Up for auction is this beautifully detailed '06 SRT8. This car is extremely clean. It has many good mods that all SRT's should have, in my opinion. It has Corsa exhaust, 185* stat, AFE II cold air intake, Diablo predator tuner.

New or newer parts as follows:

2,000 miles on new Continental Extreme Contact dws

2,000 miles on all front end parts. I spared no expense as LX platform cars have front end concerns. All ball joints, tie rods, links, end links, bushings have been replaced with Moog greaseable components.

Brand new front struts.

Brand new R1 Concepts rotors ( front) and pads.

Oil catch can.

All royal purple oils in rear gear, transmission.

Mobile 1 synthetic engine oil.( doesn't burn a drop)

This car is one of my baby's, but I bought a S2000 and need to shed a toy. This car is not perfect, but it is close.

There are 0 door dings. It has some road rash on the front clip from normal wear and tear. the front spoiler has a slight rip that you should see in the pictures. This car is fast. It'll run a 12.8 - 13.00 in the quarter.

It gets detailed twice a year with clay bar / menzerna products / polymere 2 sealer / pinnacle souvern wax. I use a flex 3401 polisher. The car has 95% of swirls or spider webbing corrected.

Really hate to see her go. Somebody is going to get a gorgeous, fast car.

Dodge revamping lineup with AWD Challenger and lighter Charger

Dodge's current lineup is aging rapidly. The Charger, for example, is going on 5 years old but its platform dates back to 2006. FCA, according to Automotive News, is working on revitalizing Dodge's lineup with the first of some new models debuting later this year. The report reveals plans for the majority of FCA's brands, but the most interesting bit of information is an all-wheel-drive model for the Dodge Challenger, which is being referred to as the GT AWD. Mopar unveiled the Challenger GT AWD Concept at SEMA last year as a concept, but it looks like the idea stuck. The vehicle is set to make its debut this fall and will lead the way for a wide-body, Hellcat-powered version that will be released in 2017. That model will be called the Challenger ADR. The entire Challenger lineup will be redesigned in 2018, which includes switching over to the lighter Giorgio platform - the same one that underpins the Alfa Romeo Guilia Dodge will also redesign the Charger to accommodate the new Giorgio platform in 2018. A new two-door convertible could debut in 2021, resurrecting the Barracuda moniker. The aging Dodge Durango will get a light refresh in 2017 with the addition of an SRT model, which Automotive News reports will feature a 6.4-liter V8 engine. Other changes are in store for other FCA brands, including the debut of full-size crossover in 2018 for Chrysler, which will be followed by a midsize crossover in 2019. The Jeep Compass and Wrangler will get a redesign for 2017, with the Cherokee getting a light makeover, as well. The Wrangler-based pickup truck, which we recently spotted testing, is set for its debut in 2018, while the Wagoneer will come out a year later. We were definitely rock stars at the 20th edition of the Dream Cruise.
The yell came from somewhere in the crowd: "Hey Hellcat, push it!" We obliged with a jab of the throttle, and the 707 horses of the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat roared to life. It went on like this. All weekend. It's one thing to attend the Woodward Dream Cruise, it's quite another to star in it.

Dodge to resurrect Scat Pack?

Before social media ever existed, if automotive enthusiasts wanted to be noticed or recognize other fans, they joined a car club. For Dodge muscle car lovers from 1968 through 1971, that group was known as the Scat Pack. Just like the Charger, Challenger and Dart nameplates, it looks like the Scat Pack could be getting a resurrection by Chrysler.
Automotive News is reporting that Chrysler recently renewed its trademark on the Scat Pack name, and while this is in no way a guarantee that the name will return, AN talked to Tim Kuniskis, Dodge President and CEO, who stoked the fire a little more. In the article, Kuniskis said that the name is "a very important part of our history" and added that "we like the whole idea of having a Scat Pack of cars." Scat Pack models were identified by their bumblebee stripes and helmet-wearing bumblebee logo, and the idea of a modern Scat Pack doesn't seem all that outlandish in light of recent vehicles like the Charger SRT Super Bee and the Ram 1500 Rumble Bee Concept.
