1951 Chrysler New Yorker Good Condition No Motor on 2040-cars
Salisbury, Maryland, United States
This is my dream car but a divorce is forcing me to sell. She is in great shape for 63 years old. She has no motor but did have a hemi in her before. The transmission is still there. She has rust holes on both right and left rocker panels and a small area on trunk. She has original dash, steering wheel, radio, glove box, door handles, glass, etc. The seats; however, are not as the guy I bought her from changed them. I believe all the chrome trim is there(as it is in back seat and trunk.) I never got to start working on her. She has new brakes and brake lines. My husband did paint her a primer black to keep what sanding the guy did from rusting. I am not sure of the mileage(as I am not at home to look) I also have a clear title. You buy it you have to come get it, at this time have no way to deliver it to you.

Germany says Fiat Chrysler also cheats on diesel emissions
Thu, Sep 1 2016In May, Germany threatened to ban Fiat Chrysler vehicles because they supposedly had diesel emissions cheat devices. The guilty vehicle at the time was a Fiat 500X. Since then, Italian regulators looked into the issue and said they found no such device. But Germany didn't back down, and filed papers today with the European Commission (EC) and the Italian Transport Ministry saying, again, that there were questionable emissions results in four FCA vehicles. According to Reuters, the Germany's new tests proved there was an, "illegal use of a device to switch off exhaust treatment systems" in the four FCA vehicles. According to Der Spiegel, the four vehicles in the latest batch of offenders are the two new 500Xs, a Fiat Doblo, and a Jeep Renegade. Alexander Dobrindt, Germany's Federal Minister of Transport, noted the vehicles in the letter to the EC, which also said that the EC should communicate with Italian regulators as the next step. Minivan market not what it used to be, but margins make up for it
Thu, 05 Jun 2014
Residual values for last year's minivans are higher than they were in 2000.
Much like the station wagon was the shuttle of Baby Boomer generation, the minivan has been the primary means of transport for Generations X and Y. Just as the boomers abandoned the Country Squire, though, those kids that were toted around in Grand Caravans and Windstars are adults, and they certainly don't want to be seen in the cars their parents drove.
Chrysler 200 subtitles performance in latest round of advertising
Mon, 27 Oct 2014Every once in a while, we come across a car video narrated in a foreign language and subtitled in English. They usually center on foreign-made automobiles, but this latest series of videos comes straight from Detroit.
Airing for the first time during's NFL broadcasts, these four commercials for the 2015 Chrysler 200 were produced by Wieden + Kennedy Portland - the same advertising firm that created the now-legendary Eminem spot for the last-generation 200.
Each clip in the "Ready to Take on the World" campaign highlights a different aspect of the American sedan and is narrated in Japanese, German or Swedish - each with English subtitles - associating the 200's Japanese level of quality, German performance and Swedish safety standards. But while the clips are ostensibly set in Japan, Germany and Sweden, Automotive News reports that they were actually filmed at home in the US.
