Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your equipment upon delivery, please notify us immediately. Returns accepted within 2 days and/or 200 miles of purchase within purchase condition. You will be responsible for return shipping.

Availability: We reserve the right to remove this listing due to on-site sales. Successful high bidder must communicate with Gillman by phone within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we can not confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 2 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Within 2 days of the auction closing, buyer must provide balance of funds by Wire Transfer, Cash in Person, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Bank Draft. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their state issued valid drivers license and proof of insurance. Before vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other State related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller. All funds must be deposited, cleared and available to seller prior to releasing of vehicle by seller.

Shipping and Delivery - All shipping arrangements and charges are buyer's responsibility. WINTER SPRINGS AUTO CENTER may assist as a courtesy with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible for any shipping charges or expenses. WINTER SPRINGS AUTO CENTER will not be responsible for any claims arising from shipping damage or delay.
