2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Slt Hemi Crew Cab 4 Door Black on 2040-cars
Saint Cloud, Florida, United States
Here I have one 2003 Dodge Ram SLT 1500 Crew Cab Pickup Truck with the 5.7 HEMI Engine. the Truck is a one owner Truck from the dealership back in 2003. Is has Cloth Seats and as you can see a Bed Topper that comes with the truck. This truck I've personally put Synthetic Mobil one oil in it since it was new, Currently the High mileage Formula As the truck currently has 272,910 miles on it. At Roughly 140,000 miles I had the transmission rebuilt. The motor has never had any work done to it other then regular oils changes, Air Filter, and Transmission fluid changes. I have never had any issues with the truck on a daily basis, Starts every time and has never let me down. The following are the only concerns I have with the truck: The paint is showing its age, on the hood its coming off under one respray of the hood when I had it repainted, on a scale of 1-10 with regards to the paint job I give it a high 6 as it has some nicks, scratches, and a few dings in it. The 2 grab bars inside of the truck (plastic Grab bars) are not attached to the door frame as I believe they were pulled out of there mounts and the plastic broke. A/C compressor will need to be replaced soon, It still currently works but the bearings in the fan clutch seem to be going bad as it is a little louder then it was before, Also it does leak freon out slowly over 2 months time frame, Usually I replace about 1 can every two to three months. There is a noise that sometimes happens when you out the truck in reverse and start backing up and hit the brakes, Then the first time you go forward and hit the brakes, Seems like the brake pads are loose in the caliper and they shift forward and reverse. This Ram has a clear title and its in hand, I financed it though Daimler Chrysler LLC and it is stamped pn the title that the original leon was released by them upon me completing the payments. Originally purchased 02/21/2003 I've tried to explain the details of this truck as clearly as possible, There is no warranty as the truck is 10 years old. if you have any questions please or would like to see the truck if your local in the orlando Area please call me at (407) 342-4741 As for the auto books and car sale companies I don't need any help selling my truck, But your more then welcome to bid. Thank you I also will entertain all offers, And I reserve the right to remove from Ebay as I am looking to sell it locally as well. Good Luck, Bid to win as you won't be disappointed with your purchase. Thank you Rick |

Bid on the incredible George Barris Supervan in Scottsdale
Fri, Jan 22 2016Barrett-Jackson's upcoming Scottsdale, AZ, auction features the groovy Barris SuperVan, which came from the mind of car customizing legend George Barris. He even autographed the interior. Passengers enter the SuperVan through the hinged windshield, and once inside they can party in style thanks to the roof-mounted disco ball. However, occupants can't get too wild because the massive side windows don't leave much room for privacy. Barris built the van around a 1966 Dodge Tradesman A-100 with a three-speed manual gearbox and a 318-cubic-inch V8. Barris originally called the van the "The Love Machine," and it later had quite a Hollywood career. Its on-screen appearances included the '70s movie SuperVan, and a repainted version served as a Hill Valley Transit bus in Back to the Future II. After his passing at age 89 last year, Barris' creation might see a further boost in value. Barrett-Jackson doesn't offer a price estimate for the SuperVan, but we can't wait to see what this groovy vehicle sells for with no reserve. Collectors already valued Barris' work before his death. For example, his 1960s Batmobile, which was likely Barris' most famous creation, went for $4.62 million at a Barrett-Jackson auction in 2013. It was used for many movies and TV shows after that, such as the Hill Valley Transit bus in "Back to the Future II," "Sea Quest" and the 1970 movie "Solar Crisis." The van has been completely restored to its "SuperVan" look and has since been signed by George Barris. Manual transmission. 2015 Dodge Charger R/T Scat Pack Quick Spin
Thu, Jun 18 2015"Scat Pack" is plucked from The Big Book of Dodge Nameplates to describe what is basically the average of the Charger R/T and Charger SRT 392. Unnecessary horsepower always seems to go down better with a dose of heritage. If you think it's a silly name, just be thankful Dodge didn't call it an S/RT or an R/T-S. In previous years, a similar formulation was known as the SRT8 Super Bee. Going by another name, it's still as sweet and wears the same hurried-looking pollinator on the grille. We do wonder: What has displeased him so, and why does he have wings and wheels? The packaging is at least fresh. All Chargers get updates for 2015, including improved interiors and a Dart-on-steroids exterior redo. The new lines work especially well on the more aggressive models, including this Scat Pack car. Like the Super Bee before it, the Scat Pack gets the 6.4-liter engine from SRT 392; for 2015 it gets a slight output boost to 485 horsepower and 475 pound-feet of torque, respective increases of 15 and 5. It does without the SRT three-mode suspension and comes with cloth seats (leather is an option) to keep the price down. The Scat Pack also has slightly smaller Brembo front brakes, narrower wheels, and different rubber. It does, however, cost eight grand less and is just as quick in a straight line. Intriguing. Driving Notes Scat Pack cars get an electronically controlled active exhaust that we'd call hyperactive. It's loud all the time, opening its widest at startup, idle, and when you ask for any appreciable amount of power. Sport mode supposedly makes a difference, but we couldn't discern loud from louder. It's a delicious and appropriate loudness, with a brassy trumpet tone to it, and the engine makes top-fuel noises at full tilt. The squeal of the rear tires can be heard from every stoplight no matter the road conditions. A light touch avoids leaving a mark if you're so inclined. We weren't. When the tires eventually smear into the realm of traction, this thing is pretty quick – hitting 60 miles per hour takes 4.5 seconds. There's also an adjustable launch control mode if you want to cut out some of the wheelspin. The eight-speed transmission shifts smoothly. Quicker, more-palpable shifts are had in Sport mode, but occasionally the transmission still needs a moment to drop down from seventh or eighth when you mash the throttle. Despite its two overdrive gears, this Charger is still loud on the highway. In a good way. Probably.
2013 Dodge Durango R/T
Tue, 19 Feb 2013Not too long ago, Chevrolet got itself into some trouble by throwing the SS badge on just about everything it produced, so I've always been a little hesitant about the seemingly excessive use of the R/T nameplate on Dodge vehicles. For the 2013 model year, every model in Dodge's lineup has an R/T trim level from Dart all the way up to the Durango. Although the R/T name used to signified models made for road and track, I doubt anyone would be delusional enough to assume the Durango - and some of the other models wearing this badge - are suited for any sort of track duty.
Still, when this 2013 Dodge Durango R/T rolled up for me to drive for the week, I couldn't help but take in its big, mean and imposing stance. Sure, if I had my choice of buying any of the Dodge R/T products, the Charger and Challenger would be my top picks for sure, but it's easy to say that the Durango would be a close third - far above the R/T versions of the Avenger, Journey and Grand Caravan.
