we purchased this car from trice hughes in princeton, ky. and have used it for the family commuter and grocery getter since February 2012. car has been a daily driver, had new tires put on about a year ago and are still in great shape, a/c is ice cold, all options work flawless. cd player and radio, car does have sirus radio and it works as well. car has the 3.5 v6, engine and trans runs and shifts smooth, never had any issues. have had the oil changed on the 3-3500 mile mark since the time we bought the car. no issues with this and oil is clean and always just below the full line at service. we bought a new dodge journey and this is the only reason we are selling the car.

issues the car has:

the inside headliner needs cleaned from where a sprite can had exploded in the car, just above the cup holders, the can was unopened and when it exploded it sprayed on the headliner and we haven't had it cleaned because we haven't used the car, this was the day after we got our new car. also the heat im assuming caused the two vents in the in the dash, the corner vents next to the doors popped out, they have little built in clips that have seemed to break. looked this up online and seems to be an issue from time to time and you can get the new ones from the dealer. again the car has been setting and this wasn't an issue for us. and last issue on the nose on the drivers side just above the headlight, the clear coat on the plastic is starting to peel some. you can buff this with a little turtle wax and it fades enough that its hard to see, but over a week or so it starts to come back. you can see it in the pictures.

the title has a lean against it from BB&T bank. and will be released upon payment.

ask any and all question, if you want more details about a part or need better pictures, ask and I will send. I will deliver the car for a fee of 1.25 per mile within 400 miles, with a deposit on the transaction.

No wing, no Hemi. This Dodge Charger Daytona is two-tone and tufted

Mon, Oct 7 2019

In between the Dodge Charger Daytona's 1969 debut as a wild, winged NASCAR warrior and the current 2020 Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody Daytona 50th Anniversary Edition with its monster 717-hp Hemi V8, the nameplate had some ... less-glorious years. The nameplate first resurfaced in 1975, when the Charger moved into the "personal luxury" space as a riff on the Chrysler Cordoba. This 1975 Charger Daytona might not be the model's heyday, but damn if this clean machine, surfaced by Barnfinds.com, isn't striking in its own Me Decade kind of way. And this low-miles example is on offer right now on eBay motors. Outside, this dynamic Dodge sports two-tone silver and blue paint, alloy wheels with white-letter tires, and a power sunroof. Inside, we find high-backed split-bench seats with button-tufted vinyl (no "rich Corinthian leather" here). Raising the miles-long hood reveals a 400-cubic-inch, 4-bbl V8, which for 1975 packed 190 horsepower. A far cry from today's 717 horses, perhaps, but still an upgrade over the Charger's standard 360-cubic-inch V8. It may not be the car that pops immediately to mind when someone says, "Charger Daytona," but with less than 12,000 miles showing, this mid-Seventies example is a time warp to a lesser-known era for the marque.   Featured Gallery 1975 Dodge Charger Daytona Dodge Coupe Classics

Dodge unveils Special Service Durango for government fleets

Fri, 18 Oct 2013

Straight off its refresh, the Dodge Durango is slipping back into its dress blues and getting back to work. The 2014 Dodge Durango Special Service Vehicle boasts all the refinements and improvements that the refreshed, civilian-spec model received, most notably a 15-percent improvement in fuel economy.
Designed for police and fire departments, and as Chrysler's answer to the Ford Police Interceptor Utility and Chevrolet Tahoe PPV in the growing service SUV market, the Durango boasts a 600-mile range, thanks to the addition of an eight-speed automatic, available on both the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 and 5.7-liter Hemi V8. Equipped with the 360-horsepower Hemi, the Durango SSV can tow up to 7,400 pounds (the V6 is limited to 6,200 pounds).
Police and fire department Durangos get a few special features over the civilian models. The electric systems are ruggedized, with a heavy duty battery and a 220-amp alternator in place, while the engine's water pump and oil cooler are both stronger. The brakes are tougher, and a load-leveling suspension has been fitted, too.
