1968 Charger, 2 owner car, that has only had 1 repaint. The car has the factory original 318 with automatic transmission. Its a factory p/s, p/b, and a/c car. The car was repainted to the factory blue and still retains its original interior. The car is a factory two tone blue bucket seat interior with center console and automatic on the floor. The car hits the rode perfect and has no issues. Everything on the car works just like it should. I just had the car out this past weekend at a cruise and enjoyed it very much. Perfect car for some to get in and enjoy right now, you can certainly fly in and drive this one back home across the country. The only things that you can nock on the car is that paint is not 100 percent, certainly showing its age a little, and the driver side arm rest on the door panel has separated a little and you can see that in the pictures, but other then that a very fantastic car, certainly one you can put your wife in and she can enjoy, because I've put my wife in this one and she loves it. The car is for sale locally and is subject to be taken off eBay if sold. The car is also sold as is with no warranty. A 25% deposit is due within 3 days of the auctions end and the balance within 7 more when the car is to be picked up or arrangements are made for the car to be shipped. GTC deliveries take Rauh collection up to 79 Vipers [w/video]
Mon, Jul 27 2015How many Vipers is enough? One of the ten-cylinder supercars might be too much machine for most drivers to handle, but not for Wayne and D'Ann Rauh. The Texas couple already own 77 of Dodge's flagship model. And now they've taken delivery of two more. At the Conner Avenue Assembly Plant in Detroit on Friday, the Rauhs received the keys to a pair of Dodge Viper GTCs, customized through the automaker's "1 of 1" customization program. The program allows owners to spec their Viper just the way they want it, with 50 million unique combinations. For their 78th and 79th additions, the Rauhs ordered one decked out in brown with black stripes for Wayne, the other in purple with white for D'Ann, to whom the majority of the collection belongs. Of course, both come equipped with an 8.4-liter V10 driving 645 horsepower and 600 pound-feet of torque to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission. The couple will add the pair to their collection in Arp, TX, a town on the outskirts of Tyler, located between Dallas and Shreveport. The Rauh's garage already includes the last of the previous-generation Vipers decked out in two-tone gold finish. eGarage profiled the couple two years ago when their collection numbered "only" 65, and we have no doubt that number will only continue to grow as long as Dodge keeps building the legendary super-snake. 2015 Dodge Challenger Drag Pak previewed
Fri, 29 Aug 2014Dodge and Mopar have never strayed far from success in drag racing, be it on run-what-you-brung nights at the local strip or at the highest levels of the sport. Hoping to both add to that heritage and capitalize on some of the media spotlight that's shown so brightly on the brand of late, Dodge has given us our first look at the 2015 Mopar Challenger Drag Pak test car.
Though this first iteration doesn't make use of the 707-horsepower Hellcat engine, it seems to be a pretty formidable racing package. Starting with a stock '15 Challenger, Mopar adds a full roll cage built to National Hot Rod Association specs. Rubber front and back is drag racing-ready as well, with 28x4.5-inch tires in the front, and fat 30x9-inch tires out back - all from Hoosier.
Powering the beast is a massive 426-cubic-inch (7.0-liter) Hemi Race V8, with output levels that are still unspecified. A Chrysler 727 automatic transmission connects up to a racing style shift lever, with integral line lock.
