Here we have a Premium Handicap Wheelchair IMS Conversion Van. This van is a 1 Owner, purchased new. This van was shipped brand new to the IMS Conversion factory directly from the Dodge Plant, when it was new,  for the conversion to be done. This van was not converted like most as an after thought, it was done before it was delivered anywhere as shown on the Window sticker itself that is included with the manuals.

What we have is a well cared for van with low mileage and no rust. Original miles are just over 42k and the van was just fully serviced by our facility for the new owner. She is ready to go without any issues.

IMS offers a 10" lowered floor system. With a push of the button or passing the magnet keychain over the rear tail light the side door opens and the power ramp lowers down. As the door opens the van will lower down the entire right side of the vehicle several inches to decrease the ramp angle for a much easier entry for the wheelchair or wheelchairs. Either front seats can be removed in 30 seconds and a wheelchair can be locked on those locations if you would like them there.

The van also has both power sliding doors and a rear power lift gate. Rear climate controls, factory CD, all power options and a powerful 3.8 liter engine all add to the nice features this van has. The power door and power ramp operate perfectly as they should, and have been serviced as well. This, my friends, is a nice van that was clearly cared for. We have multiple sets of keys and remotes along with manuals and window sticker. The tires have over 80% tread life and the brakes are new.

Driving the van will instantly tell you it was cared for as well. Runs, drives, shifts, and feels like a brand new vehicle. I cant give any negative feedback on the mechanics of it. Ice Cold ac, non smoker, and a sharp metallic red finish top it off.

I want to add there are a few of these vans out here for sale but this one is at the top condition wise. I have driven over 50 of these vans and I will tell you first hand this one is as nice as you will find and priced aggressively as well. We operate on a small profit margin and do higher volume.

Again I cant stress enough how nice it is to have the manuals and the window sticker. To me that tells you a lot about the previous owner. This van went from Detroit MI to the IMS factory in New Mexico and was then taken to one of their locations across the country for its new owner. Now it is here ready to go to a good home and offer years of service for you.

We also have several other wheelchair vans in stock. We have 5 other dodge caravan Braun conversions and a few VMI conversion vans. Coming in next week is a nice 2004 Toyota Sienna Braun conversion as well so we can fill your needs regardless what they are at a fraction of what other dealers will charge. When you purchase from us we stand behind our vehicles and make sure the customers are always happy. This is why our feedback on van purchases is great! Your not only purchasing a vehicle, your purchasing the dealer who stands behind it. Fully serviced and no corners cut... its just how business is done the right away.

Thank you for viewing my auction and have a nice day. I urge you to call my personal cell 860-299-6554 anytime with any questions or thoughts you may have.

Thanks again

Dean

Weekly Recap: Things you might not know about the 2015 Dodge Charger and Challenger Hellcats

Sat, 16 Aug 2014

If you're an enthusiast, and you don't know that Dodge spawned another Hellcat this week, you really must have been living in cave. The 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat is probably the biggest news for enthusiasts since the reveal of, well the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat.
But, there are some things you might not know or might have missed about the new Charger and Challenger Hellcats. For starters, reports that the Hellcat production would be limited to a low volume are not true.
"We have not capped the Hellcat on either the Challenger or the Charger," Dodge CEO Tim Kuniskis said.

Chrysler killing off the 200 Convertible, Dodge Avenger

Sun, 23 Feb 2014

When Chrysler rolled out the first-generation 200 to replace the Sebring range in 2010, it included replacements for both the sedan and the convertible. The Sebring Coupe, however, was left out of the mix. And now that the second-generation Chrysler 200 is descending upon us, Auburn Hills is paring things down even further. But this time, it's the convertible that reportedly isn't making the cut. Shame, too, since the rendering above shows what could have been quite an attractive droptop.
As our compatriots at Edmunds point out, sales of the convertible model accounted for less than five percent of overall Chrysler 200 sales, and at those numbers, the considerable cost of engineering a new drop-top couldn't be justified. With the Toyota Camry Solara and Volkswagen Eos also gone from the market (well, the VW isn't gone quite yet), the discontinuation of the Chrysler 200 Convertible leaves the affordable convertible segment largely to the sportier likes of the Ford Mustang and Chevy Camaro and smaller European offerings like the Mini Cooper and VW Beetle.
The Chrysler 200 Convertible isn't the only derivative being left behind with the new model: so too is the Dodge Avenger. That will leave a glaring hole in the Dodge lineup, with nothing to bridge the gap between the compact Dart and the larger Charger. Whether the Dodge brand has any plans to replace the Avenger with another model, not to be based on the 200, remains to be seen.

Common Dodge Ram 1500 vs. Chevrolet Silverado breakdowns

Wed, May 4 2016

These two trucks are famous for their ability to get the job done. Still, even the toughest vehicle can have mechanical problems at some time. What if we match the Dodge Ram 1500 and Chevrolet Silverado head to head? Let's find out more about common repairs for each model. Also, learn some tricks to pay for car repairs. Clunky Steering Both Dodge and the Chevy owners sometimes notice bumping and clunking when steering. This might be more noticeable when driving over bumps. The cause is usually different in each truck though. In the Dodge Ram, clunky steering is more likely due to a defective lower ball joint. Replacement costs around $300 - $400, parts and labor. Clunky Chevy Silverado steering is probably a steering rack failure. This problem appears more often in trucks with over 90,000 miles. Silverado steering rack repair will run you up to $1,000 or more. Starting Woes For the Chevy Silverado with over 130,000 miles, you might notice trouble starting. This problem may appear occasionally at first, but it typically gets worse. Excluding a weak battery, the culprit is usually the starter. Replacement will cost you around $330 - $500. Of the total cost, $90 is for labor only. Now the Dodge Ram might make a ticking sound when starting, especially on models with over 94,500 miles. The noise often disappears after the engine warms up. These symptoms may indicate a broken exhaust manifold. Repair costs range from $800 - $900. Burning Oil & Gas Gauge On The Blink Sometimes, the Dodge Ram burns oil much faster than normal. In models with over 125,000 miles, this often points towards a leaky intake manifold gasket. A knocking sound may also appear with acceleration along with possible engine misfire. The cost to repair is around $200 - $300. The Chevy Silverado has its own surprises, especially when you've filled the gas tank but the gauge still reads low. Or the needle fluctuates widely from low to full while driving. In trucks with over 120,000 miles, it's likely due to a faulty fuel sensor. You might need a full fuel pump replacement, which can cost you up to $820, parts and labor. Water Inside And Poor Heat The Ram 1500 rear window has been known to leak. You might notice the back seat and floor wet after a rainstorm. This is more common in trucks with over 65,000 miles. Resealing the Ram 1500 rear window costs around $150 - $250.
