 For Sale:
One very used Dodge Caravan. Runs and Drives, however, she leaks transmission fluid as fast as you can put it in. Not sure what the issue is, could be simple, could need a new transmission. The van is equipped with power door locks, however, I pulled the fuse as the right rear door would make constant noise as it tried to engage. The AC does NOT work. The van had a few rust spots, which were patched with Bondo a few years ago (as seen in pics). Tires are ok, brakes are ok, battery is less then a year old. The engine runs smooth, does not smoke, no knocks or issues, leaks oil but only barely. The interior is intact, but very used and stained from constant exposure to children as a family vehicle.
Pioneer CD player plays fine, no issues.
No warranties or guarantees on anything whatsoever. This is an old beat up van, that has been there and done that.
Interested parties may contact us to see and or drive the van if interested, or to ask any questions.
More pictures available upon request, specify what it is you would like to see.
PayPal or Cash only please. We are not offering any shipping, however, we will work with you if you have a plan.
All Sales Final, No Returns.
Thanks for looking.

Dodge vs. Chevy tug-of-war taken to the extreme

Mon, 17 Dec 2012

They say "idle hands are the devil's playground," but said playgrounds grow to Disney-sized proportions when a pair of jacked-up trucks, two egos, a chain and an empty mall parking lot are involved. Proof of this is the video below, which shows a Cummins-powered Dodge Ram circa 2006 to 2008 chained tail-to-tail with what looks to be a gasoline-powered Chevrolet Silverado from the late 1990s or early 2000s.
We don't necessarily have to tell you who wins this battle, but we'll let you see for yourself the lengths the "winning" driver goes to prove his point. There's plenty of foul language in the video below, so beware that this might be Not Safe For Work, and not that we should have to tell you, but please, do not try this at home.

Ralph Gilles responds to Dodge rumors, says brand is 'here to stay'

Fri, 12 Jul 2013

This is why we love Ralph Gilles. While in Italy hanging out with a group of Viper Club members in Europe, the SRT boss took the time to respond to a question directed at him on Instagram in regards to the future of Dodge.
Recent reports have painted a bleak picture for Dodge, but Gilles defended Chrysler's full-line brand by stating that the rumors are, "all rumors, Dodge is here to stay! It may get more focused going forward but not killed!" The idea of a "more focused" Dodge brand could lend some credibility to reports that the Grand Caravan and Durango are on their way out, which would leave Dodge solely as a car, or car-based, automaker.

NHTSA investigating Chrysler for airbags, ignition switches

Wed, 18 Jun 2014

Chrysler is being targeted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in a pair of actions that focus on over 1.2 million Jeeps, minivans and crossovers.
The first is a "preliminary investigation" that focuses on an airbag issue afflicting the Jeep Commander built in model years 2006 and 2007 and Grand Cherokee from 2005 to 2006. In total, 700,000 vehicles could potentially be affected. It's not entirely clear what the airbag issue is, with The Detroit Free Press simply stating that the restraint systems in the affected Jeeps may be "faulty."
The other investigation is what's called a "recall query" and it covers a problem that General Motors should be familiar with. In this case, there could be a problem with the ignition switches of 525,000 vehicles, ranging from 2008 to 2010 Chrysler Town & Country and Dodge Grand Caravan minivans, to the 2008 to 2010 Dodge Journey crossover. Again, it's not entirely clear what sort of behavior prompted the 32 complaints that NHTSA has received on these vehicles.
