2006 DODGE DURANGO SUV -  Seven Passenger Vehicle -

- THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST DESIRABLE SEVEN PASSENGER SUV’S AS IT

HAS THE BEST ECONOMY, AND THE MOST POWERFUL 4.7 Litre V6 ENGINES

This is my wife’s personal car and she has loved driving it for the six years that we've owned it.
But I wanted to give her a change, so I bought her a 2012 Lincoln Navigator.
That’s the only reason

I’m selling this great car. We have had this beautiful vehicle meticulously maintaining every three

months with regular service schedules.

Everything works perfectly and there are absolutely no leaks of any kind, so don t worry about its
dependability or any oil on your driveway. All four tires are virtually Brand New as you can see
with very few miles on them.

Personally I think the black color is the only color to have everything else looks cheap to me but
that’s your decision. The spotless gray Interior just highlights the class of this vehicle.
You will love it, it’s in perfect condition, and it will be the most dependable vehicle you
probably ever bought.

Notice    How clean and new looking the car is with good care

Notice   The condition of the gray nylon seats and the interior

Notice   The deep tread on all the tires saves you $750 for tires

Notice   The rear A/C control system vents for rear passengers

Notice   The great size of the rear compartment for a lot of cargo

Notice   The different rear seat configurations with the seats up to 8 people

Notice   The dark tinted windows, and the great condition of all the carpets

Notice   The great sound system and CD Player

Notice   The window louvers that eliminate noise with the window open

and prevent rain from coming in with the window open

This car delivers a combination of safety, luxury, practicality, performance, status,

and cost of operation that's difficult match. ... It has been a local Florida car and you
can see from the pictures under the car, that there is virtually no rust, there are no signs
of any damage to the car and we have had no accidents during our ownership.

It’ s loaded with many options and
ice cold air conditioning that works perfectly. Everything
in the car works perfectly. I don’t know of anything that doesn’t work perfectly in the car,
i
f I did, I would have had it fixed.

The title of the vehicle is free and clear and has never had any liens or encumbrances
of any kind during my ownership.

Stormtrooper Dodge Charger Episode V: The Empire Stops for Gas

Fri, Dec 18 2015

We spent a day with a Dodge Charger that looks like a Stormtrooper helmet and made a few videos. In this clip, two Stormtroopers drive the helmet-mobile to a filling station. Because even Vader's soldiers need to refuel once in a while. Read about the car and watch the rest of the videos here. Here are a few of our automotive guilty pleasures

Tue, Jun 23 2020

It goes without saying, but I'll say it anyway. The world is full of cars, and just about as many of them are bad as are good. It's pretty easy to pick which fall into each category after giving them a thorough walkaround and, more important, driving them. But every once in a while, an automobile straddles the line somehow between good and bad — it may be hideously overpriced and therefore a marketplace failure, it may be stupid quick in a straight line but handles like a drunken noodle, or it may have an interior that looks like it was made of a mess of injection-molded Legos. Heck, maybe all three. Yet there's something special about some bad cars that actually makes them likable. The idea for this list came to me while I was browsing classified ads for cars within a few hundred miles of my house. I ran across a few oddballs and shared them with the rest of the team in our online chat room. It turns out several of us have a few automotive guilty pleasures that we're willing to admit to. We'll call a few of 'em out here. Feel free to share some of your own in the comments below. Dodge Neon SRT4 and Caliber SRT4: The Neon was a passably good and plucky little city car when it debuted for the 1995 model year. The Caliber, which replaced the aging Neon and sought to replace its friendly marketing campaign with something more sinister, was panned from the very outset for its cheap interior furnishings, but at least offered some decent utility with its hatchback shape. What the two little front-wheel-drive Dodge models have in common are their rip-roarin' SRT variants, each powered by turbocharged 2.4-liter four-cylinder engines. Known for their propensity to light up their front tires under hard acceleration, the duo were legitimately quick and fun to drive with a fantastic turbo whoosh that called to mind the early days of turbo technology. — Consumer Editor Jeremy Korzeniewski  Chevrolet HHR SS: Chevy's HHR SS came out early in my automotive journalism career, and I have fond memories of the press launch (and having dinner with Bob Lutz) that included plenty of tire-smoking hard launches and demonstrations of the manual transmission's no-lift shift feature. The 260-horsepower turbocharged four-cylinder was and still is a spunky little engine that makes the retro-inspired HHR a fun little hot rod that works quite well as a fun little daily driver.

Junkyard 1983 Dodge Rampage has Franco-American roots

Mon, Jun 20 2016

Lee Iacocca and the K-Cars get most of the credit for saving Chrysler after the company's 1979 bailout by the US government, but the success of the Simca-derived Omnirizon platform was a large, if overlooked, component of Chrysler's early-1980s resurgence. The Dodge Omni and Plymouth Horizon were sold in the United States for the 1978 through 1990 model years, and variants included the 1983-1987 Dodge Charger and the Rampage, this well-worn example of which I spotted in a Denver self-service wrecking yard last week. The early Omnirizons came with a Volkswagen-sourced 1.7-liter engine, but all of the Rampage pickups (and their near-identical Plymouth Scamp siblings) came from the factory with a 2.2-liter K-Car engine making 96 horses. This truck has a 4-speed manual transmission, which would have made it reasonably quick by Malaise Era standards. This one had plenty of body filler and rust, even before the crash that sent it on that final tow-truck ride to this place, so it wouldn't have been worth restoring. Still, we can hope that some of its parts will live on in other L-body trucks.
