2002 Chrysler Sebring Convertible 2 4l Great On Gas. on 2040-cars
Burbank, California, United States
Hello, I`m the third owner of this car. Engine is 2,4L DOHC 4 cylinders Automatic. Great on Gas! Convertable top is a Tan color so it doesn`t heat up inside on a sunny hot day. Ive priced the car based on the fact Ive changed every 4 belts(including Timing Belt ) All New. The transmission oil has been fully changed into Full synthetic ATF oil for selling, the car battery is also brand New. This car is super economical and a very smooth ride. No need to worry about big tuning up cost for the next 100,000 miles. (Engine) I always use Full Synthtic motor oil. I recomend you keep on using it, and ViX oil filter. When the ignision key is on the on position, the oil light and engine light are on in a main panel since years ago.(It`s turns off immediately off when the engine is ON) The OBD2 cord machine doesn`t show any problem and running is PERFECT. Also, sometimes the "AIR BAG" light is on while driving. These lights seems to maybe be a connecting issue of electricallines. Its not an issue. If your worried about it I can go with to you a Pep Boy shop to do a free OBD2 code check. Ive prevously had it checked and it passed with flying colors. It has some tiny paint tips and fading exist, but you can`t find it without looking for it.
The car also has power windows, cruze control, and air conditioner works perfect. So, a hot summer is comming and running PCH with the top down with a white convertible is everybody`s kind of fun and a great way to release stress. This car is not going to disappoint you! P.S The registration is coming soon, June 24th.I need a buyer who can go to DMV or AAA before 24th with the pink slip.

Jeep follows up Super Bowl spot with call to help the USO
Tue, 05 Feb 2013Once again, Chrysler had one of the most talked about Super Bowl commercials with its two-minute Whole Again Jeep spot, which was used to highlight its Operation SAFE Return program for US military personnel returning home from active duty. As part of this campaign, Jeep announced today that it will be donating up to $300,000 to the United Services Organizations (USO), and you can help.
Simply tweet using the #joinOSR hashtag on Twitter, visit the Yahoo! homepage or go to the Jeep Operation SAFE Return website, and Jeep will donate $1 to a fund that provides returning troops things like employment assistance and incentives to buy new vehicles. Jeep is also donating to this charity to the tune of $250 for each Jeep Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited (including the Freedom Edition model) and Jeep Patriot Freedom Edition model sold.
Hot sales have Detroit automakers shortening summer shutdowns
Tue, 08 Jul 2014Back in May, there was speculation that the Detroit Three automakers would maintain or perhaps even extend their traditional summer shutdowns, mostly due to a bitingly cold winter that saw below-freezing temperatures infiltrate the southernmost reaches of the US, putting a chill on auto sales. Now, though, the numbers are in, and thanks to some promising sales figures, it looks like some domestic line workers are going to be working clear through July, in some cases.
According to Automotive News, Ford has slashed its traditional two-week hiatus for factory workers in half at four of its plants, while both Chrysler and General Motors will keep factories running nonstop (two plants in Chrysler's case and a third of GM's factories).
This is, as we said, thanks to some positive numbers. Chief among those is the Seasonal Adjusted Annual Rate, which was at an eight-year high of 17 million units. Individual figures were less promising. GM, embroiled in its recall scandal, still saw a one-percent increase while Ford dropped six percent in year-over-year sales. Chrysler was the big winner, though, with a nine-percent jump in June.
Chrysler Group moves around execs in wake of recent departure
Tue, 16 Apr 2013Chrysler is busy shuffling executives around in the wake of Ram head Fred Diaz's departure. The automaker has named Reid Bigland (pictured, right) as Diaz's successor in the role of president and CEO of Ram, though Bigland will continue his duties as the head of US sales and the president and CEO of Chrysler Canada. Bigland first came to Chrysler in 2006 from Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation, so the guy knows a thing or two about trucks.
Meanwhile, Timothy Kuniskis will take over as president and CEO of Dodge. Previously, he served as the head of Fiat in North America and has been with Chrysler in one capacity or another since 1992. His old title now falls to Jason Stoicevich, who will also continue to work as the director of the automaker's California Business Center. Finally, Bruno Cattori will take over as the president and CEO of Chrysler Mexico.
Diaz left his position to take over as a divisional vice president of sales and marketing with Nissan. You can read the full press release on the Chrysler personnel changes below for more information.
