Here is a rare 1 ton Dodge pickup. It does NOT have an engine or trans, but the truck is otherwise mostly complete as seen in the pics. There are parts in the bed, trim for the lights etc. The truck is clean and mostly rust free. Very clean example of a rare truck. This is a project, but not a bad starting point by any means. Please let me know if you want a pic of anything in particular of if you have any questions. This truck is a 1954 Dodge C-1-D8 and originally had a 241V8. 126" WB true 1 ton. Built in Detroit, MI build # 1464. Engineering code VT338. Truck does have a clean title. Please notice that this is a rare antique truck that is original and unrestored. It does not have a warranty expressed or implied. If you are extra picky and want a 100k restored truck for 2k, please do not bid. If you are somewhat picky then please ask questions and for pics before you bid. I do not want to seem like a jerk, but I have had issues with people buying and then asking questions. 2013 Dodge Charger SRT8 Super Bee

I can pinpoint the exact moment when I fell in love with this car. It was starting down a nearly straight entrance ramp at 15 miles per hour when I buried the throttle. In a moment, I was thrown back into my seat as the big SRT8's engine came to life with commensurate sound, fury and force, bringing me up to 75 mph in what felt like two blinks of an eye. This thing feels so much quicker than its 470 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque would lead you to believe. And mashing the right pedal never, ever gets old.
But beyond sheer speed, I found a whole lot to like about the Charger SRT8 during my week with the Pitch Black test car here in Detroit. And while the whole Super Bee kit isn't really my style, it's really easy to overlook those badges for a package that offers so much for so little.

Ford leads top searched-for car brands on Google in 2014

With less than two weeks until 2014 takes its final bow, anyone and everyone is looking back on the past 50 or so weeks to see how they stacked up. For search giant Google, that means its time to check out its annual Trends report. Besides the most popular search term (the late, great Robin Williams), the most searched for gadget (the iPhone 6) and most searched for disease symptoms (quite worryingly, Ebola took the crown here), we have the most searched for automaker. With the long-awaited sixth-generation of one of America's most iconic vehicles, the Mustang, and a ground-breaking update for the US market's perennial best seller, the F-Series, it should come as no surprise at all that Ford was Google's most searched for automaker in 2014. Jeep captured second place, while Dodge, took third. We suspect introducing a pair of cars with 707 horsepower had something to do with that bronze medal...
