1998 dodge durango SLT 4x4: V8 Magnum 5.2L silver with black & gray interior privacy glass woodgrain trim interior. tow package/3rd row seat/roof rack/bug deflectors/visors. very clean interior. rear heat and a/c. lots of cup holders and storage. 3rd row seat that folds flat into the floor for extra rear storage. middle seat has a fold down armrest with cup holders. power drivers seat. overhead with temp, miles, etc. sunglass holder and garage door opener holder. exterior has a few rust spots but they are not down into the metal, there are some small dings in some areas also. newer tires.
"issues that we are aware of" sometimes the ABS and brake light come on but sometimes they're not on, and sometimes seperatly the check engine light comes on. we took it to be checked and no code comes up so they think it may be a sensor. and the lights are not on all the time.
ocassionally when you are first starting to pull out or when you are going up a very steep hill it bucks a bit. but only when its going a slow speed, this also doesn't happen all the time.
*we have only owned this suv for about 2 months, bought it for our daughter but she cant really see to make a turn because the side mirrors are so large and she is a new driver so she wont drive it at all.
*this car is driveable and we do currently use it, we have driven it locally and on about an hour drive and it runs good. has current PA inspection until end of july or aug..

Tue, 04 Nov 2014Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is showing off a completely redesigned Dodge Charger Funny Car at this year's SEMA Show in Las Vegas and it's ready to blow through the NHRA timing lights next year. Initially, the shape might look like any of the other entrants in its class burning through the quarter mile, but this is the first comprehensive rethink for the racecar's aerodynamics since 2006, says Dodge.
Draped in classy red and black Mopar livery, the 2015 Dodge Charger R/T NHRA Funny Car tries to share the front and rear styling with its roadgoing counterpart, plus the scallops along the side, but this racer is all about crossing the finish line first.
The major goals for the redesign included making the body stronger and lighter without sacrificing aerodynamics, and that has been done with materials like Kevlar and carbon fiber. However, engineers have accomplished even more. By moving the cockpit further back, they've increased engine clearance and improved driver visibility.
Fiat/PSA's dominance in small vans hangs up EU's merger approval
Mon, Jun 8 2020BRUSSELS — EU antitrust regulators are concerned about Fiat Chrysler and Peugeot / PSA's combined high market share in small vans and may require concessions to clear their $50 billion merger, people familiar with the matter said. The companies, which are seeking to create the world's fourth biggest carmaker, were told of the European Commission's concerns last week. If Fiat and PSA fail to dispel the European Commission's doubts in the next two days and subsequently decline to offer concessions by Wednesday, the deadline for doing so, the deal would face a four-month-long investigation. The EU competition enforcer, which has set a June 17 deadline for its preliminary review, declined to comment. Fiat was not immediately available for comment while PSA had no immediate comment. Hiving off overlapping businesses, usually a regulatory demand to ensure more competition, could prove tricky for the carmakers because of the technicalities. Fiat and PSA are looking to merge to help offset slowing demand and shoulder the cost of making cleaner vehicles to meet tougher emissions regulations. The deal puts under one roof the Italian carmaker's brands such as Fiat, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Maserati and the French company's Peugeot, Opel and DS.
