper comes with the truck at the end of the auction. I don’t have a tail gate for the truck. This truck is all stock!! To my knowledge it hasn’t been touched with any performance parts. This truck is a good running truck. It has some things you might have to fix to make it perfect. If you are looking for a nice 2nd owner truck this is the one for you.  This truck sells AS IS, NO WARRANTY, and NO OVERSEAS BUYERS.

I will accept cash ( US FUNDS), cashiers check, or a bank check at the conclusion of the auction. The truck must be paid in full within 10 days at the conclusion of the auction. I have the truck set at a modest reserve. The truck is also listed locally for sale. You can contact me @ jvanhoy77@me.com if you have any questions.  Good luck on bidding!!

Dodge shows can-do attitude with grand Can'avan sculpture

Fri, 01 Nov 2013

There are lots of ways to celebrate an important birthday, and all of them are well deserved. You can throw a big party, buy yourself something nice, or - if you're the altruistic type - do something for others in need. The latter is how Chrysler has opted to mark the 30th anniversary of its Dodge Grand Caravan and Chrysler Town & Country.
Together with hunger-advocacy organization Canstruction, the Chrysler Foundation has built a full-scale replica of the Grand Caravan out of 30,000 food cans in the square at the corner of Yonge and Dundas in Toronto, a ways down the highway from where the real vans are built in Windsor. The sculpture was built over the course of 10 hours by 30 volunteers and was displayed earlier this week.
Now the installation is being taken down, and the cans of food are being donated to the Daily Bread Food Bank, which will assemble them into 2,000 food baskets to be distributed to those in need through its network of 200 food banks across the Canadian metropolis. Check out a neat time-lapse video of the build and the press release below.

Dodge performance trio thrashed on Roadkill

Tue, Apr 14 2015

Of all the shows that Motor Trend does, Roadkill is probably the last one we'd pick to evaluate the latest performance automobiles. That's not a slight against David Freiburger or Mike Finnegan, who host the show: they're certified gear-heads and the go-to guys when it comes to hot rods, rat rods and anything grungier than it is shiny. But as exemplary as they are of Detroit muscle, the Charger Hellcat, Challenger Hellcat and Viper are also shiny new pieces of metal. Still, since it will now be sponsoring the show, someone at Dodge apparently thought it would be a good idea to hand Freiburger and Finnegan the keys to the company's top performance models. So to ring the best out of them, they solicited help from some of their colleagues at MT, gained access to a closed-down air strip, devised as many ways as they could to destroy the tires, and proceeded to set about doing exactly that. Watch the grin-inducing mayhem unfold in the half-hour clip above. Related Video:

Will Dodge limit 2015 Challenger SRT Hellcat to 1,200 units?

Sun, 20 Jul 2014

With over 700 horsepower on tap and a price tag barely over $60k, Dodge appears on paper to have a winner on its hands with the new Challenger SRT Hellcat. But if you want to get your hands on one, you may have to act quicker than this most powerful of muscle cars covers the quarter-mile.
That's because, according to our compatriots over at Edmunds, Dodge may limit production - in the first year, at least - to just 1,200 units. That would amount to barely a quarter of the Challengers that Dodge moves each month, and would also mean only one Hellcat for every two Dodge dealers in the US - which could lead to some serious contention over which stores and which customers can get their hands on the ultimate Challenger.
Reached for comment, SRT spokesman Dan Reid told Autoblog that "there is no plan to limit production of the Challenger Hellcat," echoing the words of Dodge CEO Tim Kuniskis who told Edmunds: "We don't know what the market demand is." Which doesn't mean that it won't restrict production, but doesn't mean that it will, either. It just hasn't decided yet - or announced any such decision, at any rate - over what will be the final allocation strategy for what could be a game-changing muscle car. That is, at least, until new versions of the Mustang and Camaro come along in pursuit of Dodge's bragging rights...
