This van has a fully 10 inch lowered floor, electronic kneeling system, driver and passenger quick release seat, remote (key fob) controlled door and ramp. The van has keyless entry, remote start, air conditioning, dual climate control, cruise control, power driver seat, 5 disk cd/cassette stereo, power windows, and door locks, power mirrors and a removable third row bench seat, rear power vent windows. All of the power equipment in this van has been checked, tested and is operating properly including the heat and air conditioning, All of the wheelchair access equipment operates perfectly and I am including the wheelchair tie downs. This minivan runs and drives very well, and there aren't any service indicator or warning lights on. The 3.3L V6 engine runs very strong and smoothly and the transmission shifts perfectly. The minivan is fully functional and ready to be picked up and driven anywhere. The exterior of this Town & Country look great. The paint is glossy on the entire body with nothing other than a very few very nit picky minor imperfections. The interior is in excellent condition. The seats and carpeting are very clean. All of the trim panels and trim pieces are intact and in excellent condition. This was a non smoker owned vehicle and there are no odors or burn marks. The Title is clear without any liens or encumbrances. I wouln't hesitate to drive this minivan anywhere across the country. A closer look at the 2015 Chrysler 200
Fri, 17 Jan 2014When the doors of the Detroit Auto Show open to the public tomorrow, there's no doubt that the Chevy, BMW and Lexus booths will attract plenty of foot traffic with flashy sports cars. But when it comes to relevance as it relates to sales volume and in-market shoppers, the 2015 Chrysler 200 could end up being one of the more important introductions from the show. Positioned in the highly competitive midsize sedan segment, Chrysler has quite the challenge ahead of it, so we asked Andy Love, product chief of the 200, to give us a closer look at the new sedan to see how it will stack up against cars like the Toyota Camry, Ford Fusion and Honda Accord.
All of the pertinent information about the new 200 was revealed during the on-stage introduction, but Love gave us a first-hand look at the sedan's more intricate details. This includes some of the exterior design elements such as the wide use of LED exterior lighting and the strategic placement of the side marker lights, and even interior cues like electronic shifter, which allowed for extra storage space in the center console. Aside from the name, the 2015 200 started from scratch riding on a similar platform as the Dodge Dart and Jeep Cherokee, based on the Alfa Romeo Giulietta.
Scroll down to watch Love talk us through the 2015 Chrysler 200, and you can find more information about it at our original post from earlier in the week.
Chrysler recalling 278,222 trucks and SUVs over bad rear axles
Thu, 14 Feb 2013Chrysler has issued a recall of 278,222 light trucks and sport utility vehicles here in the United States. The reason: bad rear axles. Specifically, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the rear axle pinion nut may lack a necessary adhesive patch, which could cause the nut to loosen. If this happens, the axle can lock up, which could cause all sorts of havoc on the road.
This is an expansion of the rear axle recall announced in October of last year, where 44,300 Ram 1500 and Dodge Dakota models were being called in. At that time, 12 accidents had been reported due to the faulty axle pinion nut.
Affected vehicles include Ram 1500 trucks from the 2009 to 2012 model years, Dodge Dakota models from the 2009 to 2011 model years, and both the Chrysler Aspen and Dodge Durango SUV twins, both from the 2009 model year only.
