1990 dodge Cummins 12 valve power wagon w250 w 250 5 speed short bed lifted 9 inches clean Texas body. I have been building this truck over the last year, the frame and body came from a Texas truck, the motor and drivetrain came out of donor truck from upstate New York. The truck has a complete 6 inch skyjacker leaf spring lift, and 3 body lift. I had the whole body off the truck and repainted the frame, the truck has some damage on top of the cab from moving it. The truck and runs and drives ok but will need finishing, it's a lot of fun to drive it scoots right along. It has pretty much brand new 37.5 h1 hummer tires on it. I have put a lot of time and money into this truck, and have done a lot of the hard work already. Please if you are serious about buying the truck call me first before you place a bid, and I will be happy to answer all your questions. The truck must be picked up within 7 days after purchase. 978 764 9791 Larry

Total auto recalls already on record pace in 2014
Tue, 08 Apr 2014If you've noticed that there have been more recalls than usual this year, you may be on to something. According to a report from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the US market is on pace to break a record for recalls. In 2013, 22 million cars were recalled. We're only a third of the way through 2014, though, and we've already halved that figure, with 11 million units recalled. That's wild.
Considering the past few months, it shouldn't be a surprise that General Motors is leading the charge, with six million of the 11 million units recalled coming from one of the General's four brands. Between truck recalls, CUV recalls and the ignition switch recall, 2014 hasn't been a great year for GM.
Other recall leaders include Nissan (one million Sentra and Altima sedans), Honda (900,000 Odyssey minivans), Toyota (over one million units in a few recalls), Volkswagen (150,000 Passat sedans), Chrysler (644,000 Dodge Durango and Jeep Grand Cherokee SUVs) and most recently, Ford (434,000 units, the bulk of which were early Ford Escape CUVs). So while it's been a bad year for GM so far, its competitors aren't doing too well, either.
Stormtrooper Dodge Charger Episode IV: A New Soap
Fri, Dec 18 2015We spent a day with a Dodge Charger that looks like a Stormtrooper helmet and made a few videos. In this one, the Charger meets the car wash. May the force be with the dryer. Read about the car and watch the rest of the videos here.
Watch this Dodge Viper get clawed to death
Tue, 07 Jan 2014There's a scene in the James Bond movie, Casino Royale, where Daniel Craig's Agent 007 is captured by villain Le Chiffre, played by Mads Mikkelsen. Le Chiffre tortures Bond in a scene that is rather difficult to watch (especially for blokes) and impossible to describe on these digital pages (Google at your own risk). This video is the automotive equivalent of the Casino Royale torture scene.
It shows a Dodge Viper - a late, first-generation GTS judging by the center-exit exhausts - getting assaulted by a giant piece of heavy equipment. The large claw shows no mercy on the V10-powered sports car, rending its muscular curves into pieces and then running it over, just for good measure. It's a painful video to watch (and hear!), made worse because we don't know what the Viper did to deserve such a fate. About a third of the way through the video, the cameraman indicates that the man with the claw is a new operator from Chrysler, and it appears there may be some fire damage, but beyond that, we don't have much to go on.
Scroll down for the video but be warned, it isn't for the faint of heart.
