Up for sale is this Pristine 2003 Chrysler Town and Country LXI. This vehicle is immaculate and
has a Metallic light Blue exterior
with Blue leather interior. The leather seats are in great condition
and they are also fully powered and heated as well. This is a
very rare option to find in these cars. This Chrysler just turned 160k miles
and it runs and drives fantastically. This
is
a really nice ONE OWNER car and probably the cleanest Town and Country on
eBay. The
drive is so smooth and quiet, its like driving a new minivan.
This
vehicle was very well taken cared of and it shows. This vehicle needs
nothing but a new caring owner and a new home. The previous owner never
smoked in this car and the vehicle was always garaged kept by the
middle-aged couple. This vehicle was also never involved in any accidents and has a clean carfax report on hand. I also have the original title in hand with 10 miles on it when the vehicle was purchased new by the owner.

installed a brand new battery as well. We have
driven it 1000 miles and
it seems to be running
and driving 100%. You can literally jump in this vehicle and drive it
2,000 miles back home without any problems. We changed all the motor
and transmission fluids and the vehicle has new brakes, new rotors, and
new windshield wiper blades. The
exterior of the vehicle is super clean. The body panels are all perfect
and the paintwork in perfect shape. The
paint is glossy and the vehicle looks like its only a couple of years
old. The exterior is in above average condition and near
mint. There is no real flaws to point out on the exterior at all. Its
just a great vehicle and its looks fantastic. The paint and all body panels are straight and original. The
interior
of the vehicle is super clean. The seats are in great condition
and the
leather is supple and clean. The dash and door panels are also in perfect
condition and
clean. All the trimmings and other interior trims are in
perfect condition. The interior is in fantastic condition in my
opinion. The interior was just completly detailed
recently! There is nothing to pick on with this car. It looks 100% better then it does in the photos. This car

Detroit automakers mulling helping DIA avoid bankruptcy looting
Tue, 13 May 2014It's not really a secret that the city of Detroit is in lots and lots of trouble. Even with an emergency manager working to guide it through bankruptcy, a number of the city's institutions remain in very serious danger. One of the most notable is the Detroit Institute of Arts, a 658,000-square-foot behemoth of art that counts works from Van Gogh, Picasso, Gauguin and Rembrandt (not to mention a version of Rodin's iconic "The Thinker," shown above) as part of its permanent collection.
Throughout the bankruptcy, the DIA has been under threat, with art enthusiasts, historians and fans of the museum concerned that its expansive collection - valued between $454 and $867 million by Christie's - could be sold by the city to help square its $18.5-billion debt.
Now, though, Detroit's hometown automakers could be set to step up and help save the renowned museum. According to a report from The Detroit News, the charitable arms of General Motors, Ford and Chrysler could be set to donate $25 million as part of a DIA-initiated campaign, called the "grand bargain." As part of the deal, the DIA would seek $100 million in corporate donations as part of a larger attempt at putting together an $816-million package that would be paid to city pension funds over 20 years. Such a move would protect the city's art collection from being sold off.
Stellantis reports record margins, $7B profits despite chip shortage
Tue, Aug 3 2021MILAN — Automaker Stellantis on Tuesday said it achieved faster-than-expected progress on synergies and record margins in its first six months as a combined company, despite suffering 700,000 units in lower production due to interruptions in the semiconductor supply chain. The company — formed from French carmaker Peugeot PSAÂ’s takeover of the Italian-American company Fiat Chrysler — reported net profit of 5.9 billion euros ($7 billion) in the first half of 2021, compared with a loss 813 million euros during the same period a year earlier, which was impacted by the coronavirus restrictions around the globe. Shipments rose 44% to 3.2 million units, while revenues rose 46% to 75 billion euros. “We are very pleased with the speed with which the new team has begun to execute as one company, as Stellantis,Â’Â’ Chief Financial Officer Richard Palmer told reporters. Semiconductor shortages accounted for 200,000 units of production losses in the first quarter and 500,000 in the second quarter. Semiconductors are used more than ever before in new vehicles with electronic features such as Bluetooth connectivity and driver assist, navigation and hybrid electric systems. Stellantis achieved 1.3 billion euros in cost savings in the first half, mostly by sharing investments in new technologies and platforms, which Palmer said was a faster rate than initially forecast. It aims to achieve 80% of the targeted 5 billion in cost savings by 2024. “These synergies allow us to continue to invest in the electrification strategy, which we talk about every day,” Palmer said. Stellantis, which lags competitors in rolling out electric vehicles, plans to launch 21 fully electric or plug-in gas electric hybrid vehicles over the next two years. North American posted record profitability on global sales of Ram trucks and the strong launch of the Jeep Wrangler 4xe, which was the best-selling plug-in gas electric vehicle in the United States in the second quarter. Stellantis was the market leader in South America and second in Europe. Fiat Chrysler to get $105M fine from NHTSA for recall woes
Sun, Jul 26 2015The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is about to send a powerful message to automakers doing business in the United States, assuming reports of an upcoming $105 million fine against Fiat Chrysler Automobiles comes to fruition. In addition to the record-setting monetary fine, according to The Wall Street Journal, FCA will have to accept an independent auditor that will monitor the company's recall and safety processes and will be forced to buy back certain recalled vehicles. In other cases, such as with Jeep Grand Cherokee and Liberty models with gas tanks that could potentially catch fire in certain types of accidents, FCA will offer financial encouragement for owners to get their recall work done or to trade those older vehicles in on new cars, according to the report. FCA could reportedly reduce its fines if it meets certain conditions, though those remain unclear at this time. These actions against FCA are being taken after NHTSA began a probe into the automaker over almost two dozen separate instances where the government claims FCA failed to follow proper procedures for recalls and safety defects. Included in those safety lapses are more than 11 million vehicles currently in customer hands. These penalties and fines are separate from the investigation over security problems with Chrysler's Uconnect system that allowed hackers to obtain remote access into key vehicle systems in 1.4 million vehicles.
