Bridgeport, Connecticut, United States
I don't know about you, but what is more fun than a sporty coupe, with power top, front wheel drive, great looks and 27 mpg? how about this Chrysler Touring model, 2.7 V6 and automatic? full power, FWD, airbags, tilt stereo, CD, a/c, cloth, power seat, tint glass, push button top up/down ( in 8 seconds!! I timed it both ways.) alloys, 4 wheel disc, light tint glass, rear window (glass) defogger, gauges, heated seats (!!) and lots more... this is the touring model with tire and wheel upgrade, sport suspension and more goodies. you might say "big deal"; well... it is when you find a super clean, one owner car with a perfect carfax for low sale price at eBay. remember, you pay what you want here, not what I am asking. think about it... cruising down the street in complete style and comfort, enjoying great economy and a simply delicious ride... sun is, spring-summer, or it is a great fall day or evening... pop the handles and drop the top at the street light or stop sign in under 10 seconds. you are now flying down the road or cruising at 70 mph al fresco, whatever that means. again, a smooth and capable all around car with the benefits of smart and sassy looks and a stone cold drop-top-convertible. hey, I love it ~!~
great engine, Chrysler used Mitsubishi motor and tranny in these cars and they are bullet proof when from a good home and well serviced. 24 valve, overhead cam, platinum plugs, fuel injected, electronic MDO tranny with overdrive, speed control, full independent suspension, excellent brakes, proper size factory wheels and tires in great shape, clean and comfy interior, bright paint and straight panels. near ding, dent, damage free. a one owner car and it shows ~!~
but, this is not perfect... tires show some wear but normal and even. wheels have some clear coat fade and issues, I have no remotes. anyway, enough is enough. car is at my home and could be at yours. please feel free to bid and buy. great car, super price (I am sure), cars, keys, title, bill of sale, free autocheck... slide in, turn the key, gas and go. drive it home ~!~!~ shipping is no problem. give me a call, I do it all. question or concerns, please contact me at anytime, I am happy to help.

Marchionne ready to get tough with GM over merger
Mon, Aug 31 2015FCA CEO Sergio Marchionne absolutely refuses to let go of his dream of a merger with General Motors. With official discussions not happening, Marchionne now hints that a hostile takeover attempt of The General could be under consideration as a future strategy. In a massive interview with Automotive News, the boss explains why a tie-up with GM might be such a windfall for both automakers. By Marchionne's numbers, a merged GM-FCA would produce $30 billion a year in global earnings and 17 million vehicles annually. He claims these huge figures are based on analyzing plants around the world to find growth opportunities. So far, GM is refusing to sit down and look at the numbers, let alone even begin to negotiate. For now, Marchionne just wants to talk, but he's not against aggressive action, if necessary. He uses a bizarre metaphor in the interview to explain his feelings. "There are varying degrees of hugs. I can hug you nicely, I can hug you tightly, I can hug you like a bear, I can really hug you. Everything starts with physical contact," he said to Automotive News. "An attack on GM, properly structured, properly financed, it cannot be refused," he said in the interview. Marchionne is looking for partners, too. The UAW's significant stake in GM could be a strong ally, and he's reportedly recruiting activist investors for more help. Selling Magneti Marelli and spinning off Ferrari would put even more cash in the war chest. Both sides also have banks at their aid. While Marchionne received positive replies from some of his "Plan B" partners, he apparently lost interest in working with them. "Are they the people I wanted to get the response from? The answer is probably not. There are people who are interested in doing deals," he said in the interview. Say goodbye to the Dodge Dart and Chrysler 200
Wed, Jan 27 2016Fiat-Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne outlined an update to the company's five-year business plan Wednesday, and among the changes, the Dodge Dart and Chrysler 200 sedans will soon be phased out. The company's presentation to investors states that the "market shift from cars to trucks and UVs [utility vehicles is] now seen as permanent shift in demand," and FCA wants to respond as quickly as possible. Killing the 200 and Dart will allow FCA to build more Jeep and Ram models at the Sterling Heights, MI, and Belvidere, IL, plants where the sedans were produced. We already knew FCA was planning to shift 200 and Dart production to Mexico, to free up the Sterling Heights facility for Ram 1500 production, and the Belivdere site for Jeep Cherokee output. The Cherokee will move from its current home in Toledo, OH, to allow for increased Wrangler production. It's no shock that FCA wants to shift its focus to crossovers and trucks. In December 2015, for example, combined sales of the Dodge Dart and Chrysler 200 were 15,310. The Jeep Cherokee, which uses the same platform as the Dart and 200, outsold both models combined, with 24,049 sales. Both the Dart and 200 had troubles from the beginning. Marchionne recently blamed designers for the 200 not receiving a Consumer Reports 'recommended' rating, and the Dart was one of the lowest-scoring cars in a CR reliability study. European new car sales drop nearly 8% in first half of 2019
Thu, Jul 18 2019PARIS — European car sales dropped 7.9% in June, led by bigger declines for Nissan, Volvo and Fiat Chrysler (FCA), according to industry data published on Wednesday. Registrations fell to 1.49 million cars last month from 1.62 million a year earlier across the European Union and EFTA countries, the Brussels-based Association of European Carmakers said in a statement. Calendar effects resulted in two fewer sales days in most markets, accentuating the decline. Registrations for the first half closed 3.1% lower, ACEA said. For European carmakers, weakening demand at home compounds the pressure from a sharper contraction in China and emerging markets that may yet bring more profit warnings. NissanÂ’s aging model lineup contributed to a 26.6% June sales slump while Volvo Cars, owned by ChinaÂ’s Geely, saw deliveries tumble 21.7%. Registrations also fell 13.5% last month at FCA, 10.1% at BMW, 9.6% at Volkswagen Group and 8.2% for both Mercedes parent Daimler and FranceÂ’s PSA Group. The Peugeot makerÂ’s domestic rival Renault suffered less, posting a 3.9% decline. By the Numbers BMW Chrysler Fiat Nissan Volkswagen Volvo Peugeot Renault
