2002 Dodge Dakota - 4 Wheel Drive - 107,000 miles (rounded up) - 3" Body Lift - 32" BF Goodrich Mud Terrains - 3.9L V6 Engine - Aftermarket radio - Fog lights & custom brush guard - Full tow hooks welded directly to the frame Recently Replaced: - Break caliper - Transfer case rebuild - Rear drum breaks - Front disc breaks - Rack & Pinion - Both CV Joints (Independent front suspension) Defects: Four wheel drive actuator is bad. This is the motor that takes it in and out of 4wd. I just had the transfer case rebuilt however and have all the paperwork to prove that the 4wd does indeed work. Light bulbs in the fog lights are also in need of replacement. It is also set up to easily replace the lights with any by just plugging them in. |

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles: The next five years
Tue, 06 May 2014Unless you've been living under a rock for the past 24 hours, you've no doubt read about all of the big future product news coming out of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles today. We had individual brand reports from Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Maserati and even Ferrari, but in the interest of simplifying and summarizing, we're going to list out the hard facts once more. Of course, with all of this still off in the future, there's still the possibility that a few changes will be made. But as of what we know right now, here's what's coming, and what's going away.

1 Of 1 Dodge Viper looks a fabulous mess in Chicago
Fri, Feb 13 2015Earlier this year, we told you about the new Dodge Viper 1 Of 1 program, which offers buyers the chance to customize their supercars to the tune of some 25 million different combinations. With 8,000 paint colors, 24,000 hand-painted stripe patterns, 10 wheel options, and 16 interior trims to choose from, you'd be right to think that the possibilities for personalization are endless, and can probably get a little weird. That's kind of what's going on here in Chicago, with a Viper showcar that's definitely... unique. It doesn't really look bad, necessarily. It's just kind of strange. We call this color job, "Oh no, there are tiny paint cans falling from the sky, but I simply can't stop driving 200 miles per hour." And when it came time to spec wheels, it looks like FCA US said, "Aw heck, let's just use all of 'em." You'll definitely want to take a look at this unique creation, in the gallery above. MotorWeek revisits the awesome, original Dodge Viper
Sat, Jun 6 2015MotorWeek is bringing the automotive world a wonderful blast from the past with its latest Retro Review. Not only does the video feature the now-famous, original Dodge Viper, but this is also a chance to watch one lapping Pocono International Raceway in a test of track prowess. This segment was MotorWeek's first chance to unleash the Viper around a racecourse, and the show took advantage of the opportunity. In addition to the usual 0-60 mph and quarter-mile tests, the 400-horsepower V10 is let loose to do lap after lap. The clip offers a great dose of nostalgia and is worth a watch to remember the intense enthusiasm surrounding the Viper at the time.
