1974 Dodge W200 Powerwagon.  This truck is a work horse ready for anything.  This truck is the snow commander edition and it comes with a meyers plow which is fully functional.  I bought this truck about a year ago from the second owner who used it to plow his driveway, the original owner used it for his oil company business.

The motor is a 318ci small block that runs great.  I think there is a small exhaust leak at the manifold, the truck comes with a set of exhaust manifold gaskets and two used manifolds. A new power steering pump, valve cover gaskets, plugs, wires, rebuilt carb, clutch, BF Goodrich A/T 285/75 R16 on US Wheel steel wheels, exhaust and muffler were all installed this year.  The truck also comes with another set of tires mounted in steel wheels for the winter.  The tires are in great shape.  Truck fires right up with no excessive cranking or any smoke on start up.

The interior is in good shape for its age.  The floors have been rhino lined and are solid.  The seat was reupholstered by the second owner and is in great shape.  The 4x4 engages fine along with the manual hubs.  The radio does not work.  All the gauges and lights work as they should.  The plow controls along with the PTO controls are mounted into the dash from the factory.  The PTO is not hook up to anything now.  The original owner used it as a pump.  I've been told the PTO can be used for a dump body if other materials are purchased.

The exterior of the truck is in ok shape.  The truck was painted black a few years ago and theres some yellow paint showing through in some spots.  The driver side door has a dent with the paint chipping.  The truck comes with two driver and passenger rear doors.  All in all the paint looks good for its age.

This is a real truck, please look at the pictures and ask any questions you may have about it.  You don't buy this truck to get good fuel mileage.  There's no a/c, it rattles like a 39 year old truck but she still rolls like she should.  I tried to describe this truck the best I can, if you have any specific questions please ask.  THIS IS A WORKHORSE!

No paypal, cash on pick up.  Truck is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early.  No reserve, highest bidder takes it.  Buyer is to arrange pickup.  Buyer must contact me within 24hrs of auction ending to arrange pick up and payment.  Serious bidders only.  Feel free to ask any questions or stop by to test drive.  Truck located at 06614.  The mileage may go up because I will still be using the truck.

Thanks for looking

2013 Dodge Dart gets brace of new special edition models

Thu, 16 May 2013

After almost a year on the market it, it is becoming more clear to Dodge how customers like to option out their Darts, so the automaker has combined popular features into three special edition packages and sweetened the prices. Start with a standard 2013 Dart and add either the SXT or Limited "Special Editions" or Rallye Appearance Group, and you'll save yourself a lot of box checking.
The $595 Dart SXT Special Edition takes the trim just above the base model and adds a new grille, dark-tinted headlights and projector fog lights, LED racetrack taillights, cruise control and audio controls on the leather-wrapped steering wheel. The Limited Special Edition starts with the top-end model and adds a power sunroof, heated front seats and steering wheel, dual-zone climate control and Nappa leather seats among other features, for $1,810.
The Rallye Appearance Group (pictured) is a package for the SXT, and it blacks out the front fascia, throws on 17-inch wheels and some badging for $395. The new special editions are reaching dealers now and could help the Dart's sales to further improve after a slow start. You can find out more about them in the press release below.

Rare Dodge Shelby Dakota is a very '80s sport truck

Fri, Jun 3 2016

The late-great Carroll Shelby built an incredibly successful career of making all sorts of cars faster, more often than not, with a bigger or more potent engine under the hood. The icons are well known—legends like the Shelby Cobra, GT350 Mustang, and the big GT500. But by the 1980s, Shelby was plying his trade over at Chrysler, at the behest of chairman Lee Iacocca, churning out special editions like the Dodge Shelby Charger, zippy CSX, rorty GLHS, and this—the 1989 Shelby Dakota muscle truck. 1,500 of these racy pickups were built for just one year and a whole two-and-a-half decades later they still turn heads. This one especially. The spotless pickup recently turned up for sale online , and its odometer reads a claimed 25,307 miles. So what makes these rarified work trucks special? As with most Shelbys, it starts under the hood. Up until 1989, the standard Dodge Dakota pickups were offered in only four-cylinder and V6 variants. But Dodge (and Shelby) wanted more, so the larger 5.2-liter Magnum V8 from Dodge's full-size pickup was shoehorned into the midsize Dakota, albeit not effortlessly. To fit, Dodge had to swap the V8's belt-driven fan for an electric unit mounted in front of the radiator. That did the trick, as well as earned the V8 a few extra ponies, pushing the special Dakota up to 175 horsepower and 270 lb.-ft. of torque. That performance may sound paltry by today's standards, but in 1989 it was seen as quite sporty, and netted a zero to 60 mph dash in 8.5 seconds. A four-speed automatic with lockup torque converter transmitted that power to the rear wheels. Additional Shelby performance goodies included a limited-slip differential, transmission cooler, along with a host of eye-catching body mods, including a unique air dam and bumpers, Shelby floor mats, monogramed seats and door panels, a "CS" steering wheel, 15-spoke hollow alloy wheels, and shouty body graphics. While the Shelby Dakota didn't return for 1990, its V8 legacy did continue, and in 1991 the 5.2-liter eight-cylinder became an option on new Dakotas. Of the 1,500 Shelby Dakota pickups built, 860 were dressed in red while a rarer 640 came adorned in Bright White. This '89 is said to be #245 of those white trucks, sold new to its original (and sole) owner in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, for $15,985 (the Shelby package cost $3,933 in its day). Currently, it's demanding bids north of $10,000 for its low-mileage originality. Related Video: This content is hosted by a third party.
